Pengaruh Edukasi “Isi Piringku” Berbasis Media Audiovisual Terhadap Pengetahuan Orang Tua Dalam Praktik Pemberian Makan Pada Anak Usia Prasekolah
Kekurangan gizi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang rentan terjadi pada anak prasekolah. Kekurangan gizi pada anak prasekolah disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua dalam praktik pemberian makan pada anak sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizinya. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah kekurangan gizi pada anak prasekolah dengan melakukan edukasi Isi Piringku berbasis media audiovisual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi Isi Piringku berbasis media audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan orang tua dalam praktik pemberian makan pada anak prasekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain preekspriment one group pretest-posttest dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 23 responden. Analisis data bivariat yang digunakan yaitu paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan setelah dilakukan edukasi dengan nilai rata-rata 1,7 dan p value 0,000 (<0.05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh edukasi Isi Piringku berbasis media audiovisual terhadap pengetahuan orang tua dalam praktik pemberian makan pada anak prasekolah. Setelah diberikan edukasi Isi Piringku orang tua diharapkan dapat menerapkan praktik pemberian makan pada anak prasekolah sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi anak dalam konsep penyajian makanan Isi Piringku
The Impact of Profitability, Dividend Policy, and Capital Structure on the Value of Agricultural Sector Companies on the IDX
The agricultural sector in Indonesia faces various economic and policy challenges, so understanding the factors that affect a company's value is urgent in this study. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure on company value in the agricultural sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. The research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques and secondary data analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26 software, including classical assumption test and hypothesis test. The results of the study show that profitability and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on the company's value, while the capital structure has a negative and significant effect. These findings provide practical contributions for managers and investors in financial decision-making, particularly in the agricultural sector. The novelty of this research lies in a comprehensive analysis of the interaction of the three variables (profitability, dividend policy, and capital structure) in the context of Indonesia's agricultural sector, which has not been widely explored in previous research, especially in the post-pandemic period (2021-2023) which is fraught with global economic dynamics and domestic policies
RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PEMANTAUAN TUMBUH KEMBANG DAN IMUNISASI ANAK DENGAN FRAMEWORK QUASAR
Siklus kehidupan manusia meliputi berbagai tahap dari masa kehamilan hingga usia lanjut, di mana pertumbuhan dan perkembangan terjadi secara bertahap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi isu-isu utama dalam pencatatan tumbuh kembang dan riwayat imunisasi anak, serta mengembangkan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala yang ada. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang berbasis pada Kartu Kembang Anak, Buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak, dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No 2 tahun 2020 tentang standar antropometri anak. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan orang tua dalam mencatat dan memantau tumbuh kembang dan riwayat imunisasi anak, mengetahui status pertumbuhan anak, serta mengingatkan jadwal imunisasi sesuai dengan pedoman Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi adalah metode waterfall dengan framework Quasar untuk frontend, Flask untuk backend, dan pengujian menggunakan black box testing. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur push notification melalui Firebase Cloud Messaging untuk pengingat pencatatan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil dalam memfasilitasi pencatatan dan pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak serta riwayat imunisasi, sambil memberikan notifikasi yang efektif kepada orang tua
ANALISIS DAYA KEJUT SISTEM SUSPENSI PADA PROTOTIPE MOBIL LISTRIK HEULANG GALUNGGUNG
