    Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru Produktif dalam Melaksanakan Pembelajaran Teaching Factory Melalui Workshop di SMK Negeri 7 Palu

    The motivation for this study was the low ability of productive teachers to carry out the learning process utilizing the Teaching Factory learning model at SMK Negeri 7 Palu. The teaching learning approach is appropriate for use in SMK since it produces graduates who are competent and ready to work. The purpose of this project is to use a workshop to increase the ability of productive teachers to apply learning using the Teaching Factory approach. The focus of this study is a successful teacher at SMK Negeri 7 Palu, which has a total of 12 students. This school action research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle going through the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data in cycle II increased with an average of 94 (A) and 91.67% completeness percentage. As a result of the training, productive teachers at SMK Negeri 7 Palu will be better able to execute Teaching Factory learning

    PROFIL NUMBER SENSE SISWA KELAS VII SMPN MODEL TERPADU MADANI PALU DALAM MENYELESAIKAN MASALAH BILANGAN

    This study aims to describe the profile of number sense of grade VII students at SMPN Model Terpadu Madani Palu in solving number problems. This type of research is qualitative research. The subject of this study were three students in grade VII CI-2 at Model Terpadu Madani Palu in the even semester of the 2020/2021. Three students selected as research subject consisted of a student with high math abilities, a student with medium math abilities and a student low math abilities. Data were collected by means of test and interview methods. The result of this study indicate that: (1) Profile of number sense of student with high mathematics ability is: (a) Representing fractions with pictures, (b) Use pictorial representations, (c) Using estimates and fraction properties to make a comparisons, (d) Using the assosiative property, (e) Understand the relationship between the problem’s context and the operation required. (2) Profile of number sense of student with moderate mathematics ability is: (a) Understand the concept of addition and substraction of fraction, (b) Using fraction properties to make a comparisons. (3) Profile of number sense of student with low mathematics ability is: (a) Able to convert fractions to decimal numbers and vice versa, (b) Understand the concept of addition and substraction of decimal numbers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil number sense siswa kelas VII  SMPN Model Terpadu Madani Palu dalam menyelesaikan masalah bilangan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tiga orang siswa kelas VII CI-2 SMPN Model Terpadu Madani Palu pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Tiga orang siswa yang dipilih sebagai subjek penelitian terdiri dari seorang siswa berkemampuan matematika tinggi, seorang siswa berkemampuan matematika sedang dan seorang siswa berkemampuan matematika rendah. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara metode tes dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Profil number sense siswa berkemampuan matematika tinggi yaitu : (a) Merepresentasikan bilangan pecahan dengan gambar, (b) Menggunakan representasi gambar, (c) Menggunakan perkiraan dan sifat bilangan pecahan dalam membuat perbandingan, (d) menggunakan sifat asosiatif dan (e) Memahami hubungan antara konteks masalah dengan operasi yang diperlukan. (2) Profil number sense siswa berkemampuan matematika sedang yaitu: (a) Memahami konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan pecahan dan (b) Menggunakan sifat bilangan pecahan dalam membuat perbandingan. (3) Profil number sense siswa berkemampuan matematika rendah yaitu: (a) mampu mengubah bilangan pecahan menjadi bilangan desimal atau sebaliknya dan (b) memahami konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan bilangan desima

