    Capacity Building in Indonesian Banking Sector: A Review on Sustainable Financial Affairs

    The implementation of sustainable finance is still a challenge in the banking sector. One important element is the availability of Human Resources who understand the sustainable economy. Banking institutions need to prepare professional and quality Human Resources who are able to apply the principles of sustainable finance so that they can create products or services in an effort to improve services to customers in the banking sector.Objectives: To support the Indonesian government's program for implementing sustainable financial programs, especially in the banking sector of Indonesia, a good strategy is needed to prepare and increase capacity building. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Capacity Building in the implementation of Sustainable Finance in the banking sector of Indonesia.Methodology: This study used quantitative methods with 100 employees at banking institutions as the object of research. The research sampling technique uses simple random sampling with data analysis using SEM PLS.Finding: This research proves that leadership and talent management affect capacity building in the Banking sector towards implementing sustainable finance. This study proved that:1) direct influence of leadership talent management and capacity building to financial sustainability, 2) indirect influence of leadership and talent management on financial sustainability through capacity building.Conclusion: This research proves the influence of leadership and talent management on financial sustainability mediated by capacity buildingKeywords: Banking, Strategy, Capacity Building, Financial Sustainability

    Application of the Resource Sharing Innovation Model in Addressing the High Unemployment Rate in a Sustainable Way

    Objectives: The current study tries to explore the novelty of the resource sharing innovation variable as a mediating variable to solve several contradictions regarding the correlation between vocational school graduates and industrial human competitiveness. Such exploration also aims to offer a new viewpoint regarding two variables namely the skill development center and training revolving fund.Methodology: The current study applied Research and Development (R&D) method which involved apprentice learners as the samples, who were selected from certain companies which were inviting apprentice learners who graduated from vocational schools. Further data processing was performed through the software of IBM AMOS 2.2.Finding: The study results were further analyzed in the form of triangulation for finding confirmation from certain officers who managed apprenticeship programs at the seven companies involved. The readiness toward Resource Sharing Innovation (RSI) was found to have a significant effect on the Industrial People Competitiveness.Conclusion: The study conclusion made based on study findings indicated evidence that the novelty of Resource Sharing Innovation (RSI) was able to support the industrial human competitiveness

    Effect of Self Efficacy, Training, Motivation, and Competence on Organizational Commitment with Employee Performance as Intervening Variables at PT Bina Utama Sakti

    The problem on this research is that there may be a lower overall performance at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium which is due to the shortage of advantageous factors which include self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of PT Bina Utama Sakti personnel whose work at PT Inkasa Jaya Aluminium influences the decline in organizational dedication and worker overall performance.Objective: To investigate the impact of self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence on organizational dedication with worker overall performance as an intervening variable.Methodology: Based on the approach of facts collection, the researcher used quantitative studies techniques with surveys. The number of samples in this study was 100 employees of the production division at PT Bina Utama Sakti. The data analysis method in this study is using SEM analysis with mediating effects using the SmartPLS3 application to determine P-values and Path Coefficient Test as hypothesis testing.Finding: The effects that are looked at are: Self-efficacy, motivation, and competence that don’t have any great and insignificant impact on organizational dedication; Training has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, and motivation don’t have any great and insignificant impact on worker overall performance; Competence has a great and huge impact on worker overall performance; Employee overall performance has a great and huge impact on organizational dedication; Self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence can't have an impact on organizational dedication via worker overall performanceConclusion: To optimize performance, the company should make a special policy to be able to further improve the self-efficacy, training, motivation, and competence of their employees to maximize their performance in increasing the company's success in achieving its goals.Keywords: Competence;Employee Performance; Motivation; Organizational Commitment; Self-Efficac

    Factors that Affect Perceived Value and Its Impact on the Value of Enrolling in Private Universities in Indonesia during the Pandemic

    Objectives: This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect the perceived value and its impact on the value of enrolling in private universities in Indonesia during the pandemic.Methodology: The population in this study is high school students in grades 11 and 12 for the period from January to February 2022. The respondents are obtained using non-probabilistic with confidence sampling through google form questionnaire distribution, with 216 respondents to be analyzed using structural equation analysis (SEM) by Smart PLS application.Finding: The first finding is that negative emotion had an effect on the intention to enroll, the second finding was in research on the factors that influence online learning in university students. self-efficacy indicators play an important role in the successful online learning program, The third finding in this research is that e-service quality has more influence on functional value. The biggest influence on the Intention to Enroll is the epistemic value with the second being online learning, and the last one is the emotional value.Conclusion: In this pandemic period, universities must continue to improve epistemic values or values related to the quality of learning to be able to compete with other universities.

    Sales Growth and Firm Size Impact on Firm Value with ROA as a Moderating Variable

    Objectives: This study aims to determine the sales growth and firm size impact of the firm value, and the return on assets as the moderating variable. These independent variables are the sales growth and firm size, where the dependent variable is firm value. The objects of this study are the consumer goods companies which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange market from 2015 to 2020.Methodology: The amount of sample is ten consumer goods companies based on the purposive sampling technique. The research method is using SPSS application to run the regression analysis and which covered the descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, moderation regression analysis, and the hypotheses tests. The data of the study are normally distributed, free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity.Finding: The hypothesis results show that sales growth results have negative impact and not significant to the firm value; the total assets have positive impact and not significant on the firm value; sales growth and total assets have impact on the firm value which is not significant simultaneously. Investors have to be careful on investing in the company because if they are taking sales growth and firm size into the account to invest, this may make mistakes. The variable of ROA also cannot moderate the model. Conclusion: A company with high sales growth and large firm size does not guarantee to operate efficiently to generate profit and increase the firm value.

