PENERAPAN KAHOOT PADA MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT SISWA KELAS X3 SMA PANJURA
This study aims to address the issue of low student interest in learning in class X3 at SMA Panjura, which impacts their learning outcomes. Students often perceive geography as a monotonous and difficult subject, which reduces their involvement and active participation in the learning process. To overcome this issue, this research implements the interactive Kahoot media based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to improve both student interest and the effectiveness of the learning model used in class. PBL encourages students to actively solve real-world problems collaboratively, while Kahoot incorporates gamification elements to increase student engagement. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through Kahoot quizzes, observations, and student interest questionnaires. The results show a significant improvement in both student interest and learning outcomes. Before the implementation of PBL with Kahoot (pre-action), student interest was at 55%. In the first cycle, 80% of students gave positive feedback on Kahoot, although some students felt anxious due to the time limitations and unfamiliarity with the technology. In the second cycle, student interest increased to 92% after the addition of collaborative elements and rewards. The increase in student interest from pre-action (55%) to the second cycle (92%) shows a significant improvement of 37%. These results indicate that the use of Kahoot in PBL successfully enhanced student engagement, interest, and the effectiveness of the learning process

The purpose of this study is to develop empathy and social awareness of students through Social Studies (IPS) learning in Elementary Schools (SD). This study uses Literature Study. Qualitative research methods through literature studies. Data analysis techniques with the following steps: collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and verifying data. Sourced from the literature The results of the study are that Social Studies (IPS) Learning has a very important role in developing empathy and social awareness of students at the Elementary School level because IPS learning not only teaches theoretical knowledge, but also becomes an effective means to foster positive social character
PENGARUH FAKTOR BIOGRAFIS TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN, PEMANFAATAN DAN ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI SUMBER BELAJAR DIGITAL SPASIAL OLEH GURU GEOGRAFI DI KARANGANYAR
This study aims to determine whether biographical factors such as age, gender, highest education, and years of teaching experience influence the use of spatial-based digital learning resources by geography teachers in Karanganyar Regency. This quantitative research used a comparative design. The research population includes all geography teachers in Karanganyar Regency, with a sample of 34 geography teachers. Data collection was done using a questionnaire, and data analysis employed descriptive analysis and one-way ANOVA tests. The results showed that biographical factors do not influence the knowledge, utilization, and adoption of spatial digital learning technologies by geography teachers. The highest levels of knowledge, utilization, and adoption of spatially-based digital learning resource technologies are found among teachers aged 20-30 years, male teachers, and those with a Bachelor's degree. Regarding teaching experience, knowledge of spatially-based digital learning resources is highest among teachers with 5-10 years of experience, the utilization of spatially-based digital learning resources is highest among teachers with 16-20 years of experience, and the adoption of spatially-based digital learning resource technologies is highest among teachers with 21-25 years of experience. Analysis Of The Application Of Integrated Learning Type Connected In Ips Subjects To Improve Learning Outcomes Of Grade IV Elementary School Students
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu tipe connected terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV mata pelajaran IPS. Pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu tipe connected memungkinkan siswa untuk menghubungkan berbagai konsep dalam materi pembelajaran, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman dan hasil belajar mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dirancang dengan eksperimen dan menggunakan tes awal dan akhir untuk mengetahui perubahan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang signifikan, dengan nilai rata-rata awal 66,97 meningkat menjadi 83,03 pada posttest atau meningkat sebesar 24,45% dari total populasi. Selain nilai rata-rata, keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran juga meningkat dari 61,68% menjadi 85,33%. Berdasarkan hasil di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu tipe connected efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS di SDN 3 Baron, Kecamatan Baron, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Oleh karena itu, metode ini direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara konsisten guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah dasar
Adaptasi Sosial Budaya Masyarakat Etnis Bugis Di Desa Bahomakmur Kecamatan Bahodopi Kabupaten Morowali
Penelitian ini membahas bagiamana bentuk Adaptasi Sosial Budaya Masyarakat Etnis Bugis yang terjadi Di Desa Bahomakmur Kecamatan Bahodopi Kabupaten Morowali dengan adanya berbagi macama etnis di daerah tersebut salah satunya adalah Etnis Bugis.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan bentuk adaptasi sosial budaya yang terjadi kepada masyarakat etnis Bugis yang berada di Desa Bahomakmur, Kecamatan Bahodopi, Kabupaten Morowali, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat dapat menyeimbangkan dampak modernisasi dengan pelestarian tradisi. Kelompok usia muda (15–25 tahun) dan lanjut usia (51 tahun ke atas) sangat mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya tradisional, terutama yang tercermin dalam gaya hidup, norma, kebiasaan, dan cara interaksi sosial sehari-hari. Kelompok usia produktif (26–40 tahun) juga cenderung lebih terpapar modernisasi, tetapi tetap mempertahankan beberapa aspek budaya lokal, meskipun nilai-nilai tradisional mereka telah berkurangan. Dari semua kelompok usia, anggota masyarakat tetap terhubung satu sama lain melalui semangat gotong royong, sopan santun, dan kebersamaan. Secara keseluruhan, proses adaptasi ini menunjukkan bagaimana masyarakat Bugis dapat mempertahankan identitas budaya mereka sambil beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman dan budaya lokal. Meskipun berada di tengah modernisasi, tradisi tetap penting dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat setempat karena komitmen terhadap pelestarian budaya
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN VIDEO ANIMASI UNTUK MENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN LITERASI KEUANGAN SISWA DI SMA NEGERI 1 GIANYAR
