Post-Pandemic Crisis Management: Grassroots Political Mobilization and Participation in Sigi
This article aims to examine crisis management in the villages of Sigi Regency, Indonesia, with a focus on government policy interventions and grassroots mobilization in overcoming the post-COVID-19 crisis. This article uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data collection is carried out using interview and observation techniques. This article highlights the crisis management policy scheme in Sigi, which tends to be centralistic with more dominance by central government policies. However, grassroots social movements have emerged as an alternative to mitigating the post-pandemic crisis. We argue that the political participation of communities and voluntary movements has significant social resilience implications. Therefore, policy interventions involving grassroots communities have proven effective in crisis management. This study contributes to seeing citizen mobilization and participation as a form of alternative social resilience and offers insights into the importance of collaboration between government policy and community activism in dealing with crises in rural Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji manajemen krisis di desa-desa kabupaten Sigi, Indonesia dengan fokus pada intervensi kebijakan pemerintah dan mobilisasi akar rumput dalam mengatasi krisis pasca COVID-19. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Artikel ini menyoroti skema kebijakan penanganan krisis di Sigi yang cenderung sentralistik dengan lebih banyak di dominasi oleh kebijakan pemerintah pusat. Namun, gerakan sosial dari akar rumput muncul sebagai alternatif dalam memitigasi krisis pasca pandemi. Kami berpendapat bahwa partisipasi politik komunitas dan gerakan sukarela memiliki implikasi ketahanan sosial yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu intervensi kebijakan yang melibatkan komunitas akar rumput terbukti efektif dalam manajemen krisis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam melihat mobilisasi dan partisipasi warga sebagai bentuk ketahanan sosial alternatif dan menawarkan wawasan terkait pentingnya kolaborasi antara kebijakan pemerintah dan aktivisme komunitas dalam menghadapi krisis di pedesaan Indonesia.
Perancangan Aplikasi Kehadiran Karyawan dan Pengajuan Cuti Berbasis Android di PT Pratama Abadi Industri
PT Pratama Abadi Industri merupakan produsen sepatu olahraga merek terkemuka di dunia yang mempekerjakan lebih dari 10.000 karyawan. Pada proses kehadiran karyawan masih menggunakan mesin absensi kartu sehingga sering terjadi kecurangan, sedangkan proses pengajuan cuti masih dilakukan menggunakan formulir permohonan cuti. Sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih kurang efektif dalam mengelola data absensi dan cuti karyawan yang jumlahnya sangat banyak. Oleh sebab itu perlu membuat rancangan aplikasi kehadiran karyawan dan pengajuan cuti untuk mengatasi kecurangan yang terjadi. Perancangan sistem dibuat dengan diagram UML. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem adalah metode extreme programming yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian. Aplikasi ini akan berjalan pada platform Android dengan menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai teks editornya. Aplikasi yang dibuat memiliki fitur untuk melakukan absensi kehadiran dan permohonan cuti yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan smartphone

However, in its implementation, many obstacles are faced such as inadequate facilities, infrastructure, and educators and some who lack integrity. PERANCANGAN BUKU TEKNIK ILUSTRASI “DARK ART” SEBAGAI MEDIA EDUKASI PROGRAM STUDI DESAIN KOMUNIKASI VISUAL
ABSTRAKPerancangan Buku Teknik Ilustrasi Dark Art sebagai Media Edukasi Program Studi Desain Komunikasi Visual disusun untuk menyediakan panduan komprehensif mengenai teknik ilustrasi Dark Art, khususnya bagi mahasiswa Desain Komunikasi Visual. Buku ini menjembatani antara teori dan praktik dengan menyajikan langkah-langkah teknis serta contoh ilustrasi yang menggabungkan elemen gelap dengan budaya Indonesia. Penulisan menekankan pentingnya integrasi materi pendidikan dan aplikasi praktis, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menciptakan karya yang orisinal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ini efektif sebagai media edukasi, membantu mahasiswa memahami dan menguasai teknik-teknik ilustrasi Dark Art, serta mendorong kreativitas dan pemikiran kritis. Proyek ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan materi edukasi dalam Desain Komunikasi Visual dan menawarkan perspektif baru bagi seniman dan desainer muda. Writing this thesis emphasizes the importance of combining educational material and practical application, with the aim of increasing students' understanding and skills in creating original work. The research results show that this book is effective as an educational medium, helping students understand and master Black Arts illustration techniques, as well as encouraging creativity and critical thinking. This project contributes to the development of Visual Communication Design educational materials and offers new perspectives for young artists and designers. PENGARUH KINERJA CONCIERGE TERHADAP KEPUASAN TAMU DI SWISS-BELL HOTEL AIRPORT JAKARTA
Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of concierge performance on guest satisfaction at Switzerland-Bellhotel Airport Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative method using both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, while secondary data were collected from various online sources. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression, revealing that concierge performance positively influences guest satisfaction, with a regression coefficient of 0.689. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all variables were valid and reliable. The coefficient of determination test results indicated that concierge performance accounts for 77.5% of the variation in guest satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the concierge performance, the higher the level of guest satisfaction at Switzerland-Bellhotel Airport Jakarta.Keywords: Concierge Performance, Guest Satisfaction, Switzerland-Bellhotel Airport Jakarta Abstrak. Penelitian ini di lakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja concierge terhadap kepuasan tamu di Swiss-Bellhotel Airport Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan dua macam sumber yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana. Data primer kuesioner didapat dari penyebaran ke 100 responden yang merupakan tamu Swiss-Bellhotel Airport Jakarta. