    DYNAMICS OF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE IN COMMUNITY-BASED INTEGRATED CHILDREN PROTECTION (PATBM) DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN INDONESIA

    Child protection is basically the responsibility of all parties, especially children are the key to the future of a nation. Therefore, the government does not work alone but requires synergy with other parties such as the private sector, universities, mass media, and the community where the children live and work. The governance model that involves multi-stakeholders to make public decisions is known as collaborative governance.Collaborative governance is one of the new strategies of government that involves various stakeholders in a forum to make joint decisions that aim to solve problems that exist in society.One of the collaborative networks in child protection initiated by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Kemen PPPA) since 2016 is known as the Community-Based Integrated Child Protection (PATBM) movement. PATBM during the COVID-19 pandemic was part of efforts to fulfill children's rights, especially in terms of preventing and responding to cases of violence against children that occurred at PATBM location

    This study aims to examine how the influence of organizational climate and performance on the job satisfaction of medical workers and medics at the Ciamis District General Hospital. The research uses quantitative research methods and refers to the theory of organizational climate and performance, which has six aspects: structure, standards, responsibility, rewards, support, commitment, and other items ranging from work accuracy, job reviews, etc. The population of this study were employees at the Tasikmalaya and Banjar City General Hospitals. A sample of 98 respondents was taken using proportional random sampling. They were collecting data using a questionnaire designed by the needs of research and observation. The results of this study indicate that the organizational climate and performance have a significant influence on the job satisfaction of medical workers and medics at the Ciamis District General Hospital. On the other hand, the dimensions of the structure, the dimensions of standards and the dimensions of commitment have no significant effect on the job satisfaction of medical workers and medics at the Ciamis District General Hospital. The organizational climate, especially human resources, is still limited at the Ciamis District General Hospital, showing the strength displayed by medical personnel and medical staff, where medical personnel can display ways and strategies in building structure, responsibility, support, commitment with all their subordinates, especially helping provide more effective care for all patients

    FINANCING MODEL FOR INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN AUTONOMIC REGIONS

    This study aims to find a model for financing infrastructure development in autonomous areas. This research uses a qualitative approach to explorative research methods. This research was carried out in the autonomous area of Bandung City, West Java Province, Indonesia. Primary data sources were obtained from in-depth interviews, while secondary data were obtained from several kinds of literature related to the research topic. The study results show that the budget allocation for financing infrastructure development in the Regional Revenue and Expenditures Budget (APBD) is minimal. So far, the APBD allocation has been significant to finance routine employee spending. Creativity by the Bandung City Government in financing infrastructure development can be a reference for other local governments in overcoming the problem of budget allocation. There are three financing models for infrastructure development undertaken by the Bandung City Government, including (1) conventional models, (2) transitional models, and; (3) ideal model (sustainability budget). The conventional financing model is entirely sourced from the APBD. Transitional model, a combination of the budget from the APBD and partnerships with other parties. In contrast, the ideal financing model is entirely sourced from the non-APBD budget

    This study aims to examine the attitude of beginner's political participation in simultaneous general elections in Bekasi City in 2019. The research method used in this study is quantitative. Data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing 100 questionnaires to two schools in the city of Bekasi and They are over 17 years. The technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The mean, mode, median, standard deviation, and minimum and maximum values of each response in each question are searched and analyzed with the software. The results of this study indicate that the political participation of novice voters in Bekasi City is not yet high. This can be seen from the forms of political participation used, they only focus on the general election of a president and vice president, but do not participate in political organizations, political parties, or protest actions against the government. In addition, the things that influence a person to be able to participate in elections are the profile of each candidate, the candidate's debates and the policies that will be taken when they are elected as future leaders. Furthermore, the most popular media by novice voters is social media

    THE ROLE OF BANK INDONESIA REPRESENTATION OF WEST KALIMANTAN IN REACHING TECHNOPRENEURSHIP: POLITICAL ECONOMIC PERSPECTIVE

    Perspectives related to the political economy have links with state and economic issues. Political economy is focused on the role of the state in improving the welfare of its people. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the role of the state, Bank Indonesia, West Kalimantan Province in enhancing the wellbeing of MSMEs through technopreneurship. This research is motivated by a problem that is not yet comprehensive market coverage and promotion of MSME products; the low quality of products produced and the limited market network and marketing of MSME products; MSME managerial organization has not been organized; and minimal cyber capital and security. Based on these problems, Bank Indonesia of West Kalimantan Province has conducted production assistance, digital-based promotion, online marketing access, financial management, and organization of technopreneurship. This research uses mixed, qualitative, and quantitative research methods. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was given to all respondents, namely all participants who took the financial technology incubator class program. Next, interviews were conducted with the Head of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office in West Kalimantan and the two best participants representing. Secondary data was taken using data from various articles and books related to financial technology. The results of the study explained that Bank Indonesia played a role in the formation of technopreneurship. Thanks to the role of Bank Indonesia, MSME production remains flexible despite being hit by global shocks

