Based on these results, it can be interpreted that training to forgive can improve the psychological well-being of adolescents with divorced parents
Grit pada mahasiswa: Dapatkah diturunkan menggunakan intervensi growth mindset? Grit in college students: Can it be reduced using growth mindset intervention?
Students in facing the demands of lectures can experience difficulties and experience failure, so grit is needed. Increasing grit can be done by developing a growth mindset in individuals. This research aims to test the effectiveness of growth mindset intervention in increasing grit in students. The participants in this research were 17 Makassar State University students divided into two groups (9 participants in the experimental group and 8 participants in the control group). Participants were determined through a purposive sampling technique. The research design used in this study was a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Data collection was carried out using the grit scale (∝ = 0.716). The data analysis techniques used are the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. Experimental group participants were proven to experience an increase in grit scores after receiving a growth mindset intervention for two weeks. The findings of this research can make growth mindset intervention a way to increase student grit
Fleksibilitas dan burnout karyawan pasca pandemi COVID-19: Menguji peran mediasi keseimbangan kehidupan kerja: Employee flexibility and burnout post COVID-19 pandemic: Testing the mediating role of work-life balance
The transition of work systems from WFH to WFO to establish the new normal after COVID-19 has led to excessive workload, resulting in prolonged fatigue and stress symptoms for employees. This research aims to examine the influence of work-life balance as a mediator in the influence between flexibility and employee burnout. The measurement tools used in this study are the burnout scale (α=0.970), flexibility scale (α=0.82), and work-life balance scale (α=0.973). This research employs a quantitative method with participants consisting of employees working in Jakarta. Involving 104 research participants, this study utilizes a non-probability sampling technique with convenient online sampling. The research data is analyzed using the Process Macro for SPSS 3.0 by Hayes (2018). The results of this study state that flexibility and employee burnout are significantly affected by work-life balance. The implications of this study indicate that work-life balance plays an important role in the relationship between flexibility and burnout. Efforts to reduce employee burnout can be made by developing intervention programs related to understanding and skills in balancing employees' work lives.

Online Counseling Online counselling-based information services: How can it reduce students' academic stress?
This study aims to reduce students' academic stress through online counselling-based information services. The experimental group consisting of one psychologist, two counsellors, and two classes of students was given online counselling-based information services help (a total of 27 students). In contrast, the control group obtained conventional information services help (a total of 25 students). The participant technique uses purposive sampling. A quasi-experimental method using a nonrandomized pretest-posttest control group design with Mann-Whitney analysis was used. The research instrument used was a stress scale, which was adapted from Fathiyah (2019) consisting of 4 aspects, namely: physical, cognitive, affective and conative, and totalling 40 items. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the academic stress effect between students who received online counselling and conventional information-based service assistance. The benefit of this research is that efforts to reduce academic stress cannot be afforded only from one counselling service, but require a variety of services, such as online counselling-based information services and conventional information services

Efektivitas pelatihan resiliensi untuk menurunkan stres akademik mahasiswa: Randomized PreTest, PostTest and Follow-Up: Effectiveness of resilience training to reduce academic stress in college students: Randomized PreTest, PostTest and Follow-Up
Academic stress not only occurs in students at school but also occurs in many college students. Several studies have shown that irrational thoughts about self-confidence and low resilience are related to high academic stress. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of resilience training to reduce academic stress in students. This study is an experimental study with a Randomized Pre-Test, Post-Test, and Follow-Up (RPPF) design. Researchers randomly divided participants into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received eight sessions of resilience training intervention for three weeks, with two to three sessions per week, each lasting 90 minutes. Both groups underwent measurements before the intervention (pre-test), after the intervention (post-test), and two weeks after the intervention (follow-up). This research instrument used an academic stress scale (α =0.842). Data analysis using Multivariate Analysis of Covariance showed that resilience training had significant effectiveness in reducing academic stress in students. The implications of further research are discussed
Perceived seriousness dan kepatuhan pada pasien diabetes melitus tipe 2: Psychological distress sebagai moderator: Perceived seriousness and compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: Psychological distress as a moderator
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease with a high global prevalence, so efforts to reduce the prevalence of this disease are needed. This study aims to evaluate the role of psychological distress as a moderator in the relationship between perceived seriousness and adherence to diabetes management. A total of 107 type 2 diabetes patients aged 26-82 years participated in this study, with a percentage of women of 74.8%. This study is a cross-sectional study with a correlational research type that will measure the relationship between three variables, namely psychological distress, perceived threat, and adherence to diabetes management. The measuring instruments used are Perceived Seriousness, General Health Questionnaire-12, and Diabetes Activity Questionnaire. Data were processed using regression techniques with PROCESS v4.0 to see the moderation relationship between variables. The results of the moderation analysis showed that psychological stress significantly moderated the relationship between perceived seriousness and adherence. This study found that higher psychological distress was associated with a weaker relationship between perceived seriousness and compliance, whereas higher psychological distress strengthened the impact of perceived seriousness on compliance
