Hubungan Persepsi tentang Tugas Pokok dan Beban Kerja dengan Kemampuan Profesional Guru
This expost-facto study aimed at finding the correlation between the level of teachers’ professional ability with their perception of their main duty and work load. These teachers attended Special Education of S1 program in UNM Makasar. Data were taken from 58 teachers who were selected by using proportional random sampling and were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis. It was found that most of the teachers already had sufficient professional ability and there was significant correlation between perception toward the learning facilitators’ main duty and work load with the teachers’ professional ability

This correlative study aimed at investigating the correlation between physical education grade, motivation in choosing not-test study program, and the result of physical fitness test altogether with the result of sport skill test. Kemampuan Guru dalam Implementasi Pengajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) terhadap Pembelajaran PPKN SD
This research was designed to explore the effects of extrinsic and intrinsic factors on violence. A structural equation model (SEM) was applied for analyzing more comprehensive and integrative determinant factors of violence, which involved 589 subjects (280 male and 309 female) of public school students in South Sulawesi. Extrinsic factors included violence experience, parenting, and parent education, while intrinsic factors included students’ temperament and self-concept. The research found that there was a positive correlation between violence’ experience with violence, and between authoritarian and permissive parenting with violence. There was a significant negative correlation between authoritative parenting with violence, between temperament with violence, and between self-concept and violence. There was significant difference of violence behavior between male and female student. The male student is higher than female student

Kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia masih rendah. Depnaker sebagai lembaga ketenagakerjaan berupaya mengatasi rendahnya kualitas tenaga kerja melalui pendidikan latihan kerja (ditlatker) keliling. Program ini sangat penting karena target yang diharapkan adalah melahirkan tenaga kerja terampil di pedesaan sesuai dengan karakteristik lingkungan. Bagi Depnaker Tulungagung, penyelenggaraan latihan kerja keliling merupakan tugas berat karena, di samping wilayah sasarannya cukup luas, keberadaannya pun kurang diminati masyarakat. Kapabilitas belajar pemecahan masalah diakui sebagai kapabilitas paling penting sebagai hasil belajar ranah keterampilan intelektual dan keterampilan berpikir. Hierarki keterampilan intelektual dari yang sederhana ke yang kompleks meliputi diskriminasi, konsep konkret, konsep definisi dan kaidah, kaidah yang lebih tinggi, dan memecahkan masalah. Proses pemecahan masalah terdiri dari memahami masalah, menyusun rencana, melaksanakan rencana, dan melihat kembali solusi. Strategi pemecahan masalah dapat berupa driven by schema atau search based strategies. Pemula dapat menggunakan kedua strategi yaitu schema-driven dan search-based, sedangkan ahli lebih mengutamakan strategi schema-driven sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien

Kesulitan yang Dihadapi oleh Mahasiswa dalam Studi di Program Sarjana
The study was aimed at exploring problems faced by undergraduate students in their study. Sixty five students of Nonformal Education Department of IKIP Malang were purposively selected. A closed questionnaire was used to collect the data, which were then analyzed using Q-short technique and Spearman’s rank order correlation. The findings suggest that there were a number of problems faced by the students in their study, for instance, understanding textbooks written in English, writing papers, writing up reports of practice teaching and field study, conducting effective group discussion, and problems related to social relationships/love, health, and conditions of places where they lived. There was a positive relationship of problem type between male and female students