Sistem suspensi merupakan salah satu sistem yang terdapat pada kendaraan yang berfungsi meredam getaran dan stabilitas sehingga memberikan rasa nyaman bagi pengguna. Daya kejut diartikan sebagai risiko kerusakan atau kegagalan pada komponen suspensi akibat gaya-gaya yang tiba-tiba dan kuat. Gaya ini bisa berasal dari benturan dengan jalan yang rusak seperti lubang atau gundukan sehingga memberikan tekanan yang sangat besar. Komponen yang paling rentan adalah sistem suspensi, bagian absorber bisa mengalami bocor atau aus sedangkan bagian pegas bisa mengalami deformasi atau patah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa besar amplitudo dan frekuensi getaran yang dihasilkan. Juga untuk mengetahui frekuensi getaran yang dihasilkan sudah aman dan nyaman bagi pengguna, dengan menggunakan suspensi VND AK 999 B1 280mm pada prototupe mobil listrik heulang galunggungMetodologi penelitian menggunakan metode ekspeimen dengan jalan paving blok dengan jarak satu lintasan atau 0.1 km, pada kondisi jalan mulus dengan satu polisi tidur pada kecepatan 5 km/jam, dan pada kondisi jalan paving blok dengan satu polisi tidur pada kecepatan 5 km/jam.. Pada pengujian pertama menghasilkan frekuensi rata- rata 1,44 Hz, dengan rentang 10,32 – 17,16 Hz. Pada pengujian kedua menghasilkan frekuensi rata- rata 1,44 Hz, dengan rentang 0,96 – 1,94 Hz. . Pada pengujian kedua menghasilkan frekuensi rata- rata 1,83 Hz, dengan rentang 1,62 – 1,95 Hz. Frekuensi natural 5,51 Hz. Konstanta pegas saat diberi beban 10 kg adalah 19620 N/m. Konstanta pegas saat diberi beban 86 kg adalah 105457,5 N/m. Frekuensi tersebut umumnya dianggap nyaman bagi manusia dan frekuensi eksitasi yang dihasilkan saat pengujian tidak sama dengan frekuensi natural sistem sehingga tidak menimbulkan resonansi yang akan menyebabkan pegas patah.kata kunci : Daya Kejut Suspensi, Getara
ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY BASED ON CREATIVITY AND PRODUCT INNOVATION: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE SUSTAINABILITY OF BANYUWANGI TRADITIONAL BATIK MSMES
Banyuwangi Batik as a cultural heritage faces the challenge of global competition, where creativity, product innovation, and entrepreneurial competence are the determinants of the sustainability of MSMEs. However, previous research has not comprehensively integrated these three factors in the context of traditional batik artisans. This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, product innovation, and entrepreneurial competence on the success of Banyuwangi batik MSMEs, using explanatory research methods and a saturated sample of 46 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using instrument tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that the three variables had a positive and significant effect (p < 0.05) with a contribution of 70% to business success, while 30% were influenced by external factors. The novelty of the research lies in an integrative approach in the context of traditional batik that combines aspects of design creativity with innovations based on local wisdom. These findings provide a theoretical contribution to culture-based and practical entrepreneurial literacy for MSME actors in developing competitive strategies
THE INFLUENCE OF MARKET ORIENTATION, PRODUCT QUALITY AND DIGITAL PROMOTION ON PURCHASING DECISIONS IN THE FISHERY BUSINESS "MUTIARA FISH", UMBULSARI DISTRICT, JEMBER REGENCY
The increasingly tight business world competition, businesses must find the best way to market their goods. Every business in all categories must be sensitive to every change and put customer satisfaction as the main goal. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of market orientation, product quality and digital promotion on purchasing decisions in the "mutiara fish" fishing business. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 100 respondents and uses non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses instrument testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypotheses and coefficient of determination. The analysis results obtained show that market orientation, product quality and digital promotion have a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mutiara Fish products, the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test with an influence contribution level of 0.634 or 63%
Analyzing Coping Mechanisms in “The Whale”: Charlie and Ellie’s Psychological Realism
This study examines real-life mental health which is coping mechanism in “The Whale” film. It addresses two issues, namely: coping mechanisms Charlie and Ellie employ and the differences of their coping mechanisms which impact their individual quests for a better life. This study employs document analysis and a psychological approach to coping mechanisms based on Lazarus and Folkman's model. Stuart and Sundeen further categorize as adaptive and maladaptive. The researchers find that maladaptive coping dominates both characters, leading to Charlie's health problems and Ellie's academic failure. The film ends with Charlie dying due to health issues, so the positive connection with Ellie comes too late. Meanwhile, Ellie, who dislikes school, still aspires to graduate but fails. Their quest for a better life hinges on being able to confront them in healthier ways. The study concludes that relying on unhealthy coping methods hinders a better life
Games in Arabic for Early Childhood: A Literature Study
