Full text linkPerformance is the result of the quality and quantity of work accomplished by an employee in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Performance is affected by factors such as ability and motivation. This study aims to determine the performance of civil servants in the Sario District Office of Manado City. The methodology used for this study is qualitative research methods. The data is collected through direct interviews and field observations. The results showed that the performance of civil servants in the Sario District Office of Manado City is not maximized. No full textThe aim of this study "Evaluating Policy Assistance Mina Rural Enterprise Development (PUMP) in South Minahasa Regency". This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Sources of primary data obtained through interviews with a purposive sampling techniques and secondary data from documents, files, internet, and other sources associated with the research.
The survey results revealed Implementation Program Direct Community Assistance (BLM) Mina Rural Enterprise Development (PUMP) in South Minahasa Regency has gone well. All processes are carried out in compliance guidelines. All of these mechanisms have been implemented according to their respective authorities ranging from the establishment of a technical team to the receiver group selection. Since the program was rolled in South Minahasa Regency (years 2011-2015), as many as 73 groups have received this assistance and has been used for business development in the field of fisheries, aquaculture, processing and marketing of fishery products. Implementation of this program has had an impact on the implementation of this program. The perceived impact of fish production increased compared to before receiving this assistance. No full textThe purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the Community's Participation in Environmental Care Village Perkamil In the city of Manado. The research methodology used is qualitative research.
The results showed that the participation of the community in the form of public attendance at the discussion meeting decisions about the environment and the maintenance strategy implementation plan environmental maintenance program is already quite good, there are some people who did not attend the meeting or meetings to program planning, but few. Public participation in the implementation of environmental care is the provision of self-help in the form of power when the implementation of programs and grants (non-governmental) to support the successful implementation of the program has been quite good, the implementation of the administration and coordination of program implementation has been quite good. Community participation in maintaining and continuing maintenance of the results of program execution environment is quite active, as people realize that with them keeping all the results of the implementation of the program, it will automatically impact of the program can continue to be felt by the community. The impact is felt by the community of the results of the implementation of the enormous environmental maintenance program including the environment becomes clean and healthy and comfortable place to live. Public participation in the evaluation of program implementation issues related to preservation of the environment as a whole is good enough, because the community participated in the evaluation program, the public may submit proposals for improvements if the program found to be less successfu

No full textThis study reveals the meaning of freedom of the press in Indonesia using the approach of Agenda Setting Theory of Mc Combs and Shaw and Releases Social Responsibility Theory of Theodore Peterson, using qualitative research methods. The results showed press freedom being developed today is freedom of the press in the context of democratic development. Freedom to seek, manage and menayajikan news is now strongly felt by members of the press, but freedom must be accompanied by responsibility for news content. The press is one of the most instrumental agents of change in society changes. The press had a strong driving force that can bring the society towards the negative or reverse direction towards a better improvement. Journalists must improve quality by constantly, have a passion to improve the skills of the profession as a journalist. Freedom of the press has been followed by the media presence of their owners who have enough capital. It also influence the news content, in which journalistic work presented to the public can not be separated from the element alignments. The method used is a qualitative research method. Research techniques using triangulation method. The results showed that the quality of Administrative Resources in the State civil administrative services at the Village Office Pandu still not been implemented properly. To find out the results of the national community empowerment program in rural independent Sugapa District Intan Jaya district using basic survey with qualitative research. The research location is set in Sugapa District Office. Background of writing title policies regarding the implementation of the national program of rural self-empowerment, how important they were in the field through this program is based on sufficient capital to a good cause. why the program is not maximized. Full text linkA lot of appreciations had been founded in 2014 president and vice-president election by the work of the general election committee in bitung city. However, inadequacy at the moment marked over the professional aspect and the way the election held with. The purpose of this research was then to analyze and identify the work of the general election committee correctly. This research took place at the general election committee at Bitung city with using qualitative design through data reduction, display data and verification technique. Interview, observation, as well as documentation were used to collect the data. Meanwhile, the instrument in this research was the researcher himself in order to support the data. This study uses a theoretical approach of Kumorotomo is about the efficiency, effectiveness, fairness and responsiveness. Drawing on the results of this analysis, this research outlined that the work which had been done by the general election committee were not suitable due to languid regulation, human resource allocation, participation and consideration of the local people. Full text linkThe work environment is divided into two, namely the internal environment and the external environment of the organization, where both can affect employee performance. Internal Environmental organizations often faced with a problem the mission, policies, organizational culture, information systems and individual differences of employees while the external environment, namely the labor force, legal regulation / legislation, society, technology, and economics. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the internal and external environment influence the organization of the performance of the staff of the Airport Authority Region VIII Manado.The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used is the technique census. Samples taken amounted to 64 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis was tested by using statistical test F and test t statistic. From this study it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the organization's internal and external environment on the performance of the staff of the Airport Authority Region VIII Manado. Suggestions in this research is necessary to improve the quality of existing services, and considering the work environment working conditions there, both from within and from outside so that the performance of employees may increase even more.