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber di internet. Dari hasil uji validitas variabel X dan Y dinyatakan valid dengan nilai lebih besar dari r tabel dan hasil uji reliabilitas variabel X dan Y menunjukan nilai sebesar 0,759 dan 0,764 lebih besar dari nilai Cronbach alpha >0,50. Hasil uji statistika deskriptif juga menunjukan hasil untuk variabel X memiliki nilai minimum sebesar 70, maksimum sebesar 110, nilai rata-rata sebesar 98,7300 dan untuk variabel Y memiliki hasil nilai minimum sebesar 52, nilai maksimum sebesar 80 dan untuk nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,1400. Hasil uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukan hasil nilai Nilai koefisien regresi variabel X (Kinerja Concierge) adalah bernilai 0,689 bernilai positif, sehingga jika kinerja concierge mengalami kenaikan 1 nilai, maka kepuasan tamu akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,689. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi juga menunjukan hasil bahwa variabel X memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dengan variabel Y. Untuk hasil uji koefisien determinasi menujukan hasil kinerja concierge sebagai variabel X memiliki pengaruh sebesar 77,5% terhadap kepuasan tamu di Swiss-bellhotel Airport Jakarta sebagai variabel Y. Dengan hasil uji yang ada dapat disimpulkan kinerja concierge memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan tamu yang menginap di Swiss-bellhotel Airport Jakarta.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Concierge, Kepuasan Tamu, Swiss-bell hotel Airport Jakarta
IMPULSE BUYING BETWEEN DIGITAL MARKETING AND STORE ATMOSPHERE
This study aims to analyze the relationship between Digial marketing, Store Atmophere and Impulse buying, a case study of super indo teras kota. This study uses quantitative methods and survey research by distributing questionnaires to urban super consumers. Samples were taken from 96 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods used are Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression, Simple Correlation, Determination Coefficient, t-test, and f-test with the help of IBM SPSS V.26 Software. The results showed that the Digital Marketing Style (X1) variable, Store Atmophere (X2), simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on Impulse Buying Performance (Y) with Fcal greater than Ftable (279,305>3,094) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05
Determinants of Smartphone Purchase Decisions: The Role of Product Quality, Price Perception, Brand Image, and Lifestyle Among Management Students
In the digital era, smartphones have become essential consumer products, particularly among young consumers such as university students. Apple’s iPhone, as a premium smartphone brand, continues to attract attention due to its strong brand image and innovative features. However, understanding the factors that influence purchasing decisions among specific consumer segments remains crucial for both marketers and academics. This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, price perception, brand image, and lifestyle on iPhone purchasing decisions among students of the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University, Class of 2020. The research employed a quantitative approach, using a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 86 respondents selected through the Slovin technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that product quality, price perception, brand image, and lifestyle all have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, these variables collectively contribute significantly to explaining consumer behavior in the context of premium smartphone purchases. This study contributes to the existing literature by integrating multiple consumer behavior theories within a single framework applied to a young and dynamic consumer group in an emerging market context. The results offer practical insights for marketers aiming to enhance brand positioning and marketing strategies targeting university students. Additionally, the study provides a foundation for future research on consumer decision-making in technology product markets
LEGAL ANALYSIS OF INHERITANCE DISPUTE SETTLEMENT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CIVIL LAW AND CHINESE CUSTOMARY LAW (Study of Decision No. 54/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Mdn Jo Decision No. 22/Pdt/2021/PT MDN Decision Jo No.3539 K/Pdt/2022)
This research analyzes the resolution of inheritance distribution disputes from the perspective of civil law and Chinese customary law through a case study of Decision No. 54/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Mdn Jo Decision No. 22/Pdt/2021/PT MDN Decision Jo No.3539 K/Pdt/2022. Using normative legal research methods, this study examines the position and rights of heirs between men and women according to the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata), which is egalitarian with equal distribution as regulated in Article 852, while Chinese customary law gives men a higher position due to their responsibility towards ancestors. The inheritance dispute in this case was resolved through litigation in court because family deliberation did not reach an agreement. The panel of judges decided on equal inheritance distribution (1/3 for each heir) based on the provisions of Article 852 of the Civil Code, ignoring Chinese customary traditions that give a larger portion to male children. DETERMINANTS OF CONSUMER PURCHASING DECISIONS IN COFFEE SHOPS: THE ROLE OF INTERIOR DESIGN, PRICE AND TASTE
Increasingly tight competition requires producers to be able to implement good management and requires the right strategy in order to maintain and develop their business such as analysis, planning and implementation to build profits. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of interior design, price, and taste on purchasing decisions at Erenka Coffee Shop, Banyuwangi. This type of research is causality research, using quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents and using non-probability sampling techniques with the Accidental Sampling and Purposive Sampling approaches, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination R2. based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces positive findings, meaning that if interior design, price, and taste continue to be improved, it will have an impact on purchasing decisions at Erenka Coffee Shop. The results of the t-test analysis obtained showed that interior design, price, and taste had a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Erenka Coffee Shop, the results of the R2 determination coefficient test were that the level of influence contribution was 0.913 or 91%

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of food quality, price, live streaming and Instagram social media on purchasing decisions for spicy meatballs in Kab. jember. The location of this research is Jl. Gajah Mada Gg. 14, RT.03/RW.14, Kaliwates, Jember Regency. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 110 respondents and uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques, using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression. The analysis results obtained show that food quality, price, live streaming and Instagram social media have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions for Spycy meatballs in Jember Regency, with a contribution level of influence of 0.953 or 95%