Pembelajaran IPS bidang ekonomi terkhusus pada materi pasar modal seringkali dianggap sebagai pembelajaran yang sulit dan kompleks untuk dipahami siswa sehingga menimbulkan kebosanan pada siswa. Untuk itu peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan sebuah media pembelajaran yang menjadi solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi pada materi pasar modal yang valid dan praktis dan menganalisis efektivitas media pembelajaran video animasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan literasi keuangan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan model 4-P yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu Pendefinisian, Perancangan, Pengembangan, dan Penyebaran. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Gianyar pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri 12 kelas. Sampel kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol ditetapkan dengan teknik random sampling sederhana dari pasangan kelas yang setara berdasarkan hasil uji kesetaraan kelas yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan tes dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk media pembelajaran video animasi yang dikembangkan memiliki kevalidan tinggi dari segi tampilan media, kevalidan tinggi dari segi materi dan tergolong kevalidan tinggi dari segi kebahasaan. Kepraktisan produk media pembelajaran video animasi tergolong sangat praktis sebagai media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran video animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan nilai sebesar 72,63% dan efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa ditunjukkan oleh skor N-gain ternormalisasi di kelas eksperimen sebanyak 0,54 dengan kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan guru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran video animasi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan literasi keuangan siswa
PENGGUNAAN PUZZLE SEBAGAI MEDIA INOVATIF DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS SD KELAS III
Abstract. Social Studies lessons for grade three at Satya Wacana Christian Laboratory Elementary School still used the leaturing method or telling method. In another context, the lecturing method is considered less innovative. However, through this research it was found that social studies knowledge, teachers and students were open to the use of puzzles as an innovative tool in understanding elementary social studies material with the theme “Stories from my Hometown”. Puzzle with picture symbols of sports figures from Salatiga city were effective for students to practice when understanding the characters and characteristics in their immediate environment. This research used qualitative methods to obtain data. The research was also conducted using ethnographic methodology to read the classroom culture. The results showed that the use of puzzle media in the social studies learning process in class IIIB of Satya Wacana Christian Elementary School successfully showed its benefits to provide enthusiasm in receiving knowledge and creating critical behavior of students at the elementary school level. Social studies teachers using innovative methods in the form of puzzles results in positive results in the learning process. Students are motivated after learning social studies using visual media in the form of pictures of sports figures from Salatiga city. Students are also inspired to prepare themselves to become important and successful figures in the future so that they can have an impact on introducing the culture of their city to the world. Based on this reflection, it can be concluded that puzzles are useful for bringing innovation to social studies learning in elementary schools.
PENGARUH PROBLEM BASED LEARNING TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS PADA PEMBELAJARAN GEOGRAFI DI SMAN 7 PALU
Peneltiaian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 7 Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan model penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI 1 yang berjumlah 36 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI 4 yang berjumlah 36 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 214 siswa. Instrumen peneltian ini berupa tes tulis 15 butir soal pilihan ganda. Hasil analisis data nilai pretest pada kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 53,19 dan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 60,66. Sedangkan hasil analisis data nilai pretest pada kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 53,55 dan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 72,75. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji-t dua sampel independen (Independent Samples T-Test ) menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (sig) (2-tailed) yang diperoleh adalah 0,001. Maka pengambilan keputusan adalah H 0 ditolak dan H a diterima karena <0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis antara siswa dikelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dibandingkan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. PERCEPTION OF THE YOUNGER GENERATION OF KARO ABOUT RAKUT SITELU
This research examines and analyzes the perceptions of Karo’s young generation regarding Rakut Sitelu. In the Karo people, there is a kinship system which is usually called rakut sitelu, which means triple bond. Rakut sitelu in Karo society consists of three elements, namely kalimbubu, senina, and anak beru. And of these three elements, each has its own function and role. This third element is the basis for the Karo people to create a relationship (kinship). Therefore, every Karo community, especially the young Karo generation, is obliged to know these three elements. The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the perceptions of the younger generation of Karo regarding rakut sitelu, as well as the efforts of the young generation of Karo in maintaining rakut sitelu. In this research, researchers used qualitative research, with descriptive methods. Because by using descriptive methods, researchers can explain the perceptions and efforts of the young Karo generation to understand and maintain specific sitelu rakut that occurs in Karo society, especially the young Karo generation. In accordance with the aim of this research, regarding the Karo young generation’s perception of rakut sitelu, it was found that the three elements of rakut sitelu are the foundation (basis) for the Karo people to know their position in traditional ceremonies, so that by understanding rakut sitelu, they can understand their position. MENYINGKAP KEARIFAN LOKAL BALI UNTUK MODUL DAN EFEKTIVITASNYA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN LITERASI KEBENCANAAN SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS SMAN 1 GIANYAR
This study aims at developing Social Studies module based on Balinese local wisdom that is valid, practical and effective in enhancing disaster literacy among the students at senior high school level. The research employs Research and Development (R&D) approach, using 3D model involving define, design and develop, modified from Sivasailam Thiagarajan. The data were collected through observation, interview, document analysis, content validity, module practicality assessment and disaster literacy instruments that measure students’ cognitive, affective and psycomotor. The validity test result indicates that the module's content, media, and language validity are classified as very good. The practicality test results show that the module is highly practical. The effectiveness test results indicate that: (1) The normalized N-gain calculation for the control class was indicating a decline, while the experimental class categorized as moderate. (2) The N-gain score of the experimental class exceeds that of the control class, proving that the developed module is effective in improving disaster literacy. (3) The module also had a impact on students’ disaster literacy. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that (1) the module is based on Balinese local wisdom, (2) the modul has been validated as highly reliable (3) the modul has been assessed as practical by both teachers as well as students. (4) the module is effective in enhancing students’ disaster literacy. Based on the research finding, it is recommended that the teachers and students utilize this module as a contextual learning resource to foster independent learning environment based on local wisdom