    A Literature Review of Green Human Resource Management for Gaining a Competitive Advantage

    Green human resource management (GHRM) plays an important role in organizations’ sustainable development strategies. However, there is still a research gap on the integration of available GHRM-related knowledge to gain a competitive advantage. Objectives: Thus, the purpose of this paper is to conduct a literature review on GHRM aimed at proposing detailed research on those gaps in order to gain competitive advantages for future studies. Methodology: First, this work applies the keyword GHRM and "competitive advantage" for articles above the year 2017 and selects articles indexed in Scopus only. We have conducted a preselect process to figure out the appropriate articles related to GHRM and competitive advantage. We have also selected and reviewed 18 articles discussing the relationship between GHRM and competitive advantage.Finding: Last, the study addresses research gaps and proposes a research framework for further studies.Conclusion: Analysis of the relevant literature is presented in descriptive analysis and a research framework that focuses on GHRM for a future research agenda. This review is important for researchers in GHRM to identify research gaps for competitive advantage. It is suggested that mediating variables, such as organizational citizenship behavior for the environment and environmental performance, have to be included in GHRM's future research to gain a competitive advantage.

    How Personality Can Improve APIP Supervisory’s Performance? Mediation Analysis Using Various Types of Competencies

    Objectives: According to the holistic personality theory, the purpose of this study in general is to investigate the relationship between personality and competence in predicting the performance of the Regional Inspectorate Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP).Methodology: To investigate the relationship between variables, a survey of 180 respondents was conducted at 11 inspectorates in Bengkulu province. There were 123 auditors and 57 supervisors for local government administration among those who responded. Extroversion, neurotic, conscientiousness, openness, agreeableness, cognitive competence, emotional, social, generic, and supervisory performance are all investigated in this study. The structural equation model and the Sobel test were used to investigate the relationship between these variables. The model was created through an analysis of four new personality types, namely average, calm, selfish, and role models. This study discovered a link between personality and cognitive competence, cognitive competence and generic competence, and generic competence and supervisor performance.Finding: According to the findings, cognitive competence mediates the relationship between personality and generic competence, and generic competence mediates the relationship between cognitive competence and supervisor performance. Furthermore, it was discovered that the role model's personality has a positive effect on employees' cognitive competence.Conclusion: Inspectorate institution should improve its generic competence. The inspectorate must also engage in activities that promote cognitive competence, such as special training. The inspectorate must also plan training to improve employees' lack of personality

    Analysis of Content Marketing and Online Advertising on Brand Awareness for Halal Skincare Products Brands

    Objectives: Nowadays all companies utilize the development of information and communication technology to increase interaction with consumers because consumers can obtain information quickly through digital media. Therefore, all companies are competing to create marketing content and utilize all digital media to create online advertisements to help their brand can be recognized by consumers. So, this research aims to analyze the impact of content marketing and online advertising on brand awareness for halal skincare product brands in Indonesia.Methodology: This research uses descriptive causality research and three variables, namely content marketing, and online advertising, and brand awareness. The data in the research was collected using questionnaires with 385 respondents and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The hypothesis testing using the F-test and coefficient of determination.Finding: It found a positive impact of content marketing and online advertising on brand awareness, both partially and simultaneously. Furthermore, content marketing and online advertising have an impact of 91.20% on brand awareness.Conclusion: According to the findings content marketing and online advertising can increase brand awareness both particularly and simultaneously.

    Importance of Work Motivation and the Culture of the Company to Improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior

    Objectives: The research aims to find out if job motivation and organizational culture affect the development of organizational citizen behaviors (OCBs) through employee performance.Methodology: The research was conducted in one of Gorontalo Province’s, with a population of 2,262 employees, and questionnaires were distributed to 260 employees in various departments who volunteered to be respondents; sampling was based on Slovins Formula. Processing data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and AMOS.Finding: The findings indicated that motivation affected employee performance, organizational culture did not affect performance, motivation had no effect on OCB, organizational culture had no effect on OCB, and employee performance had no effect on organizational culture's influence on OCB.Conclusion: These findings can be explained by the fact that the work incentive used thus far is intrinsic, providing encouragement and inspiration for all employees to improve performance. Organizational culture has not affected employee performance, indicating that the organizational culture employed thus far has been result-oriented and ineffectively applied

    The Impact of E-CRM and Customer Experience on E-Commerce Consumer Loyalty Through Satisfaction in Indonesia

    Objectives: The objective of this research is to examine how the relationship between E-CRM and customer experience affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Internet use grows year after year, especially in Indonesia. New terms emerge to describe the increase in internet use or utilization in our daily lives, such as IoT (internet of things), AI (artificial intelligence), startups, and Big Data, among others. As a result of technological advancements, most notably the use of the internet, the industrial world is also advancing at a fast pace.Methodology: The online questionnaire was randomly distributed to people who had used e-commerce at least once during the pandemic (march 2020 - now). The sample consisted of 85 people who were selected by purposive sampling technique and analyzed using the PLS 3 SEM application.Finding: Customer experience did not affect customer satisfaction, and also customer experience did not affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.  Meanwhile, customer satisfaction assisted effect E-CRM on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty.Conclusion: The study's findings should assist in the advancement of science, particularly in the fields of digital marketing and consumer behaviour. It is also expected to provide feedback to e-commerce industry participants in order to assist them in improving their customer experience in order to maintain customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty.
