ANALYSIS OF IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF THE PADANG HEALTH CENTER OF LUMAJANG REGENCY WITH VARIABLES OF WORK MOTIVATION, WORK DISCIPLINE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Get PDFTechnological advances that are increasingly stringent employees are expected to make their best contribution to the agency. Employees who have good performance are human resources needed by an organization and company to achieve company goals. In this study, the researcher had the opportunity to carry out research at the Padang Health Center, Lumajang Regency. This study aims to analyze the improvement of the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center in Lumajang Regency with variables of work motivation, work discipline and work environment. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach method. Sampling was carried out by census (saturated), the number of samples in this study was 63 respondents. The data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires and library data. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The variable of work motivation can be concluded that work motivation affects the performance of Puskesmas employees, then it can be concluded that work discipline affects the performance of Puskesmas employees by 28.2%. The work environment variable has a significance of the T test value of 0.025 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the work environment affects employee performance partially with an influence of 11.5%. The conclusion of this study is that work motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Padang Health Center of Lumajang Regency
ANALYSIS TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF LEDOOKOMBO DISTRICT VILLAGE EQUIPMENT USING MOTIVATION AND JOB TRAINING DISCIPLINE VARIABLES
Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation and work training on improving the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a census sampling method of 117 respondents, using a questionnaire sheet distributed to village officials in Ledokombo District. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, partial tests, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. And the results of the analysis using SPSS 27 show that the three variables, namely motivational discipline and work training, have a significant influence on the performance of village officials in Ledokombo District. The results of the determination test (r2) were (41.8%) showing the large proportion or percentage contribution of the Discipline, Motivation and Job Training variables to performance. Meanwhile (58.2%) was contributed by other variables not included in this research, for example work burnout, compensation, work commitment and so on

This literature review aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty towards service quality at the Rosalia Indah Transportation Company. This study examines various relevant literature to identify and understand the influence of factors such as security and safety, convenience, timeliness, customer service, and ease of ordering on customer loyalty. The results of this literature review show that all of these factors significantly influence customer loyalty, with security and safety and comfort being very influential in building customer trust and satisfaction. This study suggests that to increase customer loyalty, companies should focus on continuous improvement in these aspects of service. The findings from this literature review provide guidance for Rosalia Indah's management in strategic efforts to improve service quality and maintain customer loyalty in the transportation industry

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, career adaptability, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of the Jember Regency Education Office. This type of research is causality research. The population in this study were employees of the Jember Regency Education Office. The sample used was 110 respondents using probability sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that transformational leadership style, career adaptability, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of Jember Regency Education Office employees. It is hoped that the contribution of this research can provide information as a basis for consideration, support and contribution of thought to business decision makers in order to improve company performance

