Dekonstruksi Teologi Metafisik: Menunda Logosentrisme dalam Teologi
Abstract. Metaphysical theology that emphasizes the ability to reach “the truth,” or what is called logocentrism, about God has succeeded in giving rise to violent deviations from religious patterns. Deviations due to this metaphysical theology also lead to a crisis within the body of the philosophy of divinity. By drawing from Jacques Derrida's thoughts on deconstruction, this paper aims to show an attempt to delay logocentrism in metaphysical theology. Deconstruction uncovers the existence of différance which suspends the dependence of theology on logos through metaphor. Metaphors do not come from the mind (logos), but imagination (terra incognita). The talk about Godhead (Theos) through metaphor postpones logocentrism which believes that metaphysics and theology are a unity that can never be separated.
Abstract. This research aimed to articulate effort in internalizing humility as Christian identity. The significance of this internalization is because humility is not an inherent value of a Christian. To achieve this goal, the researcher will utilize a value internalization model based on Albert Bandura's value transmission theory. Besides, to show that humility is an external value of a Christian, the researcher will conduct an examination of the text of Colossians 3:12. Through this study, the results obtained are that the formation of Christian identity is carried out through internalization effort after observers, in this case Christian congregations/students observe the behavior of models, namely spiritual leaders. From this, it can be concluded that examplary is an important factor in forming a Christian's identity.
Alkitab Tidak Identik Dengan Firman Allah? Tinjauan Teologis Atas Konsepsi Karl Barth Tentang Alkitab
Abstract. Responding to the spirit of Liberalism who overruled his age, Karl Barth exerted to “save” the Scripture from the mocking of liberal theologians. One of Barth’s positive influences is that the Scripture resumed to be respected as a media where God reveals himself. However, Barth unfortunately treated the Scripture as no more than testimonies about God. To Barth, the Bible is fallible because it is written by men. This is the focus of this study. This writing endeavors to articulate Barth’s concept of the Bible (also known as neo-orthodoxy) and provides critical analysis and arguments towards Barth’s view, especially related with the nature of the Bible. Through this study it can be concluded that Barth's thoughts about the Bible are heavily influenced by existentialism, and therefore are subjective.

Abstract. In Matthew 7:21, Jesus proclaimed that in order to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, one must do the will of God. This statement seems contradictory to Christian soteriology which believes that salvation is solely by grace. Thus, this paper aimed to examine this statement and its suitability with Christian soteriology. This study used a biblical diachronic-historical approach to the text of Matthew 7:21. Through this study, it was found that the statement was addressed to the Matthew community with the aim of providing a standard of living as citizens of the Kingdom of God and not a condition for obtaining salvation.

Revisiting Religious Education: The Shifting Curve of Short-Run Aggregate Supply of Human Resource in Educational Capitalism
Education is understood as the institution creating human resources capable of making a better society in facing social change. However, education becomes the object of social change when education must submit to the development of the industrial world. The hidden curriculum is taught to prepare human resources to fulfil the market’s needs. Education is prepared to work for people who have capital as known terminology, capitalism. The growth of technology and its equipment make education a private and expensive institution economically, whereas unfortunate people cannot participate. Therefore, it creates incapable human resources to fill the free-market vacancy, and religious education is placed in the midpoint. The inequality of supply in human resource skills towards the demand for working space forms the unstable demand and supply curves. As a result, the shifting curve of the Short-Run Aggregate Supply of human capital moves toward supporting capitalism to stand still. Through the sociological approach, the perspective emic discovers the problematic fundamental for religious education is facing a social change. The dilemma of religious education leads to legitimate the path of capitalism in the education area (or market). The result revisits religious education to bring the equilibrium point between the product and the quality of human resources in a new form of academic capitalism by transferring religious values based on local wisdom and integrating curriculum between religious and non-religious subjects
