ISU PERANG DAGANG MENGANCAM AKTIVITAS PERDAGANGAN KOMODITAS EKSPOR KELAPA SAWIT
No full textIsu perang dagang antara Amerika Serikat dan Cina akibat diberlakukannya kebijakan proteksionisme mengancam lingkungan investasi, khususnya investasi saham di pasar modal. Kebijakan tersebut menyebabkan penurunan ekspor kelapa sawit yang merupakan salah satu komoditas ekspor utama. Penurunan ekspor kelapa sawit berpengaruh terhadap penurunan mata uang rupiah terhadap dollar. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan nilai indeks saham sektor agrikultur Indonesia cenderung menurun sepanjang tahun 2018 dan 2019. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perang dagang terhadap aktivitas perdagangan kelapa sawit di Indonesia dengan endogenous variable nilai kurs, inflasi, suku bunga, dan indeks produksiPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 3 variabel utama: isu perang dagang, nilai kurs, dan indeks harga saham sektor agrikultur. Metode Two Stage Lease Square digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk mengetahui pengaruh satu atau beberapa variabel terhadap variable lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perang dagang menyebabkan melemahnya nilai kurs yang berdampak negatif terhadap indeks saham agrikultur. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa isu perang dagang membawa pengaruh negatif terhadap indeks harga saham sektor agrikultur secara tidak langsung.Kata Kunci: Perang Dagang, Ekonomi, Pasar Modal
BUBBLE PROPERTY DI INDONESIA: ANALISIS EMPIRIS SURVEI HARGA PROPERTI RESIDENSIAL
No full textProperty is a sector that is very influential for Indonesia’s economy, so Bank Indonesia issued a Residential Property Price Survey to monitor property prices in big cities in Indonesia. The survey is done to monitor the condition of the property to prevent the occurrence of bubble conditions. This study aims to analyse the factors that are suspected to affect property prices in Indonesia, then compare the actual property price index with its fundamental property price index to determine the condition of property in Indonesia. As a result, Indonesia\u27s GDP and inflation rate statistically affect the Indonesia’s House Price Index in all categories, while the amount of consumption credit only has a statistically significant effect on the Indonesia’s House Price Index of Small Houses, and the LTV ratio policy only has a statistically significant effect on the Indonesia’s House Price Index of Large Houses. Furthermore, Indonesia experienced bubble conditions in certain periods, but these conditions were considered harmless, because the bubble rate was not too large, and the bubble condition did not last for a long time
ANALISIS PENGARUH COMPLIANCE REPORTING DAN MEKANISME GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai pengaruh compliance reporting, mekanisme Good Corporate Governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. Mekanisme corporate governance dihitung dengan menggunakan proporsi komisaris independen, jumlah anggota komite audit, kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial. Nilai perusahaan dihitung dengan Tobin’s Q. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011-2015. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 28 sampel perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa compliance reporting, jumlah komite audit, dan kepemilikan isntitusional tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan komposisi dewan komisaris independen dan kepemilikan manajerial memiliki hubungan positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal perusahaan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui Kepuasan Mahasiswa di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Katolik Parahyangan Bandung. Untuk mengetahui Perilaku Intensitas Mahasiswa di Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Katolik Parahyangan Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini yaitu sebagai berikut. Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Pendidikan yang ditampilkan oleh Program Pascasarjana Universitas Katolik Parahyangan berdasarkan penilaian Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara bersama (simultan) Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Pendidikan dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa terhadap Perilaku Intensitas Mahasiswa Mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Universitas Katolik Parahyangan. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Pendidikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Perilaku Intensitas Mahasiswa dan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Perilaku Intensitas Mahasiswa melalui Kepuasan Mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, sedangkan Kepuasan mahasiswa berpengaruh langsung terhadap Perilaku Intensitas mahasiswa. Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa Pendidikan berpengaruh lebih signifikan (lebih besar) terhadap Perilaku Intensitas mahasiswa dibandingkan Kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap Perilaku Intensitas mahasiswa
Quality Improvement Analysis for MyIndiHome Application Using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) Method
No full textMyIndiHome is digital product in the form of an application from PT Telkom Indonesia which is used to help and facilitate consumers to get services from IndiHome products. Achievement of more than one million installers, myIndiHome application has a low rating, which only gets 3.1 on Google Play and 2.1 on Apps Store. This is caused by many application users who are not satisfied and their needs are not well accommodated with the application. Therefore, companies need to improve service quality on it. This study aims to determine the attributes of customer needs, the technical characteristics from the company and the finale result is recommendations. This research uses a mixed method by distributing questionnaires about 80 people as online and 20 people as offline to myIndiHome application users and do some good discussion activities with Telkom Digital Service Division employees. The variables used in this study are digital product and e-service quality that will be processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods. The results of this research show that there are six attributes of consumer needs and 10 attributes of technical characteristics that will be formulated as recommendations for improvement

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian program pengembangan karir dengan komitmen karyawan di PT. Prudential Life Assurance cabang Rock Agency, Bandung. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 50 agen di perusahaan kemudian data kuesioner diolah dengan melakukan uji validitas Pearson Korelasi Product Moment dan menguji reliabilitasnya. Penulis melakuan uji- uji tersebut dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari pengolahan kuesioner adalah program pengembangan karir yang diberikan memiliki total skor rata-rata 4,22 dengan kategori sangat baik dan komitmen agen asuransi memiliki total skor rata-rata sebesar 4,14 dengan kategori baik. Pemberian program pengembangan karir dengan komitmen agen asuransi di PT. Prudential Life Assurance cabang Rock Agency, Bandung memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat, yang dibuktikan dari nilai Pearson Korelasi sebesar 0,866. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE IN NIGERIA: WHERE WE ARE AND WHAT WE NEED
No full textThis paper reviews corporate governance issues in Nigeria from both its regulatory and compliance viewpoints. It explores whether rules and regulations as contained in corporate governance codes can adequately address the issue of poor corporate governance and the resultant business failures. It reviews the existing codes of corporate governance to determine whether the implicit interrelationship which should exist between corporate governance and ethics are clearly articulated. The paper finds that while the Nigerian code of corporate governance contains elements of international best practices as specified in OECD, CACG and IOD documents, a number of peculiar institutional weaknesses hinder the achievement of regulatory and judicial remedies open to stakeholders who are wronged as a result of poor corporate governance. The paper thus advocates for measures that instil high ethical and moral standards in boards and management as panacea to doing what is right as well review some codes
Aplikasi Metode Sequencing Pada Jasa Service Kamera Digital Studi Kasus di MOR – C Photography Bandung
No full textMOR – C photography is a company that offer services for digital camera and lens be based order by customer, the production process used sequence method to avoid lateness in service order. The author is using description method in research method. The research is doing by case study in production process of service company, and then identification various of factor that influence production process. The technique to collected actual data from the service company, the author used interview, observation, and documentary data from company.In sequencing method there are many method used by companies in general like FCFS (First Come, First Serve), SPT (Short Processing Time), LPT (Longest Processing Time), EDD (Earlier Due Date), and CR (Critical Ratio). MOR – C photography used FCFS method in sequence of service order, but still occured lateness in order first week 12,8 days; second week 11,8 days; third week 17,9 days; and fourth week 13,1 days. MOR – C photography should use SPT method to finished the order be based short processing time and routine controling total of order. SPT method will be more effective with batch system, is system that collected amount of order be based short processing time and then processing them.
