Get PDFThe article argues that a global consideration of the luck egalitarianism offers the foundations of both global distributive justice and a policy of open borders or free mobility. The argumentation exposes and criticizes the theory elaborated by Ayelet Shachar, according to which the lottery of birth must be neutralized by means of a Tax on the Privilege of Birthright, and it’s maintained in its place that the neutralization of the birth lottery can be make more effective and fair through other institutional mechanisms that include a tax on the enjoyment of citizens' benefits and a policy of free mobility across political bordersEl artículo argumenta que una consideración global del igualitarismo de la suerte ofrece las bases fundacionales tanto a la justicia distributiva global como a una política de fronteras abiertas o de movilidad libre. El papel del trabajo en el desarrollo del pensamiento humano
Get PDFLabour is the cornerstone of Marxist understanding of the human being and the nature of his thought. This is true both from the phylogenetic and the ontogenetic point of view. The present article tries to introduce itself in that understanding starting from the ideas of Marx and Engels seen from the prism of the activity theory. The specifically human thought only arises when the individual internalizes the socio-historically developed forms of interaction with reality inscribed in the external objects that constitute the system of culture. This appropriation takes place not only through the use of artifacts, but also through the relationships that the individual establishes with other human beings in daily activity. Near the end of the paper, is made a philosophical analysis of the educational experience with blind-deaf-mute children under the direction of A. I. Meshcheryakov that provides a paradigmatic demonstrative case of the sustained thesesEl trabajo es la piedra angular en la comprensión marxista sobre el ser humano y la naturaleza de su pensamiento. Esto es cierto tanto desde el punto de vista filogenético como del ontogenético. El presente artículo intenta introducirse en esa comprensión partiendo de las ideas de Marx y Engels vistas desde el prisma de la teoría de la actividad. El pensamiento específicamente humano sólo surge cuando el individuo subjetiva las formas socio-históricamente desarrolladas de interactuar con la realidad inscritas en los objetos externos que componen el sistema de la cultura. Esta apropiación tiene lugar no sólo mediante el uso de artefactos, sino también mediante las relaciones que el individuo establece con otros seres humanos en la actividad cotidiana. Feminismo para foucaultianos. Encontronazos entre Foucault y los feminismos
Get PDFMichel Foucault’s oeuvre addresses many subjects which have been interesting for feminist social movements. However, this has not been able to avoid deep disagreements between both standpoints. Even if we already know that Foucault has mobilized some of feminisms, we must analyze in depth the links that connect these two discourses in order to find out to what extent it is possible to come to any type of conciliatory synthesis. Without dwelling over justifications of one side or another, describing a “feminist Foucault” or a “blessed feminism”, we ask about three fundamental issues for this relationship: body, sexual difference and subjectivity. The aim is to explore the possibilities of a foucauldian feminism, which doesn’t lose the philosopher’s theoretical depth nor the critical acuteness of social resistance.La obra de Michel Foucault aborda muchos temas que han sido de interés para los movimientos sociales feministas. Sin embargo, esto no ha podido evitar profundas diferencias entre ambos puntos de vista. Incluso aunque sepamos que Foucault ya ha movilizado una parte de los feminismos, debemos analizar en profundidad los nexos que unen estos dos discursos para descubrir en qué medida es posible llegar a algún tipo de síntesis conciliadora. Sin detenernos en justificaciones de uno u otro bando, dibujando un “Foucault feminista” o un “feminismo beato”, interrogamos sobre tres problemas fundamentales para esta relación: el cuerpo, la diferencia sexual y la subjetividad. Get PDFSince one of the major aim of A Theory of Justice was to argue for the stability of a well-ordered society, I this paper I discuss the importance of the sense of justice to achieve that stability. I analyse the interpretation of our moral psychology in order to show its importance in the justification of the principles of justice that would promote social stability. Such analysis allows me to conclude that the search for natural bases to found moral feelings constitutes for Rawls an alternative to any deductive and metaphysical justification of our social practicesEn este artículo discuto la importancia que tiene para la teoría de la justicia de Rawls el desarrollo del sentido de la justicia como condición para la estabilidad social. Para cumplir con dicho objetivo analizo la interpretación que Rawls ofrece de nuestra psicología moral con la finalidad de evaluar su rol en la aceptación de los principios de justicia, así como las razones para fundar dicha estabilidad en determinados sentimientos morales. El análisis anterior me permitirá concluir que la búsqueda de bases naturales para fundar los sentimientos morales constituye para Rawls una vía alternativa tanto al deductivismo moral, así como a cualquier forma de fundamentación metafísica de los principios que guían nuestras prácticas sociale
