    THE INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL MEDIA ON CUSTOMER PURCHASE INTENTIONS FOR GREEN FAST FASHION PRODUCTS

    This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing, green product knowledge, and attitudes towards green products on interest and purchase decisions of eco-friendly products among millennials. This study is important because there is still a limited understanding of the factors that drive the adoption of green products, especially in the fashion industry which is facing sustainability trends. The research uses an associative qualitative approach by analyzing consumer perceptions through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results of the study showed that: (1) exposure to information on social media, (2) understanding of the characteristics of green products, and (3) pro-environmental attitudes collectively influenced buying interest. These findings make a theoretical contribution by expanding the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) model in the context of green fashion, as well as practical contributions to: (a) marketers—in designing educational digital campaigns, and (b) governments—as the basis for sustainable consumer education policies. The implication is that fashion businesses need to present green product information in a transparent and easily accessible manner to increase consumer appeal

    FINANCIAL TRENDS ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT IN PUBLIC COMPANIES IN THE KAHYANGAN JEMBER PLANTATION AREA

    This study uses trend analysis, this study took place at the Regional Public Company of Kahyangan Jember Plantation. Based on the formulation of the problem used, namely trend analysis using the base period of 2019 and the comparison period of 2020-2023, where the financial performance of the Regional Public Company of Kahyangan Jember Plantation is seen in terms of Profitability, Liquidity, Solvency and Activity ratios. Several sub-ratios used such as GPM, NPM, OPM, CR, QR, CaR, DAR, TIER, LIDtER, ITO, TATO, and DSO where the data in this study were obtained through the company itself with the period 2019-2023. This study is included in qualitative descriptive research with financial reports at the Regional Public Company of Kahyangan Jember Plantation. Based on the results of the analysis of financial reports using the trend method at the Regional Public Company of Kahyangan Jember Plantation in 2019-2023 for 5 years, it was concluded that during the 5-year period the company often experienced increases and even decreases in both cash flow and profit and loss reports. When viewed in terms of product sales in 2022, the largest was IDR 32,905,161,809.08, while when viewed in terms of operating assets, namely the company's debt in 2023, there was a significant decrease at IDR 91,982,875.00.     ENHANCING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE THROUGH DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, COMPETENCE, AND AGILITY: THE ROLE OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AS A MODERATOR

    This study aims to conceptually examine the contributions of digital transformation, digital competence, and organizational agility in enhancing employee performance, with strategic leadership as a moderating variable. The conceptual model was developed through a literature review of scholarly articles from SINTA, Google Scholar, and Scopus databases published between 2018 and 2024. The findings indicate that digital transformation and digital competence influence organizational agility and organizational agility enhances organizational adaptability to change. Furthermore, strategic leadership amplifies the effects of these three factors on employee performance. The study highlights a strong relationship between digital capabilities, organizational agility, strategic leadership, and superior employee performance. However, the main limitation of this research lies in its conceptual nature. Future studies are recommended to empirically test the model using quantitative methods such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) across various industry sectors, as well as conducting longitudinal studies to observe the long-term dynamics of digital capabilities and leadership

    The Effect of Using Wizard Liz’s Content on Students’ Listening Comprehension Skills at Ninth Grade Students of SMPN 1 Sepatan-Tangerang

    Listening comprehension is a crucial skill that significantly affects one's ability to communicate effectively in both professional and social contexts. To enhance students' listening abilities, many educators employ various methods and media, including utilizing YouTube videos from creators like The Wizard Liz. This research employed two types of assessments: a pre-test and a post-test. The study's participants were ninth-grade students from SMPN 1 Sepatan-Tangerang. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Mann-Whitney test, where the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted if the significance value is below 0.05. In the statistical analysis of Students' Listening skill results in the post-test, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.00 < 0.05 is obtained. Based on the data, it can be concluded that "H1 is accepted" and "H0 is rejected." Specifically, "H1 posits that there is a significant difference in students' listening skills when using The Wizard Liz's video compared to not using it," while "H0 suggests that there is no significant difference in students' listening skills between using The Wizard Liz's video and not using it. It can be concluded that the use of The Wizard Liz’s video as a learning medium has an effect on the listening ability of ninth-grade students of SMPN 1 Sepatan-Tangerang. Students teaching and learning activities using The Wizard Liz’s video media found that this media helped students improve their English language skills, especially in improving students' listening skills and helping students acquire new vocabulary

