Collaboration between the Purworejo Regency Government and MDMC in Flood and Landslide Disaster Management
This research aims to identify ways to handle flood and landslide disasters in strengthening collaboration between the government and CSOs in Purworejo Regency. Often describe elements of cooperation in handling flood and landslide disasters. The research method applied is qualitative with a case study approach between CSO and the Purworejo Regency Government in disaster management in 2021-2022. The findings of this study show that efficient collaboration in disaster management can be implemented through three important steps, namely: the importance of creating trust between all parties from the beginning, showing a high level of commitment throughout the process, and this collaboration can create common understanding and outcomes that benefit the community and the government. For this reason, the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Purworejo Regency provides a more comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of collaboration in disaster management as well as the factors that contribute to overcoming flood and landslide disasters. However, the implementation of Collaborative Governance has not gone well, this can be seen from the constraints and lack of private sector participation in analyzing articles on flood and landslide disasters. We urgently need input from readers for the development of the next article
Study of Student Perceptions on the Performance, Transparency, and Independence of Bawaslu as the Electoral Supervisory Agency s 2024
General elections are one of the main pillars of a democratic system, serving to legitimize power through a peaceful and periodic process. In their implementation, the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) plays a central role as the supervisory body responsible for ensuring that elections are conducted in a direct, public, free, confidential, honest, and fair manner. This study aims to analyze students' perceptions of Bawaslu's performance, transparency, and independence in the implementation of the 2024 General Election. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of a closed Likert scale questionnaire distributed to students at the University of 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. The data obtained was analyzed using a descriptive approach based on the frequency distribution and percentage of respondents' answers for each indicator. The results show that the majority of students have a positive perception of Bawaslu's performance and transparency, with a total of 60% and 59.9% of respondents agreeing and strongly agreeing. However, perceptions of Bawaslu's independence tended to be lower, with only 49.4% of respondents agreeing and strongly agreeing, and 50.6% remaining neutral or disagreeing. This shows that although trust in Bawaslu is generally quite good, there are still doubts among students regarding the institution's neutrality from political intervention. This study emphasizes the importance of increasing information transparency, strengthening public communication, and protecting the institutional independence of Bawaslu as part of efforts to strengthen the legitimacy and quality of electoral democracy in Indonesia. The perceptions of students as young voters and a critical group are important indicators in measuring the success of election monitoring functions in the public eye. However, the weakness of this study is the limited number of respondents from one university and the use of a closed questionnaire as an instrument. Future research should involve respondents from various universities and combine quantitative methods with interviews or focus group discussions (FGDs) to obtain a more in-depth and representative picture.

Does Cross-Country Income Convergence Occur?
Income is one of the most popular dimensions for measuring welfare and development; hence, comparing welfare and well-being among countries can be conducted by comparing their per capita income. While income convergence is a certain implication in neoclassical growth theory, it does not always occur empirically. This study aims to investigate whether income convergence occurs among economies. Employing data from 93 countries from 1980 to 2022 obtained from the World Bank, the two-way fixed effect panel model is implemented to verify the existence of β-convergence. The result shows that the initial per capita gross domestic product, representing income, negatively affects income growth, indicating that β-convergence occurs in terms of global and club convergence. This implies that poor countries grew faster than affluent countries. After β-convergence is confirmed, σ-convergence is analyzed by measuring the income dispersion across countries over time. σ-convergence exists if the dispersion declines as time passes. The result shows that σ-convergence exists only among G20, OECD, lower-middle-income, higher-middle-income, and high-income countries. This fact implies that the income gap between poor and rich countries within those groups shrinks over time. In contrast, the income gap among low-income countries did not experience a significant decline during the period. Therefore, international organizations and partnerships must pay more attention to and assist lower-income countries to achieve higher growth rates

ANALYSIS PARACETAMOL IN "JAMU PEGAL LINU" POWDER
The addition of BKO (Chemical Drug Ingredients) to traditional medicines is no longer commonplace. This condition is raises serious health concerns if it is allowed to continue because it can cause damage to body organs, especially liver damage. The purpose of this study was to test whether traditional medicines (“jamu pegal linuâ€) sold at Pasar Tingkat Lamongan contain paracetamol or not. This is because this type of traditional medicine is widely sold in this market and has never been tested for the presence of BKO. The traditional medicine samples studied have criteria that are not listed the composition of the ingredients. The test for the presence of BKO (paracetamol) uses two methods, namely the color test by reacting with iron (III) chloride reagent and the TLC test. The results of the study showed that 1 out of 4 samples studied contained paracetamol. For further research related to the TLC test for the presence of paracetamol in traditional medicines, it is better not to use only one type of eluent compariso
Development of a Student Handling Book Based on AppSheet Platform for the Effectiveness of Responsive Services by Guidance and Counseling Teachers
Innovation in education is always necessary in every era to meet the needs and developments of society. Guidance and counseling teachers are an important part that must continue to innovate, especially in providing services to students. However, with a limited number of teachers not proportional to the number of students, media or platforms are needed to assist teachers in providing responsive, effective, and efficient services. To address this challenge, the development of student-handling books based on the AppSheet platform is the right solution. AppSheet is an efficient and innovative platform in developing counseling services, especially responsive ones. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, focusing on the development of student handling books based on the Appsheet platform to improve the effectiveness of guidance and counseling teachers' responsive services. The development results show that the AppSheet platform is feasible and can be used based on validation tests by media experts scoring 88% and subject matter experts scoring 95%. Its effectiveness is also evidenced by the positive response from guidance and counseling teachers, reaching 86% in pre-test results and achieving 75% in post-test results, reflecting the effectiveness of the AppSheet platform in counseling service activities. Thus, the development of student handling books based on the AppSheet platform can be effectively used in responsive guidance and counseling services
