    PENGARUH DUA METODE PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN MENULIS SISWA SMA

    Keterampilan menulis puisi artinya terampil dalam menciptakan puisi yang berlandaskan pada unsur-unsur pembangun puisi. Namun, keterampilan menulis puisi tidak lahir begitu saja, harus berlatih terus menerus dengan berbekal ilmu pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan informasi yang diimplementasikan oleh penulis tersebut. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, siswa kerap kesulitan dalam menulis puisi karena sulitnya memunculkan ide di awal. Adapun, tujuan penelitian ini yakni mendeskripsikan pengaruh dua metode pembelajaran inovatif terhadap keterampilan menulis puisi siswa di SMA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitaif dan pemilihan desain berupa pretest- posttest control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dari hasil tes menulis puisi berupa pretest dan  posttest kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dengan instrumen penilaian yaitu tema, imajinasi, majas, diksi, dan makna. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh metode sugesti imajinasi dengan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 59,1 dan posttest sebesar 82,5. Kemudian, pengaruh metode copy the master dengan rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 54,6 dan posttest sebesar 74,3. Terakhir, hasil perbedaan posttest menunjukkan metode sugesti imajinasi lebih unggul dengan selisih sebesar 8,2 poin. Disimpulkan bahwa metode sugesti imajinasi lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan metode copy the master untuk diterapkan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa. Kata Kunci: dua metode pembelajaran inovatif, keterampilan menulis, siswa SM

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pematuhan dan pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan dan prinsip kerja samapada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia saat berdiskusi oleh siswa kelas VIII SMPN 11 Kota Jambi. Metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian ini adalah tuturan siswa dengan guru dan siswa dengan siswa pada saat berdiskusi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah para siswa dan guru di SMPN 11 Kota Jambi. Data penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan teknik simak. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 12 data dari prinsip kesantunan yang meliputi 6 data pematuhan maksim kesantunan dan 6 pelanggaran maksim kesantunan, serta 8 data prinsip kerja sama yang meliputi 4 data pematuhan maksim kerja sama dan 4 data pelanggaran maksim kerja sama.Kata kunci: prinsip kesantunan, prinsip kerja sama, diskusi, sisw

    ANALISIS KEPRIBADIAN TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL MEREKA BILANG AKU KEMLINTHI KARYA HANIFA VIDYA: PERSPEKTIF SIGMUND FREUD

    Penelitian ini dibuat bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur kepribadian tokoh utama dalam novel Mereka Bilang Aku Kemlinthi karya Hanifa Vidya. Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada bagian kepribadian tokoh utamanya dengan menggunakan teori kepribadian Sigmund Freud. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini mengupas tiga komponen kepribadian tokoh utama diantaranya komponen id, ego, dan superego. Objek yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah kepribadian “Srikandi” selaku tokoh utama yang diambil dari sumber novel Mereka Bilang Aku Kemlinthi karya Hanifa Vidya. Bentuk data yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan percakapan atau kalimat pendeskripsian sang tokoh oleh sang penulis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ada dua yaitu teknik baca, dan teknik catat. Untuk menguji keabsahan data penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Selama penelitian, peneliti telah menemukan 11 data kepribadian tokoh utama yang terbagi menjadi 4 id, 4 ego, dan 3 superego yang sebagaimana dapat disimpulkan kepribadian yang dimiliki tokoh utama berupa penggambaran tokoh yang teguh pendirian, kuat, dan mengusahakan segala cara untuk memenuhi keinginannya.Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, Novel, Sigmund Freud, Tokoh Utam

    GEN Z WORKFORCE RETENTION: COMPENSATION, SATISFACTION AND WORKLOAD

    Human resources are an important element in supporting the smooth operation of an organization. Human resources have a major role in the company because they are the drivers of policies and operational activities Most of today's productive age is dominated by millennials and generation Z who tend to have a dynamic lifestyle and an interest in exploring new experiences because they have a nature that always wants to achieve satisfaction. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of workload, compensation, and job satisfaction on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Ud. Karlita Macrame Banyuwangi. This type of research uses a quantitative method with a sample of 60 employees who are included in the Gen Z category and uses a Nonprobability sampling technique with a saturated sampling technique using a data collection technique in the form of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis techniques of this study use instrumental testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis and determination coefficient. The results of the analysis obtained show that workload, compensation, and job satisfaction have a positive and partially significant effect on the loyalty of Gen Z employees in Ud. Karlita Macrame Banyuwangi, and the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient test obtained an influence contribution rate of 77% and 23% influenced by other factors outside the study

    ANALYZE OF FACTORS AFFECTING GENERATION Z'S INVESTMENT INTEREST IN THE CAPITAL MARKET

    The results of this research are also in line with the researcher who is carried out by factors that affect the desire of generation Z, especially KSPM students at universities in Jember Regency, to invest in the capital market. Generation Z as a digital generation that is familiar with technology has special characteristics that need to be understood in the context of investment behavior and researchers are more focused on choosing KSPM as the object of research because KSPM is an extension of the capital market in general for students. The population of this study includes generation Z, especially students who take part in KSPM at the University of Jember Regency which totals 152 students who were taken as research samples using non-probability sampling techniques, data processing was analyzed by multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing using t-test. The researcher's research shows that the impact of investment knowledge, minimum capital, risk preferences and social media influencers significantly affects investment interest

