PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING (PjBL) TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA SMP PADA MATERI PEMANASAN GLOBAL
Creative thinking ability is crucial in the 21st century to prepare the creative, innovative, and contributing human resources in the community. However, the students' creative thinking ability is relatively low. This research's purpose is to study the effect of Project Based Learning model on junior high school student's creative thinking ability. This research is a quasi-experiment type with a non-equivalent control group design that is located in SMPN 1 Pakuniran on the 7th-grade students. Based on the analytic result, the normality test using Shapiro Wilk scored 0.259 for the experiment class and 0.64 for the control class (p value>0,05), the independent sample t-test scored 0,000 (sig.≤0,05), and the right-tailed t-test scored 18,833 > 1,725. It can be concluded that Project Based Learning model has a significant effect on the creative thinking ability
ANALISIS PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN FISIKA UNIVERSITAS JEMBER TERKAIT TEKNIK IRRADIASI SINAR GAMMA PADA PENGAWETAN MAKANAN
One of the materials studied by physics education students at the University of Jember in the agrophysics course is material about ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Understanding the material requires the ability to think critically. With critical thinking, students' understanding can be said to be good on ionizing and non-ionizing radiation material. In this study using descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The purpose of using this method is to describe the understanding of physics education students in understanding ionizing radiation material (ionizing) type of gamma rays on food preservation. Respondents in this study were physics education students at the University of Jember totaling 50 students. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis of the answers obtained from the Physics Education students of Jember University on the questionnaire regarding the understanding of gamma-ray irradiation techniques in food preservation, it can be concluded that the understanding of the concept of students is quite good. Students who are prospective physics teachers must have an understanding of the concept of physics. To improve understanding, it is necessary to have a good discussion and argue logically to train critical thinking
PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI PEMBERIAN REWARD STICKER PADA PEMBELAJARAN FISIKA
The purpose of this research was to analyze whether attaching a reward sticker in a physics class increases motivation for learning. This research uses the quantitative descriptive method. The type of study is classroom action research in two phases, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The study subjects were up to 34 students from class X4 SMAN 5 Jember. Data collection techniques using Google forms, observations, questionnaires packaged in documents. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. The study showed a 9% increase in the highly motivated category and a 76% increase in the very motivated category. The conclusion of this study was that rewarding stickers can increase students' motivation to learn during the learning process
PENGGUNAAN LKPD BERBANTUAN SIMULASI PHET DALAM MODEL PBL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR KOGNITIF SISWA
This research is a classroom action research with the aim of improving students' cognitive learning outcomes on alternative energy material. The subjects of this study were all 34 students of class X2 at SMAN 1 Genteng. Data collection techniques using observation methods, tests with cognitive test instruments, and documentation. Then the data was analyzed by descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The conclusion of this study is that the use of PBL model-based worksheets assisted by PhET simulations is proven to be effective in increasing students' cognitive learning outcomes. This is seen from the results of the average N-Gain scores in each cycle, namely I and II, which are 0.54 and 0.56. Both values ​​are included in the medium category, but there is an increase.  
IMPLEMENTASI LKPD BERBASIS STEM UNTUK MENGUKUR KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PADA POKOK BAHASAN GERAK LURUS
Berpikir kritis adalah salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki peserta didik pada abad 21. Penggunaan media pembelajaran berupa LKPD yang memadukan disiplin ilmu sains, teknologi, teknik, dan matematika dapat melatih keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas LKPD berbasis STEM, mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pokok bahasan gerak lurus dengan menggunakan media berupa LKPD, dan respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD berbasis STEM sangat valid dengan nilai 90,7%, keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X di SMA Pancasila tergolong sedang dengan nilai 58,38, dan LKPD termasuk dalam kategori menarik yang dikatahui dari respon peserta didik terhadap penggunaan LKPD berbasis STEM.

