    This research discusses about action and research learning model. The research’s purpose is to describe the activity and learning achievement of Guided Inquiri Model which is integrated with multirepresentation approach.in SMA class X IPA 5 during odd semester in 2015/2015. This learning model can be effective if: the learning objectives are achievable, the students’ activities in active to very active criteria, the improvement of learning achievement in low to high criteria. This research is an action research, so the research is done by action research method. Design of this research is using Hopkins cycle. Data collection technique of this research are documentation, observation, test, and interviews. The data analysis used N-gain. The most effective about this model is when used in first cycle, with learning activities are about 71,1% - 89,5% for each indicators. Students’ activities in this cycle are included in active to very active. The improvement of learning achievement (N-gain) in this cycle is 0,33 and 0,35, that included in middle criteria

    The research focuses on the implementation of discovery model accompanied concept mapping technique. The purposesof this research are to describe students’ science process skills during the learning using discovery model accompaniedconcept mapping technique insenior high school, to examine the differences students’ achievement and students’ achievement retention between the using discovery model accompanied concept mapping technique and cooperative model which is usually used in the class. This type of research is experimental research by using post-test only control design. The population of research were the students of class X MIA in SMAN 1 Bangorejo. Therefore, the sample was the students of class X MIA 3 for experiment class and X MIA 1 for class control. The techniques of data collection are test, observation, portofolio, documentation and interview. The techniques of data analysis using descriptive analysis and Independent Sample T-Testto the help of SPSS 16. The result of the research are (1) average value students’ science process skills of 3,24, (2) students’ knowledge,skill and characteristic competences achievementacquired of analytical results Independent-Sample T-test Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, 0.000, and 0.001, (3) students’ knowledge,skill, andcharacteristiccompetences achievement retention acquired of analytical results Independent-Sample T-test Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000, 0.000, and 0.000. The conclusion that can be drawn are students’ science process skills during the learning using discovery model accompaniedconcept mapping technique are in good criteria, there are significant differences of students’ achievementand students’ achievement retention in both the students’ knowledge, skills and characteristic competence between the usingdiscovery model accompanied concept mapping technique by cooperative model

    Energy is one of the important things in the world, especially Indonesia,which has high people population. Energy consumption are dominate ofunrenewable energy, such as fuel and gasses. In other side, unrenewable energy wasrestricted, so we need to find the other energy source. Renewable Energy can helpsUnrenewable energy to complete national energy consumption such as solar cell.DSSC (Dye sensitized solar cell) is a kind of inexpensive and eco-friendly solar cellthat base on photoelectrochemical reaction. The purpose of this research is toobserve the affect of TiO2 immersion in tobacco leaf extract (Nicotiana tabacum L)as dye sensitizer to current, voltage and eficiency of Dye Sensitized Solar Cell(DSSC). The stage of this research are dye preparation, counter-electrodepreparation, TiO2 preparation, electrolyte and assembly process. The variable thatuse in this research are 30 minutes, 60 minutes, and 90 minutes of immersion time.The result indicate that the immersion hasaffect to DSSC output. The 60 minutes ofimmersion can result higher output at 12 P.M with 729,2 Watt/m2 illuminance,which are 173,6 mV in voltage and 0,621 mA in current. It also produce 0,0493%efficiency at the same time. The result indicate that the immersion hasaffect to DSSCoutput such as current, voltage and efficiency

    Effect of Solution Concentration Solution Temperature Rise Against The pace of research that observing and measuring about concentration and the rate of temperature rise of the solution. A liquid will boil when the molecules gain enough energy to liberate themselves from fellow molecule that then turns into steam. When other substances dissolved in water, the substance of these substances will be particles, which later these particles would bind particles of water and escaping into vapor, in other words, the water molecules will require higher energy to boil. The time it takes to boil the solution varies depending on the size and type of solute concentration.     PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN FLIPBOOK PADA MATERI GERAK BENDA DI SMP