    Urgensi Penelitian: Penelitian ini penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, khususnya di CV Multi Gedung Jember, guna meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas sumber daya manusia. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh locus of control, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan pendekatan sensus melibatkan 140 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS 20.00. Temuan Penelitian: Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa locus of control, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi menjadi faktor yang paling dominan, diikuti oleh motivasi kerja dan locus of control. Kontribusi Penelitian: Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang pentingnya aspek psikologis (locus of control) dan material (kompensasi) dalam meningkatkan kinerja, khususnya di sektor usaha kecil dan menengah. Originalitas: Studi ini mengintegrasikan ketiga variabel secara simultan dalam konteks perusahaan konstruksi di Indonesia, yang masih jarang diteliti sebelumnya. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan kebijakan SDM yang lebih komprehensif

    AbstrackThis study examines the complexities of educational leadership in the digital era through a comprehensive analysis of six fundamental leadership characteristics, six systematic educational management strategies, and five implementation challenges in Indonesian educational institutions. Through a systematic literature review methodology, the research reveals that successful digital transformation requires leaders to possess integrated competencies encompassing digital vision, comprehensive digital literacy, spiritual foundation, adaptive-innovative capabilities, collaborative skills, and change management expertise. The findings demonstrate that effective implementation depends on systematic management strategies, including comprehensive strategic planning, human resource development, integrated information systems, digital learning optimization, network infrastructure strengthening, and strategic partnership development. Despite facing significant challenges such as digital gaps, human resource readiness, financial constraints, data security, and character value integration, the study shows that multi-stakeholder collaboration-based solutions have proven effective in supporting sustainable digital transformation while maintaining fundamental educational values. The research contributes to theoretical understanding by highlighting the integration of technological, pedagogical, and managerial competencies in digital educational leadership, while providing practical implications for developing contextual digital transformation roadmaps, strengthening digital competencies, and building ethical digital culture through strategic partnerships.Keywords: educational leadership, digital era, educational management, digital literacy, digital transformatio

    Islam is a religion that has a clear direction for the future, but how progress in the future has not been found qualified studies. Therefore, this paper aims to describe Islam for World Civilization. World civilization is a view that prioritizes the integration of Islamic values with the principles of modern progress in various aspects of life. This research aims to explore and analyze the contribution of Islam in building a more just and harmonious world civilization. This research is qualitative in nature using explorative and analytical methods. In general, the result of this research is that Islam is a religion that teaches a central attitude so that its people actively look at their lives with faith and a positive attitude. This progressive Islam means Islam that brings its followers to a better life, which is open and strives to always be better by adopting movements that can lead humans to progress. The progress of Islam must be encouraged by Muslims who must always return to the teachings of Islam, namely the Al-Quran and Hadith. The implication of this research is the need for further development and dissemination of the concept of Islam Berkemajuan in various fields of life. Governments, educational institutions, and civil society organizations can play an important role in supporting initiatives that promote the principles of Islam Berkemajuan. Thus, Islam Berkemajuan can be an effective model in building a more just, prosperous, and harmonious world civilization

    ANALYSIS OF MATHEMATICS LEARNING MOTIVATION FOR JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL GRADE 7 IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KURIKULUM MERDEKA

    Learning motivation is one of the crucial factors that influence students' success in understanding subject matter, including mathematics which is often considered challenging. This study aims to examine the level of student motivation in learning mathematics in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, identify various factors that influence learning motivation, and evaluate the effectiveness of the Independent Curriculum itself. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through interview and observation methods, this study found that most students showed learning motivation at a moderate level, while only a few were at a high or low level of motivation. Various factors that influence learning motivation consist of internal and external factors. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum is considered to provide flexibility for students with high motivation, but has not fully supported students with low motivation due to limited teacher training and learning resources. The conclusion of this study is that the Independent Curriculum has a great opportunity to increase student learning motivation if supported by the implementation of personal learning strategies, increasing teacher competence, and utilizing innovative learning technology

    IMPLEMENTATION OF INQUIRY-BASED DIFFERENTIATED LEARNING IN IMPROVING STUDENTS' CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS

    The development of critical thinking skills is one of the learning objectives applied in the Merdeka Curriculum through the Pancasila student profile. However, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum that meets the students' needs has not been fully developed in each school. Therefore, one effort that can be used to address this issue is by implementing differentiated learning based on inquiry learning. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing differentiated learning based on inquiry learning on improving students' critical thinking skills. The research design uses a mixed methods approach. The population in this study includes all 10th-grade students (Class X.E) at SMA Negeri 2 Woha. Using cluster random sampling, two classes were selected as the research sample, with each class consisting of 23 students, divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data collection techniques include test sheets and interviews. Quantitative data analysis was obtained from the test results using the N-Gain and Wilcoxon tests, while qualitative data analysis was obtained from the interview results. The findings show that in the experimental class, 26,2% of students achieved the highest improvement in critical thinking skills, whereas in the control class, 34,8% of students did not experience any improvement in critical thinking skills. In conclusion, there was an improvement in both critical thinking skills and mathematics learning outcomes as a result of implementing differentiated learning based on inquiry learning in the experimental class compared to the control class