    THE ROLE OF FISCAL POLICY IN THE CRISIS: A LITERATURE REVIEW

    Global crisis due to Corona Virus Disease (COVID) 19 pandemic motivates research concerning the role of fiscal policy in the crisis. Lessons learned on success dan failed factor of fiscal in responding crisis is of greater importance. This research employs review literature to identify the current status of literature on the role of fiscal in crisis.  The research aims to review previous research, mainly literature on a fiscal policy designed during an economic recession or crisis. Lessons from the past crisis and the extent to which fiscal policy has roles in overcoming crisis are evaluated through literature.  By investigating and analyzing 29 academic works of literature, this research finds that fiscal stimulus and austerity measures are two government options in a crisis.  When the fiscal stimulus is launched, the deficit becomes the following consequence, usually funded by debt. This research also shows a plethora of studies on the fiscal role in developed countries such as Europe, but only a meager of research conducted in Asia, particularly South-Eastern Asia. The finding encourages research on the extension of fiscal role themes in crisis and mixed-method employment to render new insights into the subject matter

    PUBLIC PERCEPTION REGARDING MONEY POLITICS IN GENERAL ELECTION 2019 (COMPARTIVE STUDY ON TEGAL CITY AND TEGAL REGENCY)

    This paper is intended to look at the condition of Indonesia related to the still rampant occurrence of money politics which is a problem in the community when the 2019 elections simultaneously. This research takes a case study between Tegal City and Tegal Regency. The interesting thing in this study is to see how the community's assessment of the Tegal city and Tegal Regency groups regarding money politics in the 2019 elections simultaneously. The method used is a mixed method (between Mixed Methods) between quantitative and qualitative, by calculating the Solvin formula by deepening the analysis by interviewing the speakers directly. The results of the study showed that the people of Tegal City had a relatively high attitude of not paying attention to the Politics of Money in the General Election relating to the political money of the General Elections in 2019 at the same time. Unlike the people of Tegal Regency who consider money politics as a culture that is difficult to remove. Also interesting is the beginner voter group Tegal Regency has a fairly high knowledge about money politics that can damage the democratic system compared to the Beginner voters in Tegal City

    Reyog Ponorogo National Festival (FNRP) is a national-level tourism agenda that is annually held in Ponorogo Regency, within the past 30 years, the Festival has begun to be improved in the right direction, deficiencies that have emerged, was tried to inventory and then improved, right at the holding of the Reyog Ponorogo National Festival (FNRP) in 2018 the committee developed a Voluntary Volunteer idea where volunteers were tasked with helping the agenda run smoothly, one of which was managing online ticket sales. This research used descriptive qualitative type, with the model of determining informants using purposive sampling, and data validity testing through triangulation. Online ticket management by Volunteer Grebeg Suro in organizing Grebeg Suro 2018 and the Reyog Ponorogo National Festival XXV could be concluded as effectively way. This was proofen from the respondents' assessment of the results of interviews that had all been expressed positive attitudes. Online tickets for Grebeg Suro and Reyog Ponorogo National Festival were considered to be very effective in organizing Grebeg Suro and Reyog Ponorogo National Festival events. Some assessment indicators were based on the time spent, the convenience provided, and the education provided to the community

    E-GOVERNMENT EFFECTIVENESS IN COMBATING CORRUPTION AND IMPROVING PUBLIC SERVICES

    The government's step to be able to fight corruption is not just a discourse. One effort that has been made in e-government. E-government is a model of government system that utilizes information technology in providing information and services for its citizens. The aim is to create good governance that is free from corruption so that it has an impact on better quality public services. Some research shows e-government can reduce corruption and improve public service delivery through transparency and accountability by considering the type of corruption. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive. Data collection techniques used are literature, such as books, articles and research results relating to e-government  in Indonesia and other countries in combating corruption. The results showed, first, the successful implementation of e-government to reduce corruption was highly dependent on the state of the country's political economy. While in an economic perspective, the success of e-government depends on the country's information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, one of which is the level of internet penetration. Second, e-government is considered not always effective in reducing various types of corruption. for minor corruption, the application of e-government is considered effective. Meanwhile, for major corruption, such as irregularities in the use of budget and mega corruption involving politicians, it is more difficult to deal with just implementing e-government

    THE EFFORTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND POVERTY TREATMENT IN ADDRESSING STREET CHILDREN IN BANDUNG CITY

    Living as street children is not a pleasant choice, because they are in conditions with no clear future, and their existence often becomes a "problem" for many parties, families, communities and the state. According to the 1945 Constitution, "abandoned children are cared for by country". By the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 08 of 2012 Article 1 paragraph (8) concerning the Implementation of social welfare is a directed, integrated and sustainable effort carried out by the Government, regional government and the community in the form of social services to meet the basic needs of every citizen. which includes social rehabilitation, social security, social empowerment, and social protection. This study aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of how Dinsosnangkis City of Bandung's efforts to deal with street children. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that in the context of policy content and the implementation of human and financial resources, it is very influential on the achievement of policy objectives and resource factors, especially financial, in this case, the budget becomes an obstacle in the implementation of Dinsonsnangkis policy in dealing with street children in Bandung City
