Implications of Cancellation of Notification of An Appeal Decision Canceled By The Chairman of The Serang District Court
As a case breaker, the judge is assisted by court officials in handling a case, both the Substitute Registrar who accompanies the judge at trial, as well as the Bailiff/Alternate Bailiff who carries out the duties of adjudication and plays an important role in the proceedings at the Court. Bailiffs in carrying out their duties often face several obstacles/obstacles. The most crucial obstacle is the delivery of relaas through the headman. Bailiff/Substitute Advocate in making notification of the decision if the residence or residence of the parties is known, the notification of the decision is delivered directly to the disputing parties (in person), the term in person can be extended again to include the next of kin in a straight line up and down below (parents and children) or husband/wife. If the residence or residence of the person is known but neither is he or his family, a letter of notification shall be submitted to the local headman/Village Head. Relaas Summons/Notifications (Summons of the parties and notification of either a decision or a reprimand), is a very important instrument in civil proceedings because without a relaas the judge's decision cannot be justified and is not based on law. This study aims to find out the procedures for submitting notifications of appeal decisions and the implications of canceling the minutes of notification of appeal decisions that were canceled by the head of the Serang District Court. This study uses a normative juridical legal research method with a statutory approach based on secondary data supported by primary data and analyzed using a qualitative juridical method. The result of this research is the cancellation of the minutes of notification of the appeal decision which was canceled by the head of the Serang District Court resulting in the minutes of notification of the contents of the decision having to be re-executed because they were not submitted legally and properly due to procedural-administrative errors. The cancellation of the minutes of decision notification is carried out to correct errors that have occurred in order to avoid the potential to hinder the process of implementing the contents of the decision at a later date. Keywords: Implication, Cancellation, Minutes of Notification of Decisio

INFORMATION SYSTEM DATA MANAGEMENT INCENTIVES EDUCATORS AND EDUCATORS AT PERMATA BANGSA KINDERGARTEN
The report on educator and educator incentive data that is currently running at TK Permata Bangsa is still done manually, namely collecting files and making data recaps for submitting lists of incentive recipients both education and educators are still recorded and made using Microsoft Excel. The collection of files and documents is done separately, this causes delays because it takes a long time. Teachers as educators and educators sometimes forget and are busy preparing the requested files. The research conducted seeks to provide solutions in processing data on educational incentives and educators, an application system that can be accessed easily. The information system created in the form of a web-based application will assist the school in making data reports on educational incentives and educators. The result of this study is in the form of an application that can be accessed through a browser. The research methodology used in the preparation of this thesis is direct interviews, observations and literature studies while the system development stage uses the Waterfall method. To design this application, a structural design method is used, namely Unified Modelling Language (UML)

Development of E-Modul Based on a Problem Based Learning Model to Improve Problem Solving Ability and Appreciation of Mathematics at SMP Dharma Pancasila Medan
This study aims to describe: 1) the validity, practicality and effectiveness of e-modul based on a problem-based learning model that was developed to improve problem solving abilities and appreciation mathematics of students at SMP Dharma Pancasila Medan; 2) increasing students problem-solving abilities through E-Modul based on the developed problem-based learning model; 3) increasing student appreciation of mathematics through E-Modul based on the developed problem-based learning model. This research is a developmental research using the type of ADDIE development model. This development model consists of 5 stages of development, namely Analyze, Define, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. From the results of trial I and trial II, it was obtained: 1) E-modul based on a problem-based learning model to improve students' problem-solving skills and appreciation mathematics that was developed met valid, practical and effective criteria; 2) Improvement of problem-solving skills using e-modul based on a problem-based learning model that has been developed as seen from the N-gain value in trial I of 0.36 increased to 0.40 in trial II, meaning that it is in the "medium" category; and 3) Increasing student appreciation of mathematics with using e-modul based on a problem-based learning model which has been developed in terms of the N-gain value in trial I of 0.21 increased to 0.32 in trial II, meaning that it is in the "medium" category
COMPARISON OF LEARNING OUTCOMES OF 11TH GRADE STUDENTS AFTER BEING TAUGHT USING THE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) AND MAKE A MATCH (MAM) LEARNING MODELS ON THE TOPIC OF LIMIT AlGEBRAIC FUNCTIONS
Lately, there has been a decline in students' learning outcomes due to the use of teaching models that are not suitable for the teacher. There are many teaching models that can be used to create the desired interaction. One of them is by implementing cooperative learning models. Some appropriate cooperative learning models to engage students' attention are Teams Game Tournament (TGT) and Make A Match (MAM). The aim of this research is to determine the comparison of learning outcomes of 11th grade students who were taught using the TGT and MAM learning models on the topic of limit of algebraic functions, and to determine which learning model, TGT or MAM, is more effective for 11th grade students. This research is a quantitative study. There are two classes involved in this research, namely Experiment Class 1 (TGT) and Experiment Class 2 (MAM). The subjects of this research are 11th grade students of MA Raudlatul Ulum, Klampis. The data analysis technique used in this research is inferential statistics and n gain score test. The results of this research show that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the application of the TGT and MAM learning models on the limit of algebraic functions. The research findings indicate that the MAM learning model is more effective for 11th grade students with an average score of 78% compared to the TGT learning model with an average score of 75%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, TGT, MA
