This reorientation effort is not at all intended to dismantle a scientific structure that is already so solid; rather, it is meant to enrich the great and brilliant discipline of Ilmu Kalam.     Since the polarization between liberal Islam exponent and the conservative Islam circle happened, hermeneutic become very popular among literate Moslem in Indonesia. For conservative circle, Islamic liberal opinions like pluralism, liberalism, secularism, and marriage in different religion begin from using of hermeneutic. Hermeneutic even also looked into dangerous in interpreting Qur’an or hadith. Though, there are proportionate ta’wil by hermeneutic in Islam, what up to now still become the part of traditional science of Islam. This Article find that much similarity between west modern theory of hermeneutic and ta’wil in tradition of Islam or Arab. As a modern hermeneutic, theory of ta’wil with its typology tend to subjective, even relative. There is also very taking care of objectivity by emphasizing text as base (agreed in language), context, and its author context. There is a moderate theory which though take care of the objectivity of text, but do not deny that result of ta’wil is not sterile at all from relativity element. In consequence, it is difficult to be said that hermeneutic is the non-Islamic west theory, and the primary factor of contemporary conservative circle deduction to hermeneutic in fact is its literal tendency

    Dynamic Sufism (tasawuf tahriki in Arabic) develops positive thinking and realistic behavior about of paradigm of the material, spiritual and moral. Sufis are convinced anticorruption. Corruption in Indonesia especially has been in a virus, savage cancer and serious condition and its dangers are out of ordering state and civil society life in the fields of politics (money politics), economy (legal ling all ways obtain money and wealth) and law (manipulation of facts). Problem solving these phenomena, anticorruption movements have been done everywhere, either by an individual, the state or social organization, however, its result is not yet satisfactory. One of the effective methods (tariqah) according to dynamic Sufism perspective to solve corruption (fasad or risywah in al-Qur’an and tradition term), collusion and nepotism stressing corruption is a polytheism (syirik). It is a pity, corruption is not yet awarded or realized of one of polytheistic existence. In a polytheistic context necessary is interpreted by perspective of dynamic Sufism. Polytheism (syirik) indicate a long time public and environment corruption and humankind suffering. Corrupters must be heavily punished and psychotherapy in order to be cured of a psychological disease and moral hazard or immoral

    The journey of democracy in Indonesia from 1955 to 2009 has undergone dynamic changes. This article illustrates that the evolution of the electoral system in Indonesia during this period has seen several changes in regulations, participating political parties, the widening gap and fragmentation of ideologies albeit more moderately, improvements in the quality and degree of democracy, and the increasing role of non-parliamentary institutions. One thing that has remained unchanged is that, generally, the electoral system still adheres to the same proportional representation system, albeit transitioning from closed to open proportional systems

Two books represent collection of hadith which vary its qualities: sahih, hasan, daif, even maudhu’, without engagement with certain chapter or title. The difference among both lay in the methods used in mean region of hadith and philosophy affect numbers of hadith which are daif in quality
