The result of this research is the implementation stage of the policy after its enactment with various supports from several organizations to implement it. This is because, in Ponorogo Regency, there are no regional regulations or Regent decrees as an extension of the ministerial regulations. The model for implementing government policies related to Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 90 of 2015 can be categorized in the “The top-down approach†model. The implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation in Ponorogo Regency is supported by the variables of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure, but is hampered by problems of transmission (communication) which must be carried out appropriately, accurately and consistently because the Ponorogo Regency Transportation Office does not have much data regarding drone ownership in Ponorogo. Another problem that becomes an obstacle is the variable resources, especially those related to information, where the Ponorogo Regency Transportation Office as the implementor does not know exactly how many other people are involved in implementing the policy (drone users), whether they are obedient or not. the policy of the minister of transportation is due to the lack of data regarding drone users

Elementary school-age children often lack knowledge about dental and oral hygiene, leading to neglect in maintaining their health. To address this, engaging health promotion media, such as comics, can be utilized to enhance their understanding. This quasi-experimental study employed a two-group pre-test-post-test design with 87 elementary school students, divided into an experimental group (educated using comics) and a control group (educated using leaflets). A 20-question questionnaire assessed knowledge levels before and after the intervention. Results showed an increase in knowledge in both groups, with a significantly higher improvement in the comic group compared to the leaflet group. Unpaired T-test analysis confirmed a statistically significant difference (p=0.000, p<0.05), indicating that comics are more effective than leaflets in enhancing dental health knowledge. The study concludes that comic-based health promotion significantly improves oral hygiene awareness among elementary school children, suggesting its potential as an effective educational tool

OPTIMIZING INTRADIALYTIC NUTRITIONAL INTAKE: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF SAFETY AND CLINICAL EFFECTS DURING HEMODIALYSIS

Hemodialysis is an essential therapy for patients with end-stage kidney disease; however, it is often accompanied by the risk of malnutrition, which contributes to reduced quality of life and increased mortality. Intradialytic eating (IDE) has the potential to offer clinical benefits for hemodialysis patients, but its practice remains controversial, particularly regarding safety and possible clinical outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the safety and clinical impact of IDE through a systematic review of the available scientific evidence. A comprehensive literature search was conducted using PubMed, Cochrane CENTRAL, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, and Scopus databases. Studies were selected based on relevance to the PICO framework. A total of 9,142 articles were identified, and after data screening and extraction, eight studies met the inclusion criteria. The findings suggest that intradialytic eating (IDE) has the potential to improve nutritional status and quality of life in hemodialysis patients at risk of malnutrition, although it still carries the risk of hypotension and blood pressure instability. Safe and effective implementation of IDE requires careful patient selection based on hemodynamic stability, provision of high-protein and low-electrolyte foods, administration during the mid-to-late phase of dialysis, and close clinical monitoring. Multidisciplinary team involvement and supportive health service policies are crucial for the long-term success of IDE practices
