PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GUIDED INQUIRY BERBANTUAN PRAKTIKUM TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS SISWA PADA MATERI GELOMBANG BUNYI
This research aims to determine the effect of students' science process skills using the guided inquiry learning model assisted by practicum on sound wave material at SMA Negeri 6 Serang City. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research results show that the average N-gain value is 0.11 in the low category for the pretest and the posttest N-gain is 0.49 in the medium category. The average percentage result on the students' science process skills observation sheet is 78.40% in the good category. Based on the research results, there is an influence of the application of the guided inquiry learning model assisted by practicum on students' science process skills in the material of sound waves

The Lagrange method is a method used to solve complex mechanical problems by utilizing kinetic and potential energy. This research examines the application of the Lagrange method to rigid body systems, where the position and orientation of the body are determined by general coordinates. This article uses a literature study approach from various relevant sources. The research results show that the Lagrange method is effective in solving mechanical problems in rigid body systems that cannot be solved using Newton's method
PENGARUH FASE BULAN TERHADAP HASIL TANGKAPAN IKAN DI PELABUHAN MUNCAR KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI
The influence of the moon's phases in the sky is a factor that is closely related to the behavior of fish, one of which is the fish's attraction to light. The purpose of this research was to examine the differences in fish catches based on the phases of the moon at Muncar Port, Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with ex post facto survey method. This research uses ex post facto research with a Causal Comparative Research design. The results showed that there was no difference in fish catch based on the phase of the moon in one year. The results of the analysis that has been carried out show that the average fish catch in each phase of the moon in one year is almost the same. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that in the bright moon, the fish catches are less. However, during the dark moon the fish catch becomes abundant
Kajian Kualitatif Berbasis NVivo Dalam Mata Kuliah Perubahan Iklim
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi siswa dan prestasi belajar pada materi perubahan iklim dengan menggunakan pendekatan Technology-Based Learning Assessment (TBLA) berbasis perangkat lunak NVivo. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dari partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, baik berupa interaksi di kelas, diskusi kelompok, maupun tugas individu yang terkait dengan topik perubahan iklim. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan NVivo untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola motivasi siswa dan hubungannya dengan hasil belajar mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi yang tinggi, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam memahami materi perubahan iklim. Siswa yang termotivasi lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran dan menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap topik tersebut. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan metode penilaian berbasis teknologi, yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur secara lebih akurat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil belajar. Selain itu, penelitian ini memperkaya pendekatan kurikulum sains, yang semakin terintegrasi dengan teknologi digital, untuk mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan relevan dengan tuntutan zaman. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengembangan kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran di era digital
Utilization of Tempe as a Base Material in the Study of Electromagnetic Wave Properties in the ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) Range
Electromagnetic waves are transverse waves consisting of electric and magnetic fields that are perpendicular to each other and can propagate without a medium. The sub-spectrum of electromagnetic waves with a frequency range of 0 to 300 Hz is known as Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) electromagnetic waves. This experiment aims to demonstrate the effects of ELF magnetic field radiation on the ripening of food materials. The control and experimental groups in this study involved test materials, including 1 kg of cassava tape, 1 kg of glutinous rice tape, and 1 kg of tempeh. Each test material was divided into the control and experimental groups, then arranged into 10 samples, each weighing 100 grams, and wrapped in ziplock plastic bags. Each group was left for two days of fermentation, with the distinguishing factor being that the experimental group was exposed to ELF magnetic fields beforehand. Observations revealed differences in physical conditions such as texture, aroma, taste, and color between the control and experimental groups. PENERAPAN SSDE-DIAMETER EKUIVALEN AIR SEBAGAI TINGKAT PANDUAN DIAGNOSIS TYPICAL VALUE PADA PEMERIKSAAN CT SCAN ABDOMEN PEDIATRIK