    MENGUAK PARADOKS MORAL: TELAAH NILAI MORAL DALAM LIRIK LAGU “GHIBAH” KARYA RHOMA IRAMA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap secara sistematis cara nilai-nilai moral diartikulasikan dalam lirik lagu “Ghibah” karya Rhoma Irama. Kajian nilai moral dan kritik sosial dalam lirik lagu ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Analisis ini merujuk pada teori sastra, semiotika, perspektif sosial, serta perspektif agama Islam. Pendekatan-pendekatan tersebut digunakan untuk mendalami penggunaan metafora, simbolisme, dan retorika dalam lirik lagu tersebut dapat membentuk pesan moral yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lagu “Ghibah” tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana hiburan, tetapi juga sebagai medium yang efektif dalam menyampaikan kritik terhadap praktek mengungkap aib yang sering terjadi dalam masyarakat. Rhoma Irama mengajak pendengar untuk menolak perilaku “Ghibah” dan sekaligus mengarahkan perhatian pada pentingnya introspeksi diri dan kesadaran moral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pesan moral yang terkandung dalam lagu ini mengajak pendengar untuk melakukan refleksi diri, menolak budaya “ghibah”, serta menginternalisasi nilai-nilai keadilan, kejujuran, dan toleransi. Kesimpulannya, lagu “Ghibah” mampu menyampaikan kritik moral secara mendalam melalui penggunaan bahasa yang kaya akan metafora, retorika, dan simbolisme. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih luas mengenai keterkaitan antara seni musik, nilai-nilai moral, dan kritikan sosial dalam konteks budaya Indonesia.Kata kunci: Kritik Sosial, Lirik Lagu, Mora

    DAMPAK PENGGUNAAN YOUTUBE TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KOSAKATA ANAK USIA DINI DI KECAMATAN ALANG – ALANG LEBAR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak Penggunaan Youtube terhadap produksi kata anak usia dini di Kecamatan Alang-alang Lebar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tuturan anak usia dini yang mengandungn kosakata baru dari YouTube. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tiga orang tua dari anak usia dini di Kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Youtube memberikan beberapa dampak positif bagi anak usia dini yaitu memberikan informasi dengan lebih cepat, meningkatkan pengetahuan anak, jika yang ditonton adalah konten edukasi. Anak menjadi lebih kreatif karena rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi untuk mengikuti berbagai hal yang dibuat atau diperoleh, lebih percaya diri dan mudah bergaul. Hal tersebut berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan dan kemampuan bahasa anak. Meskipun memberikan dampak positif bagi kemampuan bahasa dan pengetahuan anak, konten Youtube bagi anak usia dini harus tetap dibatasi dan diawasi. Sedangkan dampak negatif Youtube terhadap anak usia dini diantaranya yaitu anak menjadi malas membaca buku karena lebih suka menonton youtube, malas belajar dan sulit untuk diatur, anak akan menirukan gaya berbicara bahkan perlakuan kasar orang dewasa yang seharusnya tidak dikatakan dan dilakukan oleh anak usia dini, menonton Youtube juga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan. Anak cenderung tidak mau mendengarkan nasihat orang tua jika sudah menonton Youtube.Kata kunci: Youtube, Anak Usia Dini, Kosakat

    Religious Tourism Development through Policy Formulation: Synergy of Myth, Tradition, and Entrepreneurial Communication

