    KEMAMPUAN LITERASI LINGKUNGAN PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN GEOGRAFI UPGRI PONTIANAK TA. 2024/2025

    Geography education plays a crucial role in the learning process as it enables students to investigate environmental events and issues, fostering a deeper understanding of the environment. To achieve this, Environmental Literacy (EL) skills are essential, allowing students to comprehend and respond to environmental challenges effectively. Therefore, this study aims to assess the environmental literacy levels of Geography Education students across three key components: Cognitive, Affective, and Behavioral.This research employs a survey method with a quantitative approach. The study population consists of Geography Education students at PGRI Pontianak University. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling, encompassing all students from the 2023, 2022, and 2021 cohorts, totaling 110 students. The research instrument includes a questionnaire to assess the Affective and Behavioral components, comprising a series of statements measured using a Likert Scale. Meanwhile, a multiple-choice test is used to evaluate the Cognitive component. The data analysis is conducted quantitatively by calculating the percentage of sub-indicators for the three Environmental Literacy components. Interval Class analysis is then applied to determine the corresponding criteria. The results of the study indicate that the average score obtained by students in the cognitive aspect is 82.2, which falls within the Good category. The affective aspect yielded an average score of 95.87, categorized as Very Good. Meanwhile, the average score for environmental literacy in the behavioral aspect is 87.83, also classified as Very Good

    The purpose of this study is the implementation of peace education-based social studies learning through inter-ethnic social relations to instill character education values at SMP N 28 Pontianak City. This empirical study uses a qualitative approach, with the survay method as an instrument in this review. The data collection techniques used were interview and in-depth observation techniques. The data sources of this study are primary and secondary data. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysis that is by collecting from various relevant sources and discussing descriptively based on the results of observations and interviews.Research Results. The application of social studies based on peace education in this school has succeeded in embedding the value of tolerance, democracy and other character education values in students. Peace education-based social studies learning, being one of the ways used by teachers to be able to understand better the various forms of local cultural values and the meaning contained in each local wisdom of each ethnic group in the school environment as a learning resource. Peace education-based social studies learning by utilizing ethnic pluralism that exists in learners can help students' understanding of the material of Socio-Cultural Diversity in Society

    PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA SMA MELALUI E-MODUL EKONOMI INTERAKTIF DENGAN ARTICULATE STORYLINE 3

    This study aims to develop an economics e-module using Articulate Storyline 3 to enhance students’ learning motivation through the ADDIE development model. The research is categorized as developmental research with a descriptive method, involving students from classes X.9 and X.10 as subjects. Instruments used in the study include questionnaires and interviews, while data were analyzed using validity tests, dependent t-tests, and descriptive analysis. The results indicate that the development process was successfully carried out. Validation tests showed excellent results: 96.35% for media, 95% for material, and 96.88% for the overall module, suggesting that the module is highly appropriate for use in teaching. In terms of student motivation, trial testing produced significant outcomes. The Sig. (2-tailed) value was 0.000 (overall) and 0.001 for class X.10, both below 0.05, confirming the module's effectiveness in enhancing motivation. Teacher observations over five sessions also showed a considerable increase in student motivation, with class X.9 reaching 85.53% and class X.10 reaching 86.87%, both rated as very high. Student responses were equally positive, with practicality scores of 94.82% (X.9) and 93.63% (X.10). Furthermore, observations of e-module use indicated strong effectiveness and practicality, with scores of 91.54% (X.9) and 91.94% (X.10). In conclusion, the economics e-module developed with Articulate Storyline 3 is both effective and practical for improving students' learning motivation

    PENGARUH MEDIA VIDEO ANIMASI TERHADAP KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA BANJIR PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 10 SIGI

    Indonesia, yang terdiri dari banyak pulau, sangat rentan terhadap perubahan iklim. Peristiwa alam seperti gempa bumi, tsunami, letusan gunung berapi, banjir, kekeringan, dan lainnya adalah akibat dari perubahan iklim. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh media video animasi terhadap kesiapsiagaan Bencana banjir pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Sigi . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Pre –eksperimental one group pretest dan posttest, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan sampling jenuh , sampel dalam penilitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI ips SMA Negeri 10 Sigi yang berjumlah 36 orang dari satu kelas dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana, uji T, dan uji determinasi R-square.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan media video animasi tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa masuk pada kategori “Kurang siap” dengan persentase (52,7%) ,kemudian setelah diberikan media video animasi tingkat kesiapsiagaan siswa masuk dalam kategori “Siap” dengan persentase (77,6%) . Nilai signifikansi regresi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media video animasi terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana banjir pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 10 Sigi

    The IPS learning outcomes of students at SMPN 1 Sei Bamban are still classified as low and do not yet meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). This is due to the lack of variation in the teaching models used byy the teachers, which makes the students passive during classroom learning. Therefore, the researcher implemented a cooperative learning model combined with the Kahoot application so that students would be actively involved both individually and in groups, with the hope of improving students learning based on the Kahoot application on students social studies learning outcomes. This is study uses a non-equivalent control group design. The research population consists of all students at SMPN 1 Sei Bamban, which comprises 8 classes. The research sample consisted of 64 students, with 32 students from class VIII-1 and 32 students from class VIII-2. The data collection method used pretest and posttest, and then the data were analyzed using SPSS Version 25.0 software. Based ob the hypothesis testing results using the Independent sample t-test, it was found that the average learning outcomes of the experimental class students were 84,88, while the control class students had an average of 75,75, with a significance value (sig) (2-tailed) of 0,000<0,05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the cooperative learning model based on the Kahoot application on the learning outcomes of students in the IPS subject at SMPN 1 Sei Bamban

