PENGEMBANGAN KELEMBAGAAN TRADISIONAL MASYARAKAT DAERAH SEBAGAI PENYANGGA HUTAN UNTUK PELESTARIAN TAMAN NASIONAL GUNUNG HALIMUN SALAK (TNGHS)
Full text linkThe background of this research is the fact that there are creative potentials of Indonesian community should be optimally discovered by ways of developing cultural and environmental society. This research takes a caseof National Park of Mounts of HalimunSalak (Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun-Salak; TNGHS). Through those activities the communitites around those areas have risen their economic lives and also actively participated in preserving environment and culture. This research identifies the development of potentials which are not optimally ascertained but should be realized by all related people to take the advantages of them. This research uses descriptive method which is done qualitatively. The study finds out that TNGHS is situated within the range of social planning. This model is not based on local initiatives, rather it is built on the social arrangements performed by formal and informal forces harmoniously sinergized to run social roles of TNGH
THE ROLE OF SOCIAL WORKERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM VILLAGES
Full text linkThe description of the role of social workers is considered important because the initiator of the formation of a village tourism program in Sukaratu Village is the social worker itself, so that if the role can be fully described it is not impossible the role of social workers. In the village of Sukaratu can be adopted by other communities in different regions that have the same commitment to community development. These findings indicate that the role of community social workers at the identification stage is more facilitative and educative. At the socialization stage, the role of social workers is more dominant in practicing the role of representation and education. Subsequent roles in the social worker planning stage play a more facilitative role and in the implementation stages of social workers practice more training (educational) skills. Then at the evaluation stage the social worker does not perform a representational role, but rather performs a facilitation role to facilitate the evaluation procedure and the various aspects that must be in the evaluation process. Full text linkThe factors of ecology are still problem in public administration implementation, at the least, there are 5 (five) ecological factors: economic,social structure, communication net work,pattern of ideololgy/symbol, and political system.It’s thought to have been caused by fifth factors not done optimally yet. The aim of the research for understanding that ecologically,the fifth factors influence in public administration.At the least, understanding that public administration is not only one stand, but influenced by ecological factors where public administration in a place, and also in local autonomy implementation policy, regency/municipality, ecologically to explore resources, either human resources or nature resources relate with administrative ecolology. The methodology use are qualitative, the first to library study, and study of factual comparative complately, with central issue in the beaucracy, especially in Indonesia. The study of ecological administrationhas been done along ago, and the top at 1960 decade with established Comparative Administration Group (CAG) by Fred Riggs as a leader. Full text linkElectronic parking machine is a renewal by the city of Bandung in parking payments. Based on data show that eletronic parking engine began to be used in the city of Bandung since 2013. Basically the user of electronic parking machine is a form of use information and communication technology in government. It can support the city of Bandung as a smart city. In this case Rudolf Giffinger states that there are six characteristics to realize the smart city. In this case the electronic parking machine is expected to realize the city of Bandung as a smart city, it is strengthened by San Fransisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SMFTA) that the electronic parking engine is a smart parking system that can support the smart city. So need to do a qualitative research on electronic parking engine in Bandung city. The result of this study states that electronic parking engine has been installed in the city of Bandung since 2013. However, after about four years tested the machine is still not running

Full text linkThis study aimed to analyze the implementation of policies call for diversification of food consumption in the Field of Food Security Sukabumi. In addition this study analyzes the factors that become supporters and obstacles in implementing it. These results indicate that the implementation of the policy of diversification of food consumption appeal has not been carried out effectively and efficiently. But the main factors that hinder the realization of this policy were in consumption patterns are always dependent on rice.