    Religious tourism is pilgrimages and visits to holy places for religious ceremonies.  Considered a major pilgrimage site, the Tomb of Sheikh Quro in Karawang is visited often for spiritual reasons.  Apart from its intrinsic value, religious travel boosts the local economy and helps small businesses and traders especially.  It generates fresh business prospects, therefore helping nearby towns. The synergy between myths and entrepreneurial communication in maintaining religious tourism is investigated in this paper.  It gathers data by participant observation, in-depth interviews, and surveys using a descriptive approach including quantitative and qualitative data.  Results expose that stories about Sheikh Quro's miracles draw pilgrims and support economic development, especially in small trade, lodging, and transportation. The study emphasizes how religious beliefs and cultural narratives can define entrepreneurial communication.  By involving the local community in the upkeep of Sheikh Quro's Tomb, spiritual relics are kept intact and economic gains are raised.  By means of focused campaigns and outstanding services, strategic communication enables local businesses to maximize pilgrim arrivals, so increasing visitor happiness and tourist sustainability.Keywords: Cultural narrative, Entrepreneurial communication, Local economy, Sustainable tourism, Tourism communication.ABSTRAKWisata religi adalah ziarah dan kunjungan ke tempat-tempat suci untuk upacara keagamaan. Dianggap sebagai situs ziarah utama, Makam Syekh Quro di Karawang sering dikunjungi karena alasan spiritual. Terlepas dari nilai intrinsiknya, perjalanan religius meningkatkan ekonomi lokal dan membantu usaha kecil dan pedagang khususnya. Hal ini menghasilkan prospek bisnis yang segar, sehingga membantu kota-kota di sekitarnya. Sinergi antara mitos dan komunikasi kewirausahaan dalam mempertahankan wisata religi diselidiki dalam makalah ini. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif termasuk data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cerita tentang mukjizat Syekh Quro menarik para peziarah dan mendukung pembangunan ekonomi, terutama dalam perdagangan kecil, penginapan, dan transportasi. Penelitian ini menekankan bagaimana kepercayaan agama dan narasi budaya dapat mendefinisikan komunikasi kewirausahaan. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat setempat dalam pemeliharaan Makam Syekh Quro, peninggalan spiritual tetap terjaga dan keuntungan ekonomi meningkat.     PROTOTYPE ALAT PENGONTROL PH AIR DAN SUHU UNTUK AQUARIUM IKAN PBASS BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS

    PBASS fish is one of the ornamental fish species that is in great demand in Indonesia. Good water quality is very important for the health and survival of fish in an aquarium. One crucial parameter is the pH of the water, which must be maintained within the optimal range according to the type of fish being kept. This study aims to develop a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based water pH controller for PBASS fish aquariums. This system is designed using NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller, a pH sensor to measure the acidity level of the water, and the Blynk application to monitor and control the water pH in real-time. System testing shows that this tool is able to measure and stabilize the water pH according to the needs of PBASS fish, as well as provide notifications to users via the application if there is a significant change in pH. The results of this study are expected to help freshwater ornamental fish hobbyists in maintaining ideal environmental conditions for their pet fish, thereby reducing the risk of stress and disease due to uncontrolled pH fluctuations

    The development of IOT-based technology is currently being favored by many people because of the convenience offered by this technology. Many things can be done with this technology as long as it is still connected to the internet. Of course this will be very helpful for example to control and monitor the condition of a room online and realtime, to do that it is necessary to make a tool that can control and monitor the condition of a smart garden room because if it is done in a room then the condition can be controlled and monitored. Smart Garden prototype design is a solution to take the right action during extreme weather and reduce human error. The Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smart Garden prototype uses the ESP8266 Series-01 as the User Interface in the monitoring system and uses the Soil Moisture sensor as input for soil moisture conditions. Soil moisture conditions where the results of the process are sent through an automatic watering smartphone. Based on the test results obtained a result that the tool can work correctly in accordance with what is instructed. The interface has also worked well where the data displayed is in accordance with the conditions received and the delivery delay is not too long around 1 second

The research aims to determine the influence Positive Accounting Theory, Tunneling Incentive and Tax to Transfer Pricing In Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. The data collection method uses purposive sampling. Based on the specified criteria, 7 companies were obtained. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from each company's website. The analysis method used is panel data regression. Based on research results: There is no influence Positive Accounting Theory to Transfer Pricing. There is influence Tunneling Incentive on Transfer Pricing. There is influence Tax To Transfer Pricing. This research is expected to provide benefits for accounting in the implementation of tax and financial accounting learning. This research is also expected to provide a contribution in the form of understanding for business actors in making decisions Transfer pricing in Multinational companies.