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran dari perspektif aksiologi geografi. Geografi adalah bidang ilmu yang membahas tentang berbagai fenomena di bumi yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berkaitan erat dengan bumi dan kehidupan manusia, serta mempelajari pola ruang. Geografi berkaitan dengan alam dan orang-orang yang mengeksplorasi elemen fisik, manusia dan sosial dalam studi geografi untuk memahami bagaimana geografi adalah campuran dari ilmu sosial dan ilmu alam. Geografi tidak terlepas dari ilmu-ilmu lain dalam kajian fenomena geosfer. Geografi merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang ada dalam core subject and 21st century themes, dimana pada pembelajaran abad 21 membutuhkan pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi untuk melaksanakan proses kegiatan belajar. Ilmu pengetahuan akan mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, apabila kita memanfaatkan teknologi dan menerapkannya di dalam proses pembelajaran. Teknologi pembelajaran dapat membantu siswa dalam belajar, sehingga pembelajaran akan berjalan lebh efektif dengan memecahkan suatu permasalahan atau studi kasus yang telah diterapkan ke dalam teknologi pembelajaran

    This research focuses on how the author narrates the political, economic, and social life development of the community in the New Order historical material in the Social Science Class IX textbook, as well as how the results of writing the New Order historical theme are reviewed from the perspective of critical discourse analysis of the Norman Fairclough model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of Class IX Social Sciences textbooks. The data collection technique was carried out through documentation and interviews, with the researcher as the main instrument. The data analysis uses the Norman Fairclough model critical discourse analysis approach, which includes text analysis, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. The results of the study show that the writing of content about political, economic, and social life developments during the New Order period in the textbook contains bias against certain interests. An unbalanced selection of facts indicates the existence of framing that favors certain parties. Although the author has no specific political affiliation, the references used are controversial regarding the truth of historical facts. In addition, framing in textbooks is done consciously, influenced by the author's background growing up in the government environment

    Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) sering dianggap kurang menarik bagi siswa karena banyak pengajar yang masih menerapkan metode pengajaran dengan cara berbicara. Situasi ini mengakibatkan keberhasilan pembelajaran menjadi rendah.  Untuk itu, peneliti berencana menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang terbukti efektif meningkatkan performa belajar siswa, lebih interaktif, inovatif, serta menarik, untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IV SDIT Global Madani Bekasi, dan melihat besar pengaruhnya pada peningkatan hasil belajar. Metode pre-eksperimen diterapkan dengan fokus pada perbandingan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD yang diukur melalui pretest dan posttest diterapkan. Populasi penelitian mencakup siswa kelas IV di SDIT Global Madani Bekasi, di mana sampelnya melibatkan 25 siswa dari kelas IV-A. Hasil belajar IPS siswa saat pretest mengahsilkan rata-rata 23,32 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 4,670. Di sisi lain, saat posttest dihasilkan nilai rata-rata 33,96 dengan standar deviasi 4,596, di mana artinya terjadi peningkatan. Karenanya, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya hasil belajar pretest dan posttest ada perbedaan signifikan. Ini mengindikasikan ada dampak signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran STAD terhadap kenaikan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV-A di SDIT Global Madani Bekasi

    MEKANISME PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK SOSIAL MELALUI PENDEKATAN KEWILAYAHAN (STUDI KASUS ANTARA PEKERJA DI KECAMATAN BAHODOPI KABUPATEN MOROWALI)

    Penelitian ini membahas konflik sosial yang terjadi antara para pekerja di Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali, yang dipicu oleh kesalahpahaman, perbedaan kepentingan, dan lemahnya komunikasi antar kelompok. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kewilayahan sebagai metode penyelesaian konflik, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi sosial, budaya, dan geografis wilayah setempat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap tokoh masyarakat, pemerintah, dan perwakilan pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelesaian konflik dilakukan melalui kerjasama lintas sektor, seperti pembatasan kegiatan kelompok tanpa izin dan penguatan peran tokoh kerukunan. Peran pemerintah sangat penting dalam mediasi dan pengawasan sosial, terutama melalui regulasi dan komunikasi lintas etnis. Pendekatan kewilayahan terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan suasana damai dan mencegah konflik serupa terulang kembali

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran experiential learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IIS pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 10 Sigi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 65 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas X IIS sebanyak 34 orang dan kelas X IIS 2 sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase rata-rata keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru dan siswa dari pertemuan I sampai dengan pertemuan III sebesar 100% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis (Independent sample t test) menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol 69,53 sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen yaitu sebesar 81,42 dengan nilai signifikan (sig) (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran experiential learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X IIS pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 10 Sigi