IDENTIFIKASI RESPON PESERTA DIDIK TERHADAP E-LKPD INTERAKTIF FISIKA BERBANTUAN LIVE WORKSHEETS POKOK BAHASAN PENGUKURAN
The learning process can run well when there is interaction or reciprocity between teachers and students. One of the reciprocity between students and teachers is the response. Therefore, the response becomes one of the important components in the learning process. One of the requirements for a learning process to run smoothly and achieve maximum learning objectives is the response of students. The purpose of this study was to describe student responses to the use of interactive physics E-LKPD assisted by worksheets in measurement subjects. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with data collection techniques using student response questionnaires which are distributed after using the interactive physics E-LKPD assisted by LKS for measurement subjects. The sample in this study was 30 students of class X SMA Negeri Ambulu Jember Regency. The results of student responses after using interactive physics E-LKPD assisted by Live Worksheets are based on indicators, namely: the format indicator is 81%, the relevance indicator is 82%, the confidence indicator is 73%, and the interest indicator is 75%. The average result of student responses from all statements is 79% which means it is in the good or positive category
PENGARUH METODE PRAKTIKUM TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN ANALISIS SISWA DALAM MEMECAHKAN MASALAH PADA MATERI PENGUKURAN DI SMAN 5 JEMBER
In the 21st century critical thinking skills are needed by students. Critical thinking skills have several indicators, including: interpretation, analysis, evaluation, inference, ability to explain and self regulation. In this research, the indicators that measured was analytical indicators. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of practicum method on analytical skills. The research is an experimental research with post-test only control group design. The post-test questions used are 10 UN questions given at the end of te lesson. Location was at SMAN 5 Jember with research sample from class X1 and X4 wich were selected based on the smallest average value of midterm exam. The results of this research indicate that the practicum method has an effect on analytical skills’s student, it is known based on tested by non parametric Mann-Whitney U.
ANALISIS KORELASI POTENSI SKOLASTIK DENGAN KEMAMPUAN AKADEMIK SISWA KELAS 12 SMAN 1 SITUBONDO
The Computer-Based Writing Exam (UTBK) is a selection to enter State Universities (PTN) through the joint selection to enter State Universities (SBMPTN). The UTBK test material consists of a Scholastic Potential Test (TPS) and an Academic Competency Test (TKA) consisting of Science and Technology and Social Sciences. The UTBK material has a high level of difficulty, but not many high school students have prepared themselves from the start. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the ability of the Scholastic Potential Test and the academic competence of the 12th graders of SMA Negeri 1 Situbondo. This research is a survey research, with respondents from all 12th grade students majoring in science and social studies who are willing to take part in the UTBK Try Out, namely 65 science students and 50 social studies students. The results of the t-test statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference (p > 0.05) in the ability of science and social studies students to the ability of TPS in the components of General Knowledge, reading and writing ability, and English language ability. Meanwhile, the reasoning and numeric abilities of science students were significantly (p < 0.05) higher than social studies students. The results of Pearson's correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation (p = 0.000) between TPS scores and science and technology academic competence in science students. However, TPS scores on social studies students do not correlate with Soshum's academic competence. Conclusion: the readiness of science students is higher than social studies students in facing the 2022 UTBK
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI MIPA 2 DI SMAN 1 SITUBONDO
This research is a classroom action research with the aim of improving students' cognitive learning outcomes in the material of sound waves. The physics material in this even semester for class XI is sound waves. The physical material a fits perfectly with the PBL model. This is evidenced by the increase in learning outcomes with the PBL model. The subjects of this study were all 34 students in class XI MIPA 2 at SMAN 4 Situbondo. Data obtained from the results of learning physics in the form of cognitive tests. qualitative descriptive analysis and gain-test analysis. This research was conducted in two cycles. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the PBL model in physics learning can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown from the results of the average N-Gain score increasing from cycle I to cycle II. Cycle I and cycle II were 0.31 and 0.55 respectively in the moderate category
PENGARUH MEDIA VIRTUAL BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL BERBANTUAN SMART APPLICATION CREATOR PADA MATERI OPTIK TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA SMA: Virtual Media, Local Wisdom; Smart Application Creator; Optics; Critical Thinking Ability
This study aims to determine the impact of local wisdom-based virtual media assisted by smart application creators on optical material on high school students' critical thinking skills. Purposive sampling was used as a research sampling strategy in a quasi experiment and used a nonequivalent control group design. The experimental class set was class XI-MIPA 1, while the control class selected was class XI-MIPA 2. In July 2022, this research was carried out at SMAS PAB 8 Saentis. Students' capacity to think critically was assessed as part of the data collection process. The results of the study show that local wisdom-based virtual media assisted by smart application creators on optical material has an impact on high school students' critical thinking skills. The t test at = 0.05 obtained sig. (2-tailed) is 0.00, the average value of N-Gain in the control class is 0.53, and the experimental class is 0.74. Observations show that this method increases the progress of critical thinking skills in the aspect of drawing conclusions 84.3 %, identifying assumptions 80.4%, reasoning deductively 75.2%, making logical interpretations 65%, and evaluating arguments 88.2