Language is a fundamental element in communication and child development, including in learning foreign languages such as Arabic. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of using game-based methods in teaching Arabic to early childhood learners. Games were chosen for their interactive, enjoyable nature and their ability to meet the psychological developmental needs of children. This research employs a qualitative approach with a literature study method, involving the analysis of various secondary sources, with eight journals analyzed in-depth. The findings reveal that games not only enhance linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) but also support children's social, cognitive, and motor development. The types of games analyzed include traditional games like kideng, picture guessing games, sequential picture games, spinning wheel games, card games, songs, and snake-and-ladder games. Additionally, games motivate children to learn actively, reduce boredom, and promote social engagement. In conclusion, a game-based approach is an effective and enjoyable method for teaching Arabic while simultaneously instilling Islamic values in early childhood. These findings provide new insights for educators in designing creative and adaptive Arabic learning tailored to children's needs
The Ideological Upheaval of Stakeholders in Online News about AI as CEO
In today's digital age, a more critical approach is needed to understand the social and ethical implications of Artificial Intelegence (AI) on future corporate governance, including human oversight in the application of AI itself. The aim of this study is to analyze how three international media outlets, DQ India, The Independent and Business Insider, portray the adoption of AI-based Chief Executive Officer or abbriviated as CEO's in the context of corporate governance. Using Entman's framing analysis, it identifies the themes, narratives and ideologies in the news about AI in corporate governance and examines how differences in media ideology influence the view of this technology. Stakeholder and shareholder theory is used to identify how the media connects AI to traditional theories in the world of corporate identity. The findings reveal the existence of the media's political economy as the main axis, showing that DQ India views AI as a solution to improve operational efficiency and reduce reliance on human managers. In contrast, The Independent takes a more cautious view, considering the potential risks and ethical implications of AI adoption. Business Insider, on the other hand, focused on the financial benefits that companies can realize by using AI in business management.Keyword: Corporate Identity; Digital Leadership; Framing Analysis; Political Economy of Media; Stakeholder Theory.ABSTRAKDi era serba digital saat ini perlu ada pendekatan yang lebih kritis dalam memahami dampak sosial dan etika Kecerdasan Artifisial (AI) dalam kepemimpinan masa depan, termasuk pengawasan manusia dalam penerapan AI itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tiga media internasional, DQ India, The Independent, dan Business Insider, membingkai adopsi Chief Executive Officer (CEO) berbasis AI dalam konteks kepemimpinan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Framing Entman, diarahkan untuk mengidentifikasi tema, narasi, dan ideologi yang terkandung dalam berita tentang AI dalam kepemimpinan, serta bagaimana perbedaan ideologi media mempengaruhi perspektif terhadap teknologi ini. Teori pemangku kepentingan dan pemegang saham digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana media menghubungkan AI dengan teori tradisional terkait identitas korporasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya pusara ekonomi politik media sebagai poros utama yang menunjukkan bahwa DQ India memandang AI sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada manajer manusia. Sebaliknya, The Independent menyajikan pandangan yang lebih hati-hati dengan mempertimbangkan potensi risiko dan penerapan etis dari adopsi AI. Rancang Bangun Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya Untuk Pemakaian Rumah Tangga Berbasis Internet Of Things
This study designs and tests a prototype of a Solar Power Plant (PLTS) for households based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This system converts solar energy into electrical energy stored in the battery and monitored by ESP32, the sensors will be displayed on the LCD and the Blynk platform. The test results show that the system takes 8.37 seconds to activate and 3.10 seconds to read the sensor. The solar panel voltage varies between 12.66V to 13.27V when the sun is hot, this indicates the effect of light intensity on voltage. The Blynk platform monitors and stores data on voltage, current, storage conditions, and light intensity in LUX units in real time, and provides graphs and gauges for further analysis. This study uses an efficient and environmentally friendly Offgrid PLTS system for household needs and needs when camping or other outdoor activities.