    The study aims to describe the Problem Solving Class VII  In Solving Word Problem Based On Social Arithmetic On  Online Learning The Ability Of Mathematics. The research subjects are 3 students, namely students with high, medium and low math abilities. The research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach based on the problem solving steps proposed by Polya. The result showed that the ZR of mathematical abilities, AS of student with moderate mathematical abilities, and MR of student with low mathematics abilities, in solving social arithmetic math problems were as follows: (1) understanding the problem, student ZR, student AS, and student MR understand the given problem by doing repeated reading. ZR student and AS student can identify known information and information asked, but ZR didn’t write down completely while AS couldn’t identify the thing that was asked completely. MR student cannot identify the information that is knows and asked completely, it appears that MR does not understand the problem given, (2) Devising a plan, ZR student make problem solving plan with the formula for buying and selling prices, AS make a problem solving plan using the profit and loss formula. While MR uses the percentage of sales formula, (3) Carrying out the plan, ZR student use their abilities by using the concept of profit or loss, but do not master the arithmetic division operation so they do not complete the final result. AS student carry out problem solving plans well, but to find the purcgase price of AS is not right, and at the stage of calculating te final result, AS does not get the final result because it does not master the division arithmetic operation. While MR at this stage uses an incorrect formula, and cannot complete the final result because MR does not master the devision arithmetic operation, (4) Looking back, ZR, SS and MR students did a rexamination by looking back at the work.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemecahan masalah siswa kelas VII dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita aritmatika sosial pada pembelajaran daring berdasarkan kemampuan matematika. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 siswa yaitu, siswa yang berkemampuan matematika tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang didasarkan pada langkah pemecahan masalah yang dikemukakan oleh Polya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ZR siswa yang mempunyai kemampuan matematika tinggi, AS siswa yang berkemampuan matematika sedang dan MR siswa berkemampuan matematika rendah dalam memecahkan masalah matematika aritmatika sosial adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap memahami masalah, siswa ZR , siswa AS dan siswa MR memahami masalah yang diberikan dengan melakukan pembacaan berulang. Siswa ZR dan siswa AS dapat mengidentifikasi informasi yang diketahui, tetapi ZR tidak menuliskannya secara lengkap sedangkan AS tidak dapat mengidentifikasi hal ditanyakan secara lengkap. Siswa MR tidak dapat mengidentifikasi informasi yang diketahui dan ditanyakan secara lengkap, terlihat bahwa MR kurang memahami masalah yang diberikan, (2) Tahap membuat rencana pemecahan masalah, siswa ZR membuat rencana pemecahan masalah dengan rumus modal dan harga jual, siswa AS membuat rencana dengan menggunakan rumus untung dan rugi. Sedangkan MR dengan menggunakan rumus persentase penjualan, (3) Tahap melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah, siswa ZR dengan menggunakan konsep untung atau rugi, tetapi tidak menguasai operasi hitung pembagian sehingga tidak menyelesaikan hasil akhir. Siswa AS melaksanakan rencana pemecahan masalah dengan baik namun untuk mencari harga beli AS tidak tepat, serta pada tahap menghitung hasil akhir AS tidak mendapatkan hasil akhir dikarenanakan AS tidak menguasai operasi hitung pembagian. Sedangkan MR pada tahap ini dengan menggunakan rumus yang tidak tepat, dan tidak dapat menyelesaikan hasil akhir dikarenakan MR tidak menguasai operasi hitung pembagian, (4) Tahap memeriksa kembali jawaban siswa ZR, AS dan MR melakukan pemeriksaan kembali dengan melihat kembali hasil pekerjaan

    Analisis Kemampuan Siswa dalam Menafsirkan Grafik Proses Termodinamika di SMA Negeri 5