Diagnostic Reference Level (DRL) is a method of optimizing patient doses in diagnostic and intervention procedures. The DRL value is obtained from the Volumetric Computed Tomography Dose Index (CTDIvol) which is obtained from a phantom with a diameter of 16 cm or 32 cm, so it is not yet possible to accurately estimate the dose for each patient, especially pediatric patients. The American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) then issued a water equivalent diameter (Dw) parameter to calibrate the CTDIvol to obtain a Size-Specific Dose Estimate (SSDE) so that it is more specific and effective. This study aims to obtain local DRL values Γ’β¬βΉΓ’β¬βΉand compare local DRL values Γ’β¬βΉΓ’β¬βΉin two pediatric age groups. This study used data from 25 pediatric abdominal CT scan patients aged <15 years, divided into two groups, ages 0-4 years and ages 5-15 years. The results of this study showed that typical DRLCTDIvol values Γ’β¬βΉΓ’β¬βΉfor ages 0-4 years and 5-15 years were 3.09 mGy and 4.39 mGy respectively, while DRLSSDE for the two age groups were 3.25 mGy and 3.54 mGy respectively. There is a difference of 5.27% and 19.36% respectively from the local DRL value based on CTDIvol and SSDE for the two age groups. It can be seen that in the 0-4 year age group, the DRLSSDE value is greater than the DRLCTDIvol, conversely in the 5-15 year age group the DRLSSDE value is lower than the DRLCTDIvol which indicates that the dimensional factor affects the dose received by the patient
Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa SMPIT Cordova Samarinda
Scientific literacy refers to an individual's ability to apply understanding of concepts, scientific processes, and the use of scientific knowledge to solve real-life problems. This research aims to the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on students' scientific literacy abilities at SMPIT Cordova Samarinda with a focus on the subject of climate change. In addition, this research aims to measure improvements in indicators of scientific literacy skills among students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type and a nonequivalent control group design. The research population consisted of class VII students at SMPIT Cordova Samarinda, totaling 140 students spread across five classes. The experimental group consisting of 30 Class VII B1 students and the control group consisting of 28 Class VII B2 students were selected as samples. Data collection involved an assessment consisting of 8 essay questions given to students before and after participating in the PBL session. This research shows a statistically significant positive effect of using the PBL model on students' scientific literacy skills, with the highest increase in indicators seen in evaluating and designing scientific investigations
PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN APLIKASI WORDWALL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA DI SMA
The lack of motivation of students due to physics learning tends to be saturated with the many formulas taught and the use of learning media by teachers who do not attract the attention of students underlies this research. This research focuses to determine whether the use of wordwall media in Physics class can increase students' learning motivation. This study uses a classroom action research method, which includes pre-learning cycles and learning cycles I and II using quantitative descriptive analysis. The research was conducted on 35 students of class X-3 at SMA Negeri 5 Jember. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and observation, which categorised students into five groups based on their motivation level. The results showed that the use of wordwall application learning media had a significant positive effect on student motivation, which resulted in an increase in motivation in the very high and high learning motivation categories in learning cycles I and II. The study also found an increase of 37.14% with 13 students in the very high learning motivation category and an increase of 54.29% with 21 students in the high learning motivation category after the application of wordwall application in Physics learning
PENERAPAN PERSAMAAN LAGRANGE PADA SISTEM BANDUL GANDA YANG TERHUBUNG OLEH PEGAS
Lagrange mechanics is an analytical method in classical mechanics that does not consider forces acting on the system. It focuses instead on kinetic and potential energies as the core of the entire system. The primary goal of this study is to derive the equations of motion for the coupled pendulums connected by a spring system using Lagrange equation. Two identical pendulums, each positioned at the end of its respective lengths, were connected by a spring. Formulating the Lagrangian for this system enabled the derivation of the equation of motion through the Lagrange equation. These equations were graphically represented with predefined initial conditions. The results revealed a recurring pattern: as amplitude of the first pendulum increased, the amplitude of the second pendulum decreased and vice versa. This phenomenon occurs due to the exchange of energy between the two pendulums, where one loses energy while the other gains it
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PICTURE AND PICTURE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA SISWA
Physics subjects are not liked by student because it have a high level ofdifficulty. The impact is that student learning outcomes in physics subjects aregenerally low. The solution is an application of a learning model with picture mediaor picture and picture. This study aims to improve a student learning outcomes, aswell as analyze student respons to the picture and picture learning model applied. Thisresearch is an experimental research with a posttest-only control design. The dataanalysis technique of this study is to use the normality test and T-Test. The resultsthrough the Mann Whitney U-Test is 0.000<0.05 which indicated that there was asignificant difference in post-test results. While the student response obtained a 85%and get a Γ’β¬Εvery positifΓ’β¬ category.Key words : Learning model, Learning Outcomes, Picture and Pictur
