Similarly, as the ∆ value of 0.00 is less than 0.05, the hypothesis tests H2, H3, and H4 are approved. However, hypothesis H5 is not significant. The mediation hypothesis (H6) is supported by a
The Dynamics of Turnover Intentions: Emotional Intelligence, Thriving at Work, and Career Adaptability in an Indonesian Banking Sector
Objectives: The research focuses on the high turnover intention ratio in the East Java banking sector. The aim is to explore the role of emotional intelligence (EI) in reducing employee turnover by considering thriving at work (TW) and career adaptability (CA). This research highlights the importance of emotional intelligence and its positive effects through training programs to reduce Turnover Intentions (TOI).Methodology: This research used an explanatory quantitative method involving 105 frontline employees. The sample used a saturated sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all frontliners, with 103 questionnaires returned. The data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method.Finding: The result found that EI does not directly influence frontline employees' desire for TOI. Nonetheless, employees with high levels of EI tend to thrive more at work, reducing their desire for TOI. The ability to develop and adapt in the work environment can be a more significant factor in reducing TOI.Conclusion: EI is important in reducing the TOI of Bank frontline employees. Employees with high EI can better develop and adapt to a stressful work environment, reducing TOI and increasing well-being and commitment to self-development

Environmentally Responsible Behavior: The Roles of Personal Norms, Perceived Value, and Destination Social Responsibility
Objective: The objective of the study is to analyze the factors that shape tourists' environmentally responsible behavior. The proposed research model integrates norm activation theory, stakeholder theory, and a utilitarian perspective. From the norm activation theory perspective, two variables, namely awareness of consequences and ascribed responsibility, are included in the model as antecedents of personal norms. Destination social responsibility, as a stakeholder effort to promote environmental protection, can strengthen the influence of personal norms on environmentally responsible behavior. Furthermore, the utilitarian perspective in the form of perceived value, which is the benefit that tourists obtain from traveling to a destination, is also a moderating influence of personal norms on environmentally responsible behavior. Methodology: This study involved 255 respondents who had visited Yogyakarta. Data were processed using Smart-PLS to determine the relationships between variables. Finding: The results show that awareness of consequences and ascribed responsibility are factors in forming personal norms. Personal norms have a positive influence on environmentally responsible behavior. Furthermore, the data supported the role of perceived value as a moderator. However, destination social responsibility does not moderate the influence of personal norms on environmentally responsible behavior. Conclusion: The study concludes that the norms activation theory holds that personal norms are antecedents to environmentally responsible behavior. Personal norms’s influence on environmentally responsible behavior is strengthened by perceived value