    This study was aimed at describing: (1) the expert validity of flipbook medialearning, (2) the users validity of flipbook media learning and (3) audience validityof flipbook media learning. This study was development research of 4-D method(define, design, develop, disseminate). The subjects of this study was students ofclass VIIIC Nuris junior high school Jember. The instruments used were sheet ofworksheet validation, sheet of student perfomance assement, sheet of studentresponse, and sheet of observstion. The result showed that: (1) expert validity offlipbook media learning was 86,47% with very valid category (2) user validity offlipbook media learning was 81,43% with valid category (3) audience validityvalidity of flipbook media learning was 90,39% with very valid, very effective,verycomplete, and can use without revision.     Humans have many privileges compared to other living beings. One of thesefeatures is the human brain endowed with superior working power. The human brain is asystem control center of all his activities, whether the activity is done consciously oractivities conducted under awareness. Modern research shows that the human braincontains one trillion cells, which includes 100 billion active nerve cells (neurons) and 900billion other cells that glue, maintain and envelops the neurons. The ability of the brainmemory can reach the order of 10800, is much greater than the capacity of moderncomputer hard drive which is at the order of 1012. There are two realities about theworkings of the brain : (1) Rapidly growing brain power into the teenage years and thenthe momentum gradually decreases, and (2) power of the brain to be more efficient if thebrain is more widely used and trained. The brain has a sensitivity to specific things, whichis the color, sounds and fragrances stimulation. Therefore, efforts to improve the workingsof the brain can be done by providing the right external stimulants. This effort can berealized through the use of painting, music, and fragrances are integrated with the balanceof brain exercises that vary.     This study focus examined the implementation model discovery learning with worksheets student to physic instruction at SMA. The purposes of this research was to examine the effect model discovery learning process science skills, learning motivation, and learning achievement to physics at SMA. The population in this study was X class and  the sample are X MIA-5 and X MIA-6 were of SMAN 1 Kencong. This research was a experimental with post-test only control group design. The data are collected by test, observation, interview, question form and documentation. Data analysis techniques T-test using SPSS 22. The results of  study: (1) the average value of science process skills 66.8 (2) the average value of motivation 77.4  (3) the average value of learning achievement 62.6. This research can be concluded: (1) there is the effect significant of the use a model discovery learning accompanied by Worksheets Students towards science process skills students,  (2) there is the effect significant of the use a model discovery learning accompanied by Worksheets Students towards the learning motivation students, (3) there is the effect significant of the use a model discovery learning accompanied by Worksheets Students toward student learning outcomes.   Keywords: Model Discovery Learning, Worksheet Students, Science Process Skills, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcome

    Cooperative model type STAD with student worksheet is one model that isable to bring up student involvement actively in science lessons. This research aimsare to reviewing the difference of learning outcomes between students who use themodel type STAD with student worksheet and the students who use direct learningmodel in SMP, to describe the students learning activities during use cooperativemodel type STAD with student worksheet,and to describe students learningmotivation after using the cooperative model type STAD with student worksheet.This type of research is an experimental research conducted at SMPN 7 Bondowoso,class VIIA as an experimental class with the number of 29 students and VIIB as acontrol class with the number of 29 students. Source of data derived from theassessment by the observer, post-test, and filling the questionnaire. Based on theresearch that has been conducted, the obtained 1) the result of research is asignificant difference between students who use cooperative model type STAD withstudent worksheet with students who use direct learning model in SMP, 2) theresults of students learning activities at the first meeting by 79.4% and in the secondmeeting amounted to 88,4%. Means the learning activities of students while usingthe STAD model with student worksheet included in the category ofvery active, 3)the results of student learning motivation that is 89,9%. It has been interpreted thatstudents motivation after using the model STAD accompanied student worksheetincluded in the category of very motivated

    IMPLEMENTASI MODEL GI-GI (GROUP INVESTIGATION-GUIDED INQUIRY) PADA PEMBELAJARAN MOMENTUM DAN IMPULS DI MAN

    The purposes of this research were to study the effect of the GI-GI (Group Investigation-Guided Inquiry) model to students' knowledge competence of momentum and impulse and to describe the students learning activities. The research was conducted at  MAN 2 Jember Academic Year 2016 - 2017. The type of this research was experimental by Post-test Only Control Group Design. The population of the research were students of XI MIA in MAN 2 Jember. The sample was  XI MIA 4 as an experimental class and XI MIA 2 as the control class. The researchs’ data which was collected by using documentation, observation, interview, and test. The techniques of data analysis used independent samples t-test and percentage (quantitative description). The results of this analysis were obtained significant value of 0.005  and the average activity of students was 71.39%. It can be concluded that GI-GI model had a significantly effect on students' knowledge competence of momentum and impulse and learning activities of students were in active category.  Key words: Competence Knowledge, Learning Activities Model GI-GI, Momentum and impulse