    This study aims to analyze students' ability to interpret thermodynamic process graphs. The instrument used is a thermodynamic graph test question as many as 13 items in the form of reasoned multiple choice. The methodology used is qualitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Model Palu in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class XII IPA 4. Interview respondents were selected based on the results of the analysis of students' answers. The results of the analysis show that the students' abilities are in the very low category with an average percentage of 33.68%. The ability to interpret symbols is 42.01%, connecting observations is 31.77%, finding patterns is 30.21%, and determining the amount is 30.73%. Students' difficulties in interpreting graphs, namely, considering the graph as an object, confusion in interpreting the position of the direction of the arrow in the graph, not knowing the meaning of the symbols of magnitude in the graph, having difficulty interpreting the area under the graph, unable to distinguish graphs, and unable to see the question as a whole.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan siswa dalam menafsirkan grafik proses termodinamika. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu soal tes grafik termodinamika sebanyak 13 butir soal berbentuk pilihan ganda beralasan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 5 Model Palu semester ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII IPA 4. Responden wawancara dipilih berdasarkan hasil analisis jawaban siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan siswa berada pada kategori sangat rendah dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 33,68%. Kemampuan dalam mengartikan lambang sebesar 42,01%, menghubungkan hasil pengamatan sebesar 31,77%, menemukan pola sebesar 30,21%, dan menentukan besaran sebesar 30,73%. Kesulitan siswa dalam menafsirkan grafik yaitu, menganggap grafik sebagai sebuah objek, kebingungan dalam mengartikan posisi arah panah dalam grafik, tidak mengetahui arti lambang besaran dalam grafik, kesulitan mengartikan daerah di bawah grafik, tidak mampu membedakan grafik, dan tidak mampu melihat soal secara utuh

    The purpose of this study was to descript of implementation of cooperative learning model of NHT type on arithmetic social class VII Karuna Dipa Palu. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The design of this study discusses the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consists of four components, namely 1) planning, 2) implementing actions, 3) observation and 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were Grade VII students of Karuna Dipa Palu Middle School who tested 20 students. The study was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that the application of the NHT type of cooperative learning model with phases, namely: 1) delivery of goals and preparation of students, 2) presentation of information, 3) numbering, 4) asking questions, 5) mutual assistance, 6) help or advice and 7) giving awards to arithmetic social materials can improve student learning outcomes in class VII Karuna Dipa Palu

    Penentuan Kadar Natrium (Na) dan Kalsium (Ca) Pada Air Laut Desa Posona

    It has been done a study on the determination of sodium (Na) and calcium (Ca) levels in seawater at Posona Village. The aims of this study were to determine the levels of sodium (Na) and calcium (Ca) in seawater in Posona village. The tools used were an atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) and a flame photometer. Seawater samples were taken in the morning and afternoon in 3 distance points: 50 meters, 100 meters, and 150 meters from the edge of the land surface of the seashore. The level of sodium (Na) was measured at wavelengths of 589 nm while calcium (Ca) at a wavelength of 422.7 nm. The results of the study obtained the sodium levels in the morning samples with a distance of 50 m, 100 m, and 150 m amounted of 18.076 mg/L, 18.395 mg/L, and 18.715 mg/L. While the afternoon samples for the sodium (Na) levels was 18.475 mg/L, 18.742 mg/L, and 18.249 mg/L, respectively. The results of the analysis of calcium levels in the morning samples were 8.431 mg/L, 8.8 mg/L, and 7.661 mg/L, whereas in the afternoon for calcium (Ca) levels were 9.415 mg/L, 9.231 mg/L, and 7.692 mg L, respectively

    Deskripsi Hasil Belajar Ditinjau Dari Kecenderungan Gaya Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia di MAN 2 Kota Palu

    This study aimed to describe learning outcomes of students at MAN 2 Palu in terms of the tendency of learning styles in chemistry. This type of study was descriptive research. Sampling was carried out using the proportional stratified random sampling technique consisted of 93 students. Data collection technique used instruments of learning style questionnaire and learning outcomes test as well as daily test scores of Acid and Base Solutions. The results showed that students of Class XI MIA at MAN 2 Palu had various learning styles. There were 49 students (53%) with a tendency to visual learning styles, 31 students (34%) with an auditorial learning style, and 13 students (13%) with a kinesthetic learning style. Students with visual learning style performed an excellent category of learning outcomes of 25,81% compared to students with an auditorial learning style of 16% and with a kinesthetic learning style of 8,6%