This study investigates the usage of podcasts in the listening comprehension skills of EFL students. This research used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design on students at SMPN 229 Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 33 students in grade 9. The Wilcoxon sign rank test is used in the research as a quantitative way to assess data statistically. Get PDFLagu Jawa koplo menjadi faktor kerusakan pada aspek unggah-ungguh anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dampak lagu Jawa koplo terhadap aspek unggah-ungguh anak. Pemlihan topik penelitian tersebut karena lagu Jawa koplo merupakan salah satu media yang sangat digemari oleh anak. Selain itu memiliki potensi yang berdampak negatif terhadap aspek unggah-ungguh anak, terutama dalam hal penggunaan bahasa dan perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lagu Jawa koplo memiliki dampak negatif terhadap aspek unggah-ungguh anak, terutama dalam hal bahasa dan perilaku. Penggunaan bahasa anak yang mendengarkan lagu Jawa koplo cenderung lebih kasar dan tidak sopan. Disarankan agar orang tua lebih selektif dalam memilih lagu Jawa koplo yang akan didengarkan oleh anak. Selain itu, orang tua juga perlu memberikan edukasi kepada anak tentang pentingnya menjaga unggah-ungguh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari
Characteristics, Role of Social Media and Self Esteem of victims in Cyberbullying Cases in Indonesia
No full textThis study examines the characteristics, role of social media, and self-esteem of victims in cyberbullying cases in Indonesia, motivated by the growing phenomenon of bullying behavior on social media platforms. The research aims to analyze how these characteristics and the social environment influence the self-esteem of cyberbullying victims. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method, using purposive sampling to select 20 informants who have experienced cyberbullying, including children, adolescents, and adults in Bandung. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that cyberbullying negatively impacts victims' self-esteem, leading to trauma, social isolation, and reduced confidence. This lack of self-esteem is influenced by the anonymity of perpetrators and the rapid spread of harmful content. The study also highlights that gender, age, and social environment significantly shape the victims' experiences. Negative emotional turmoil is a major reason for perpetrators to engage in cyberbullying. The results suggest that early prevention and intervention from parents or guardians are crucial. Families should prioritize creating a supportive environment to enhance the resilience of children exposed to cyberbullying. These insights can contribute to developing more effective strategies to reduce the impact of cyberbullying on victims.Keywords: cyberbullying, social media, self-esteem. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji karakteristik, peran media sosial, dan harga diri (self-esteem) korban dalam kasus cyberbullying di Indonesia, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya fenomena perilaku perundungan di media sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana karakteristik dan lingkungan sosial mempengaruhi harga diri korban cyberbullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pemilihan 20 informan yang pernah menjadi korban cyberbullying melalui teknik purposive sampling, mencakup anak-anak, remaja, dan dewasa di Kota Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cyberbullying berdampak negatif pada harga diri korban, menyebabkan trauma, isolasi sosial, dan penurunan rasa percaya diri. Rendahnya harga diri ini dipengaruhi oleh anonimitas pelaku dan penyebaran informasi yang cepat. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa jenis kelamin, usia, dan lingkungan sosial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengalaman korban. Gejolak emosi negatif menjadi alasan utama pelaku melakukan cyberbullying. Hasil ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pencegahan dan intervensi dini dari orang tua atau wali. Keluarga harus menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan ketahanan anak yang mengalami cyberbullying. Temuan ini dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mengurangi dampak negatif cyberbullying terhadap korban.Kata Kunci: cyberbullying, media sosial, self-esteem
KEPRIBADIAN GANDA DALAM NOVEL RUMAH LEBAH KARYA RUWI MEITA
Get PDFThis article describes the dual personality of the character Nawai in the novel "Rumah Lebah" by Ruwi Meita. This psychological review of literature aims to analyze the psychological disorders and multiple personalities experienced by the character Nawai in the novel "Rumah Lebah" by Ruwi Meita. In accordance with the aim of this research, the method used to reveal aspects of the Nawai character in the novel "Rumah Lebah" is a qualitative descriptive method based on insights from literary psychology and structural analysis. This research uses Freud's psychological theory of personality through various aspects such as instinct, energy distribution of the id, ego and superego, fear and defense. And Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, also had a unique view of multiple personalities. Analysis is carried out in several stages. Namely analysis of depersonalization disorder and analysis of dissociative identity disorder in Nawai's personality. The results of this research reveal aspects of the character Nawai's personality and provide an understanding of the dual personality experienced by the character Nawai in the novel Rumah Lebah by Ruwi Meita. In this article, we will also discuss the causes and influences that shaped Nawai's personality to give rise to multiple personality disorder and changes influenced by her past

Penelitian ini meneliti perubahan sitasi, tren publikasi, kolaborasi penulis, judul tren, kata kunci penulis tren, abstrak tren, negara, faktor dominasi, pengembangan penelitian, dan penelitian masa depan dalam makalah penghindaran pajak dari indeks scopus 2019-2023. database pertama dibangun menggunakan program publish or perish (PoP) dalam pencarian bibliografi. Tahun dengan kutipan terbanyak, menurut statistik, adalah 2021, dengan 297 kutipan. Mengenai tren publikasi, sebagian besar makalah diterbitkan pada tahun 2019, dengan 56 Publikasi. Ada 3 negara yang menghubungkan tax avoidance ke dalam penelitian ada Vietnam, Germany dan Cina.
