AbstractThink pair share or think pairwise sharing is one type of cooperative learningthat is designed to influence students' interaction patterns. Think pair share givesthe students time to think and respond and help each other mutually. objectivesof this research was to examine differences in learning outcomes using learningmodel accompanied think pair share worksheets with conventional learningmodel in teaching physics in high school, to describe the physics students'learning activities using learning model with LKS think pair share in learningphysics in high school . This type of research is experimental research whichtype of research that already meet the requirements of any other groups that arenot subject to experimentation but allowed to obtain the observations, the socalled class control. Data collection techniques used in this study is theobservation, documentation, interviews and tests. The conclusion of this studyshows, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between theapplication of learning models accompanied think pair share worksheets withconventional learning in class X SMA semester in Balung school year 2012/2013and the learning activities of students in the first semester of tenth grade in highschool Balung country school year 2012/2013 by applying the learning modelwith LKS think pair share a fairly categorized as active or moderate.Keyword: Think pair share or think pairwise sharin
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR (MP PKB) DISERTAI METODE EKSPERIMEN PADA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMP
AbstractThe goals of this research were to determine the solving physics problem abilityusing Learning Model Improving Capacity to Think (LM ICT) accompanied byexperiment method, examine the differences of physics achievement between usingLM ICT accompanied by experiment method with using conventional model, anddescribe the retention of physics achievement using LM ICT accompanied byexperiment method. The method of this research was true experiment by using posttest control only design. The sample of this research was the students of eighthgrade at Jember 6 Junior High School, that consists of two classes. One of the classwas assigned randomly to the control group, and the other class was assigned to theexperimental group. The experimental group treated by using LM ICT accompaniedby experiment method whereas the control group used conventional model.The dataof solving physics problem ability were collected by problem solving studentworksheets whereas physics achievement were collected by test. The results of thisresearch showed that (1) the level of solving physics problem ability using LM ICTaccompanied by experiment method was good category. (2) There was significantdifferences of physics achievement between using LM ICT accompanied byexperiment method with using conventional model, that showed with significantvalue 0,035 was smaller than α = 0,05. This research also showed that (3) theretention of physics achievement using LM ICT accompanied by experiment methodwas 93,47% with very good category.Keywords: Learning Model Improving Capacity to Think (LM ICT), experimentmethod, problem solving, physics achievement, retention
PERBEDAAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL TEMUAN TERBIMBING DISERTAI PENDEKATAN SAVI (SOMATIS, AUDITORY, VISUAL, INTELECTUAL) DI SMA NEGERI 1 KENCONG
AbstractThe goals of this research were to reviewing significant difference of physicslearning outcomes between class that using guided discovery model and SAVI(Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) approach with class that usingconventional model. Type of this research was true experiment by using controlgroup pre test-post test design. The sample of this research was the students ofclass XI at Senior High School 1 Kencong. The data were collected byobservation, documentation, test, and interview. The data were analyzed byIndependent Sample T-Test, and compare score mean of post-test. Analysisresults are class that using guided discovery model and SAVI (Somatic, Auditory,Visual, Intelectual) approach had physics learning outcomes significantdifference with class that using conventional model; class that using guideddiscovery model and SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) givingpositive effect for physics learning outcomes if it practiced by physic learning inclass.Keyword: guided discovery model, physic learning outcomes, SAVI (Somatic,Auditory, Visual, Intelectual) approach
PENGARUH MODEL INKUIRI DISERTAI TEKNIK PETA KONSEP TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR DAN RETENSI HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA KELAS XI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMA NEGERI ARJASA
AbstractThe goals of this research were to analyzed the ability of cognitive product ofstudents in the learning physics during Inquiry Model with concept mapping, todescribe the increase of physics achievement using Inquiry Model with conceptmapping in physics learning, and to examine the differences of physicachievement between using Inquiry Model with concept mapping andconventional model. The kind of this study was true experiment by usingrandomized post test only control group design. The sample of this research wasthe students of class XI at Arjasa senior High School. The data were collected byobservation, documentation, student worksheet, test, and interview. The datawere analyzed by Independent Sample T-Test. The analysis result that thestudent’s ability of cognitive product of students in the learning physics duringInquiry Model with concept mapping include in good category is equal to 79,89,the student’s physics achievement by use Inquiry Model with concept mapping isable to increasing, and the student’s achievement by use Inquiry Model withconcept mapping is better than conventional model.Keyword: Inquiry, concept mapping

AbstractCooperatif type Think Pair Share is ine of simply cooperative learning model thatgives chance to the students to do individually and cooperatively. Whereasexperimental method is a theaching strategy that allows the students to doexperiment about something, observe the process and wite down the result of theeksperiment, after that they explain it in front of the class and it will be evaluatedwith the teacher. Further, concept mapping technique that show the concepts ofevery brach of scient. The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence ofcooperative model think pair share type with experiment method by using conceptmapping to scientific attitudes and learning outcome of students grade X at SMAN 2Tanggul. The type of this researh is true experiment by using post test only controlgroup design. Data analysis is using t-test. The conclusion of this research showedthat the result of sinificant scientific attitudes based on independent analysis samplet-test was 0,002 0,05 and the result of sinificant learning outcome based onindependent analysis sample t-test was 0,018 0,05 so cooperative model thinkpair share type with experiment method by using concept mapping influenced thescientific attitudes and learning outcome of students grade X at SMAN 2 Tanggul.Keyword: concept mapping technique, experiment method, learning outcome,scientific attitudes, think pair share mode