    This study aimed to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on the learning outcomes of student SMAN 1 Banawa Tengah on buffer solution material. This type of research was a quasi-experimental, with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample used in this study was students of class XI IPA 1 as an experimental class with 34 students and class XI IPA 2 as a control class with 34 students. Testing of the research data used 2-party t-test with prerequisite tests, normality and homogeneity tests. The results of data analysis obtained, the average value of the experimental class was 75.5 and the control class was 66.97. The results of hypothesis testing with independent sample t test obtained that sig value (p) = 0.010 with the test criteria α = 5% (0.05), then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, so it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model influences students’ learning outcomes

    Keanekaragaman Jenis Bivalvia di Perairan Laut Desa Donggulu Kecamatan Kasimbar Kabupaten Parigi Mautong

    Bivalves are a class within molluscs that includes all shells that have a pair of shells. This study aims to describe the diversity of bivalves in the waters of Donggulu village, Kasimbar district, Parigi Moutong district and the types of bivalves obtained can be used as a learning resource in the form of a pocket book. This research was conducted in Ocean Waters in Donggulu Village, Kasimbar District, Parigi Moutong Regency in February 2020. This type of research is descriptive, sampling using cruising techniques by dividing stations into three stations. The results of the research and identification found 15 types of bivalves, namely Anodonta anatina, Spondylus gaederopus, Macoma balthica, Macoma elimata, Anadara granusa, Anadara gubernaculum, Anadara sativa, Anadara sp, Vasticardium flavum, Donax faba, Hippopus hippopus, Tridacna maxsima, Paphia gallus, Gafrarium sp, and Gafrarium pectinatum. The diversity index obtained is H '= 1.088 which indicates that the bivalve species are at a moderate level. The validation of research results as a learning resource in the form of a pocket book yielded a percentage89.675% which indicates that it is feasible to be used as a learning resourceBivalvia adalah kelas dalam  molusca yang mencangkup semua kerang-kerangan yang memiliki sepasang cangkang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Keanekaragaman Jenis Bivalvia yang terdapat di perairan laut Desa Donggulu Kecamatan Kasimbar Kabupaten Parigi Moutong serta jenis-jenis bivalvia yang diperoleh dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar dalam bentuk buku saku. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perairan Laut Desa Donggulu Kecamatan Kasimbar Kabupaten Parigi Moutong pada bulan Februari 2020. Jenis penelitian deskriptif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik jelajah dengan cara membagi stasiun menjadi tiga stasiun. Hasil penelitian dan identifikasi ditemukan 15 jenis bivalvia yaitu Anodonta anatina, Spondylus gaederopus, Macoma balthica, Macoma elimata, Anadara granusa, Anadara gubernaculum, Anadara sativa, Anadara sp, Vasticardium flavum, Donax faba, Hippopus hippopus, Tridacna maxsima, Paphia gallus, Gafrarium sp, dan Gafrarium pectinatum. Indeks keanekaragaman yang diperoleh yaitu H’=1,088 yang menunjukkan spesies bivalvia berada pada tingkatan sedang. Validasi hasil penelitian sebagai sumber belajar dalam bentuk buku saku menghasilkan presentase 89,675 % yang menunjukkan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar

    The Pondo River is one of the rivers in Central Sulawesi which crosses the Poboya, Lasoani, Tanamodindi and Talise villages. Administratively, it is located in Mantikulore District, Poboya Village. This study aims to determine the level of diversity and distribution patterns of macrozoobenthos in the Pondo River and its use as a learning resource. This research is a descriptive study that uses a random sampling method, with surbernet as a means of taking samples. To determine the level of diversity using the Shannon-Winner diversity index formula, to determine the distribution pattern using the Morista distribution index. The results showed the diversity of macrozoobenthos in the Pondo River, namely: H '= 1.36 moderate diversity. The distribution pattern of macrozoobenthos, namely: The pattern of distribution in groups (clustered) and uniform (regular), of the 10 macrozoobenthos found in the species Hydropsyche sp. has a clustered distribution pattern (clustered). Based on the results of the validation test, this research is suitable to be used as a learning resource in the form of a pocket book with a feasibility percentage of 82.1%
