Allowance for employee performance based on efforts to increase the motivation and discipline as well as boost productivity Civil Servants in the scope of the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi . This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of regional performance benefits of employees in the Civil Service Agency of North Sulawesi Province . By using a qualitative design , the study concluded that administration of performance-based performance benefits of civil servants in the Regional Employment Board has not efekif make employees have the ability to adjust , resulting in job performance and job satisfaction . Interaksi Sosial Masyarakat Kelurahan Manembo Nembo Tengah Kecamatan Matuari Kota Bitung
The interaction between man and man became a necessity to make ends meet. This study was conducted to determine and analyze the social interaction that occurs in the community in the Village of Central District of Matuari Manembo Nembo Bitung as a scientific development, especially the development of power cracked management science in the study of resource management. This study used a qualitative method with the main data comes from interviews with informants is a representation of the village government, environmental coconut, minahasa ethnic communities, ethnic communities Sangihe, Javanese ethnic communities and ethnic communities Gorontalo and other supporting data obtained through direct observation and the use of related documents . The conclusion of this study is the social interaction that occurs in communities in Sub-nembo Manembo Middle District of Matuari Bitung relating to cooperation seen in everyday life, birth, marriage and kinship systems. Finance Division Headquarters Sam Ratulangi University has the responsibility to work in the financial management of operational support work in both the revenue and expenditure in the financial by fourteen honorary workers. But the execution of the work contract officers confronted a lot of work on the implementation of exceeding hours of work , are not provided with the training , the lack of support means of supporting employment , work does not match the job description , frequent transfer of jobs from permanent employees . This fact clearly indicates undescribed empowerment carried out by elements of leadership and organization to the temporary employees . By him this study aims to analyze the causes have not progressed empowerment of temporary employees. The study concluded that the cause has not progressed empowerment honorary staff in the Finance Department Headquarters Sam Ratulangi University because it is not the function of enabling, facilitating, consulting, collaborating, mentoring and supporting of the elements of leadership as the party who perform the function of empowering the temporary employees are empowered. Employees in carrying out its duties and functions not in accordance with the vision, mission, goals and objectives of the work as a reflection of the application of the basic values ​​of work culture as the State apparatus. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the culture of employees working at the General Secretariat of the Regional Bureau of North Sulawesi to the design used is qualitative .This study concludes that the work culture in the agency has not fully unite the way of thinking , behaving and acting employees who look at the work discipline, openness, mutual respect and cooperation. This research study analyzes the behavior of students in SMPN 8 Manado. The data used in this research is secondary data is data collected from interviews with informants and secondary data is data that is collected through the article, literratur, journals and internet sites). Based on the results of the study, researchers analyzed that study the behavior of the students at SMPN 8 Manado unfavorable. Like truant, did not want to do chores, like storytelling in the classroom, nonchalance cuh to lessons, often ask permission out while studying, and do not obey the rules. The behavior of students in learning, whether it's bad behavior and bad behavior can not be separated from the role and responsibilities of a teacher as an educator. Attitudes and behavior of a student in teaching and learning activities closely related to the role of the teacher in teaching. Faktor – Faktor Penciri Status Ketenagakerjaan Penduduk Usia Kerja Terdidik Di Sulawesi Utara
This study aims to peel identifier factors of employment status on the educated working age population in North Sulawesi. Moreover, in this paper also calculated the deficit of decent work opportunities in North Sulawesi in 2015. Sources of key data used in the analysis and calculations using secondary data Sakernas 2013. Methods of analysis using multinomial logistic regression. Processing results obtained three significant variables: age, number of household members who work, and gender. Logistic regression models were obtained form 68.6% concordance rate. For a decent amount of work that needs to be createdat least 107 thousands between 2012 and 2015 or 35 thousands per year, if the target of 6.62% poverty rate and unemployment rate of 3.94% in 2015 to be achieved. The study recommends further research by incorporating several new variables among household income. Government needs to empower the productive population and women. This research discussed the work environment condition in supporting the performance of employees in PT. Hasjrat Multifinance.This research is based on both physical and nonphysical issues experienced by the employees while they are working. Noisy environment is one of the physical issues and relationship between the management and employees is one of the non physical issues. The aforementioned issues signified that PT. Hasjrat Multifinance has not yet created an ideal working condition for the employees.It is a qualitative research. The informants of this research are the employees of PT. Hasjrat Multifinance Manado. The data have been collected by interviews, observation and documentation. The researcher also discovered that in terms of nonphysical work condition, particularly one that deals with social relationship, the horizontal relationship is better than the vertical one because the effort to create conducive environment has been done more by employees who have so far established and maintained good relationship among them.Even though competition and personal issues are unavoidable but they did not affect the existing horizontal relationship in general. Therefore, the harmonious horizontal relationship has been providing comfort and secure feeling for the employees when working together. Key Words: Work Environment Support, Performance of Employee

Competence is the ability and characteristics possessed by a civil servant so that civil servants are able to perform their duties in a professional, effective and efficient which includes the provision of services at the village level.This study was carried out to reveal and analyze the competence of employees working in the Village Government Rurukan I Sub East Tomohon This study used qualitative methods. From research conducted found that employees in the Government District of Tomohon Village East Rurukan I have not shown good job competence due to the placement of employees who are not in accordance with the rank and class, educational background that does not comply with existing positions, as well as the employee fails to demonstrate analysis and human relations skills in the work.Keywords: Competence, Employees, Government

Employee welfare is a form of welfare services provided by the company to the employees who have given power, mind and their services. Company Parties have an obligation to make efforts to motivate employees to provide benefits that can improve employee productivity. Welfare programs provided by the company to employees of PT. Royal Coconut North Minahasa yet either. Using qualitative methodology, research results show that the well-being of employees is not a good idea due to the PT. Peranan Public Relation Pada PT. Grapari Telkomsel Branch Manado
One of the efforts to achieve the goals in an organization is the implementation of an efficient public relations and effective. The purpose in this paper is to analyze the role of Public Relations at PT. Telkomsel Grapari Branch Manado. The methodology used is qualitative, data were collected through observation, interviews and literature studies. The number of informants 17 people. The data obtained were related to the role of public relations then analyzed through categorization and data reduction. The final conclusion is that the role of public relations in Grapari Telkomsel Branch Manado, in this case has not been running with good views of the function as a communicator and as a relationship. So that should make improvements human resources through training, as well as in the form of the existing service system in Grapari Telkomsel Branch Manado.
