DEPRESSIONATION OF JOKO WIDODO RUPIAH ERA: AN ARCHITECTONIS ECONOMIC POLITICS
Get PDFThis research has become quite important as Indonesian’s currency or known as rupiah, has reached its highest depreciation to US dollars like never before 18 years. Aim of this research is to find out whether the policy of Joko Widodo or Jokowi to increase national debt has any correlation with rupiah depreciation in a political economy perspective. In conclusion, there are at least three points. Firstly, although there is a long history of how Indonesia involve in such a capitalistic economic system, Jokowi policy itself solely is a mistake, at least according to political economy philosophy of Indonesia. Secondly, there is a positive correlation between national debt and rupiah depreciation. Moreover, the prediction has been positively predicted. This condition happened as the result of poor Indonesian economy during the first year of Joko Widodo. Thirdly, worsen of rupiah depreciation is the result of improper policy adds up with the poor condition of Indonesia
EVALUATION OF NEW STUDENT ADMISSION POLICY BASED ON ZONATION SYSTEM IN BANDUNG CITY
Get PDFThis study aims to evaluate the policy of new student admission based on the zoning system in the city of Bandung using the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, levelling, responsiveness and accuracy. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. The implementation of the zoning mechanism in new student admission in the city of Bandung raises various problems in its implementation. Some of the things that are obstacles are still not socialised, constrained by technical factors, insufficient school capacity and the high-quality disparity between schools. For this reason, the zoning system needs to be reviewed so as not to harm students. The results of the policy evaluation of new student admissions based on the zoning system in Bandung city, as a whole, shows that this policy has gone quite well, although there are still problems that must be resolved so that the new student admission in Bandung in the future can run well.Â

Technological developments have spurred the media economy to innovate so that it is not only used in conventional frequencies, and it is now available in the form of streaming. Elfara FM Radio was chosen as an empirical phenomenon because it has an alternative media in the form of a website for streaming services on www.radioelfara.com and primetime programs that are the choice of researchers is Hitzteria (at 14.00-18.00). This study aims to determine the differences in the level of satisfaction of listeners of the Hitzteria program through conventional media or streaming media on Elfara FM radio. Through quantitative methods, researchers will try to find differences in the level of satisfaction through the technique of data collection, namely the questionnaire on Radio Elfara. The researcher used the MAIN model to test the hypothesis, which consisted of Modality, Agency, Interactivity, and Navigability. The results of the study will be very useful for the development of communication science studies, especially the study of economic media and intestinal gratification

This is because the local people preserve local traditions that are derived from the habits of their elders. Harmonious relations between religious communities are created through the practices of local traditions of village consultation, village clean, celebration of as-syuro day, kenduri and commemoration of August 17. Local tradition serves as a special mechanism that can prevent the community from possible conflicts between religious communities and is able to clean up the chaotic community atmosphere. Local traditions contribute to resolving several inter-religious conflicts, such as: Conflict of establishment of Kosta Beach church and widening of the terrace of the Mahakaraya Holy Family church, conflict of pig breeding in Jorong and Jakarya Mahakarya, and conflict in organizing blood donor activities in the Holy Family Mahakarya church

Get PDFThe social capital found in the community in Waplau Village of Buru Regency grows and develops in line with the achievement of fulfilling the necessities of life. The relationship of cooperation in the distillation of oil from eucalyptus leaves is built among landowners, tenants, renters, and receptors so that social capital is built with participation, trust, cooperation, and reciprocity become the norm which continues to be maintained. This research was conducted based on the preference for the implementation of the eucalyptus oil refining process in Waplau Village as an effort to gain profits and fulfill household needs. The research location was focused in Waplau Village considering the number of eucalyptus oil workers which was more dominant compared to other villages in Buru Regency; the research samples were eucalyptus landowners, land tenants, rental workers, and collectors. The researcher uses primary data obtained from the results of observations and direct interviews with informants. The data analysis method used proposed by Miles and Huberman and Spradley. The results showed that social capital is an indicator of the success of eucalyptus oil workers in achieving goals. The social capital aspect has a strong relationship with the existence of landowners, tenants, and rental workers, as well as working groups among anaconda, leaf sequencer, cook and laborer in completing the task of refining oil so that social capital is able to become an instrument for eucalyptus oil productivity in Waplau village
ANALISIS PENATAAN RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU DI KOTA PEKANBARU
Get PDFThearrangement of the green open space of the City of Pekanbaru has not been implemented as mandated by the Law on Spatial Planning. Because the rapid development of malls and offices is not comparable to the construction of green open spaces. This research is categorized as sociological legal research, namely research on the effectiveness of law in the community. The results of the study show that the Pekanbaru City Government has not yet fully organized and utilized green open space land. The barriers are structured due to the weak ability to control the land, limited funds, the absence of green open space planning, low private participation, low public awareness, expensive land prices, the ability of the government to only buy land according to the Tax Object Value, and not yet effective implementation of the green open space program. Regulatory efforts include preparing green open space, providing funding, collaborating with the private sector, limiting the construction of buildings and buildings, cooperating with investors, making regulations with strict sanctions on the conversion of green open spaces, synergies between government, the private sector, and community and a strategy for structuring green open space. The Pekanbaru City Government needs to show a strong commitment in structuring green open space

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to look at the other side of humor, meaning that besides producing fun, it turns out that humor can also bond and can even build social relations. The method used in the study was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that humor plays a role in shaping trust, norms and solidarity in groups. Humor as a social capital bonding in building social relations by being inward looking as an initial way of fostering trust and becoming glue in groups, then paving the way for faster growth with the ability to create strong networking. Humor as a bridging social capital in connecting members to one another. Indirectly humor creates more intense interactions involving all members. Humor can be a link to the creation of interactions between group members, so members can understand each other's characters. Humor also indirectly forms the norm in the form of habits interacting with the aggressive style of humor that is agreed upon by members and becomes an identity in the group. Third, the existence of good social relations between members created through humor can create networking to strengthen solidarity

Based on the results of the study it was found that PKBI West Sumatra conducted socialization through new empowerment. The community responded to the program very well. Multi stakeholders who contributed during the government, nagari government, community and company. Contributions are financial, energy, and interrelated thinking. PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM SANITASI TOTAL BERBASIS MASYARAKAT (STBM) DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP PERUBAHAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN LIMA PULUH KOTA
Get PDFThis event will be based on research of the program of Community Lead Total Sanitation (CLTS) in Lima Puluh Kota District. This study aims to describe the implementation of the program and to know the changes the behavior of the environmental health of the community by the existence of the CLTS program in Lima Puluh Kota District.This study used a survey method, which is primary data sourced from the respondent became the main data to answer problems that questionable on this research. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews and questionnaires on 75 respondents.The results showed that program execution CLTS ranging from planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the involved community. The community was given a major role in this program. The role of the Government in the program only facilitates CLTS ultimately completely turned over to community self-help. The CLTS programs have succeded in changing knowledge and attitudes towards Open Defecation and Hand Wash Use Soap, but has not succeeded in changing the behavior of society as a whole. The implementation are the first and the second pillar, Stop Open Defecation and Hand Wash Use Soap, while pillars 3, 4, 5 have not been implemented yet
