Self-compassion dan rasa syukur dengan kesejahteraan psikologis dosen Perguruan Tinggi Negeri: Gaya kepemimpinan sebagai moderator: Self-compassion and gratitude with the psychological well-being of lecturers at State Universities: Leadership style as a moderator

This study aims to examine self-compassion and gratitude with psychological well-being moderated by leadership style in lecturers at South Sumatra State Universities. The participants of this study were 452 lecturers, and the participants were taken using purposive sampling techniques. This research instrument uses the psychological well-being scale (Cronbach's alpha a = 0.852), the Multifactor Leadership Style MLQ-5X Scale (Cronbach's alpha a= 0.85.), and the Self-compassion Scale (Cronbach's alpha a = 0.817). The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the model test analysis using path analysis found that the role model of leadership style as a moderator variable of the influence of self-compassion and gratitude on psychological well-being in PTN lecturers is fit and significant. Furthermore, the results of moderated regression analysis found that leadership style provides a moderator role in self-compassion and gratitude on psychological well-being. This study highlights the moderating effect of leadership style on work climate, self-compassion, and gratitude on psychological well-being, which shows that the high or low influence of work climate, self-compassion, and gratitude on psychological well-being depends on the high or low moderation of leadership style

Mencegah kekambuhan pada pecandu narkoba: Bagaimana peranan craving dan dukungan keluarga? Preventing relapse in drug addicts: What is the role of craving and family support?

Previous research data shows that drug users who have undergone rehabilitation can still experience relapse, so research that identifies factors that cause relapse is essential. This study aims to examine the relationship between craving and family support with the tendency to relapse. The research participants were 97 drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation at several rehabilitation institutions in Surabaya and Gresik. The research scale was compiled by the researcher himself, consisting of a relapse scale (α = 0.935), which refers to the theory of Gorski and Miller, a craving scale (α = 0.899), which refers to Drummond's theory, and a family support scale (α = 0.949) which refers to Friedman's theory. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. The results of the partial test showed that the higher the craving in people with an addiction who had undergone rehabilitation, the higher their tendency to relapse. However, the results of the partial test also proved that solid family support made the tendency to relapse lower. The results of the study simultaneously also showed that craving and family support were predictors of the tendency to relapse in drug addicts after rehabilitation. These findings are expected to broaden understanding of clinical psychology and provide practical guidelines for former addicts to prevent relapse through efforts to reduce cravings and increase family support

Effect of role ambiguity and psychological safety on employees' innovative work behavior intention

The organization environment has low role ambiguity and high psychological safety so innovation can be an organizational advantage. This research used a quasi-experimental study using the Experiment Vignette Method (EVM), which aims to measure the effect of role ambiguity and psychological safety on employees' innovative work behaviour intention. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed using Google Forms. Data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling method and obtained 262 marketplace employees in Indonesia. Independent manipulation variables were arranged as 4x2 comic strips with 4 variations of scenarios as well as measuring employee innovative work behaviour intentions using an innovative work behaviour intention questionnaire. Two-way ANOVA analysis shows that there is a significant effect of role ambiguity on employees' innovative work behaviour intention. In addition, employees with high psychological safety also show more intention to behave innovatively. This study also shows that there is an interaction effect between role ambiguity and psychological safety on employee innovative work behaviour intention

Perceived supervisor support dan job insecurity dengan change engagement pada karyawan Badan Usaha Milik Negara: Menguji peran mediasi self-efficacy: Perceived supervisor support and job insecurity with change engagement in employees of State-Owned Enterprises: Testing the mediating role of self-efficacy

This writing aims to find out whether there is a correlation between perceived supervisor support and job insecurity on change engagement and self-efficacy as a mediator variable for Indonesian BUMN employees. This research involved 351 employees of state-owned companies who were determined using accidental sampling techniques. The research instrument used four scales, namely the Change Engagement Scale, the short version of the Scale of Perceived Supervisor Support (SPSS), the short version of the Job Insecurity Scale (JIS), and the Occupational Self Efficacy Short Version Scale. Data analysis in this writing uses path analysis using Jamovi. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a direct and indirect influence between perceived supervisor support on change engagement through self-efficacy, but there is no significant direct or indirect influence of job insecurity on change engagement through self-efficacy. The results of this research can be a reference for companies, especially BUMN regarding the importance of change engagement and other factors in intervening in organizations and employees

Data were collected online from 217 employees from various agencies and positions, using a purposive sampling method. The data collection method uses three types of scales, namely the quality of work-life scale (α=0.861), the short dark triad personality scale (α=0.849), and the empowering leadership scale (α = 0.91). Data were analyzed using mediation analysis using JASP 0.16.2.0 software. The results of data analysis show that empowering leadership can significantly mediate the relationship between narcissistic personality and psychopath personality on the quality of work life. Empowering leadership does not have a mediating effect on the Machiavellian personality and the quality of work life. Self- Control dan Internet addiction pada Mahasiswa: Pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling: Self-control and Internet addiction in College Students: A Structural Equation Modeling Approach

The overuse of the internet is known as internet addiction. People who are addicted to the internet frequently require assistance in controlling their usage, which causes them to lose track of time and prefer the virtual world to the actual one. The purpose of this study is to look at how self-control affects college students' internet addiction. 352 students, aged between 18 and 24 (M = 20.46, SD = 1.31), living in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi, made up the sample. There were 69 male students and 283 female students. Purposive sampling, a non-probability technique, was employed. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is used in the construct validity assessment process. The structural equation modeling method is employed to test hypotheses. The results showed that data with an RMSEA value of 0.074 supported the fit model. In addition, there is a significant influence of self-control on internet addiction in students with an opposing direction of influence. The R-square of 40.2% obtains the amount of influence

Model kecerdasan emosi remaja Indonesia: Studi dengan penerapan Structural Equation Modeling: Emotional intelligence model of Indonesian adolescents: A study using Structural Equation Modeling

Emotional intelligence is one of the predictors of adolescent success in the future, so the antecedents of emotional intelligence are very important to know. This study aims to examine the formation of adolescent emotional intelligence in terms of the influence of external factors, namely maternal authoritative parenting patterns, and internal factors, namely self-concept and emotional regulation. The research design used a quantitative approach on high school students (n = 377) of adolescent age who were selected by cluster random sampling. Adolescent emotional intelligence was measured using the TEI-Que Scale (α = 9.869), maternal authoritative parenting patterns were measured using the PSDQ Scale (α = 0.720), self-concept was measured using the PSC Scale (α = 0.928), and emotional regulation was calculated using the ERQ-Ca Scale (α = 0.892). The Structural Equation Model (SEM), which was processed through the AMOS version 26 program, was used to analyze the data. The research findings show that the mother's authoritative parenting pattern and self-concept mediated by emotional regulation have a positive and significant influence on the formation of adolescent emotional intelligence. The implications of this research are to provide support for Bandura's Social Cognitive Theory, which can be used as a reference in forming adolescent emotional intelligence
