Get PDFAs we have seen in its fact, the reformation program which is implemented not on the base of the Indonesian nation’s core philosophy drags Indonesian to come into multi-crisis situation. The violence conflict, terrorism, ethnical, racial, class and religious conflicts in this country had sacrificed a big amount of innocence nation’s generation. All of that is caused by unemployed philosophical base of Indonesian state, Pancasila which is dealt with divinity values, humanity, nationality, democracy and social justice in the process of reformation. Therefore, to form the democratic, religious and civilized society in the process of reformation since globalization era, the revitalization of nation state’s philosophical foundation is a must. In addition to form such society, the bureaucrats and political elites ought to develop their political communication attitude based on the morality, religious and civilized values as its result as to realize the welfare society on the togetherness as its foundation. In accordance with both national and rural developments, the philosophy of nation-state must be despised as the foundation of paradigmatic orientation of culture strategy because of national and rural developments are complex problem. Philosophy provides an inter-connected policy foundations and guidance in finding a wise solution to the complex problem

Briefly, the topic we will discuss in this paper is dealing with a wish of a few people to return to the past in gaining the prominent figure and the importance of having a leader that respectful with the democratic spirit as a continuing capital in mobilization of whole people’s capability in the direction of Indonesian unification. As a result of the discussion, we will argue that according to the plural condition of Indonesia, the recruitment of a prominent figure should be departed from the smallest rural area that has ability in programming the collaboration with some other areas. The collaboration should be based on the sameness of both vision and mission of his or her political party. But as we have known, most of Indonesian community member knows more about the prominent figure than the vision and mission of political party. Therefore, to win in the local-general election, a political party depends on the influence of prominent figure. Ironically, most of the prominent figure that contribute much in winning the election, he or she is not supported by party’s policy

The facts were understood as external meanings of idea, whereas the essence as internal meaning of idea. The probelm of this research is how the relation between the concept of idea and the facts? and what is the criterion of the truth? The aim of this research are to systematize and to evaluate concept of Criticism which be promoted by Royce as a foundation to definite the criterion of the truth.The material object of this research are the books have been written by Royce and be supported by the books of researchers which have analyzed Royce's books. Dara collected by analyzed by interpretation, coherency intern, and comparative methods. Interpretation and intern coherency method are intended to systematize Criticism concept of Royce. Comparative method is used to evaluate and to compare Royce's concept with other Criticism concept.The result of this research appers that meaning of internal idea an intuitive knowledge about the ultimate, which have the highest truth. The intuitive knowledge is direct knowledge, so that its charactersitic is a potential truth until be examined by the others subject. The facts are external meaning which not the all of them can by systematized by the internal meaning of idea. The external meaning not automatically as a truth. The truth of knowledge about the objects is a process of systematicize the external meaning by the internal meaning of idea.
