No full textA notary is a public official appointed by the state to carry out part of the public authority, especially in making authentic deeds that have legal force. The role of a notary must comply with various legal provisions stipulated in Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary (Notary Position Law). One of the main obligations that must be carried out by a notary is to act in a trustworthy manner, as stipulated in Article 16 Paragraph (1) Letter a of the Notary Position Law. In Islam, the principle of trustworthiness has a position as one of the basic values that must be applied in community and state life. Trustworthiness is a commendable trait recommended by the Qur'an and Hadith. The obligation of a notary to act in a trustworthy manner as stipulated in the Notary Position Law has strong relevance to the teachings of Islamic law. A study of the obligation of a notary to act in a trustworthy manner according to Article 16 Paragraph (1) Letter a of the Notary Position Law, when viewed from the perspective of Islamic law, is important to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between positive law and Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the obligation of notaries to act in a trustworthy manner, identify its relevance to the principle of trustworthiness in Islamic law, and examine the law of violations of this obligation
Pengaruh Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa di Kecamatan Bulukerto Kabupaten Wonogiri
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of money politics on people's political participation. This type of research is quantitative research, the data used are primary data through a questionnaire with a total of ninety-five (95) respondents. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis used simple linear regression with SPSS 13.0 for windows data processing. Hypothesis testing with t test. Obtained linear regression equation, Y = 6.959 + 0.721 X. Hypothesis testing with t test, t value> t table (22.153> 1.671) with a sig value < 0.10. This means that money politics has a significant effect on community political participation in Sugihan Village, Bulukerto District, Wonogiri Regency. The amount of the percentage of influence of money politics on community political participation is 84.1%. Full text linkBeragamnya informasi yang tersebar di media sosial instagram menjadikan seseorang memiliki keinginan dalam menyimpan, menemukan kembali informasi dengan mudah. Oleh karena itu kegiatan personal information management perlu dilakukan agar informasi yang tersimpan juga dikelola. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola personal information management pada fitur saved post di instagram oleh mahasiswa UIN SATU Tulungagung dan juga mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan dipilih 6 informan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan personal information management yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa meliputi penemuan informasi, penyimpanan pengelompokan informasi, pemeliharaan informasi, pengelolaan arus informasi, dan juga dengan menggunakan fitur saved post memberikan efektifitas dan efisiensi sehingga membantu dalam menemukan kembali informasi. Religious Experience in Muslim Philanthropy: An Epistemological and Ethical Discourse
No full textMuslim philanthropy is a practical form of the religious experience of Muslim communities that mediates between individual belief in amaliyah activities and collective ownership to build an Islamic environment. This research explains the representation of religious experience in the context of Muslim philanthropy from the perspective of Islamization, a perspective of returning to Islamic values in behavior. Using the literature method, this research describes Islamic epistemology and theology shape the understanding and depiction of religious experience in the discourse and practice of philanthropy among Muslims. The research also explains the epistemic of Muslim philanthropy and its implications for religious and ethical contexts. By views from Muslim scholars, religious texts, and contemporary discourses on philanthropy, explain the worldview of Islam through religious experience in philanthropy or giving behavior
Penguatan Penguatan UMKM Lokal melalui Seminar Branding Produk dan Sertifikasi Halal untuk Pelaku Usaha Desa Talun
No full textProgram penguatan UMKM di Desa Talun melalui seminar branding pemasaran dan sertifikasi halal dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha serta sertifikasi halal sebagai strategi penguatan branding. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling terhadap 15 pelaku UMKM, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei dan wawancara. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar UMKM di Desa Talun sebelumnya belum memahami pentingnya branding produk maupun manfaat sertifikasi halal, serta menganggap proses pendaftaran sertifikasi halal rumit. Melalui seminar dan pendampingan yang dilakukan, para pelaku UMKM mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai konsep halal dan thoyib, syarat pengajuaen sertifikasi halal, serta praktik pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 80% dari peserta, yang ditunjukkan dengan kesediaan seluruh peserta untuk mengajukan sertifikasi halal produk mereka. RANCANG BANGUN MODEL PENGENALAN TULISAN DENGAN CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK
Full text linkPengenalan tulisan tangan telah menjadi topik penelitian yang signifikan dalam bidang visi komputer dan pemrosesan bahasa alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengenalan tulisan tangan Hijaiyah menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) di Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPA) Masjid Baitul Hidayah, desa Kepuhrejo, Kabupaten Magetan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa dalam mengenali dan menghafal huruf Hijaiyah dengan lebih efektif serta mendukung pengajar dalam penilaian kemampuan siswa. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan CNN dengan antarmuka GUI berbasis Tkinter. Dataset yang digunakan mencakup karakter tulisan tangan yang beragam untuk melatih model CNN agar dapat mengenali berbagai variasi tulisan tangan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna untuk menggambar karakter atau angka pada kanvas digital, yang kemudian dikenal oleh model CNN dan hasil pengenalan ditampilkan secara real-time. Implementasi CNN menunjukkan akurasi tinggi sebesar 99,19% dalam klasifikasi gambar tulisan tangan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan aplikasi ini memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan respon yang cepat, menjadikannya solusi efektif untuk pembelajaran Hijaiyah di TPA
The Role of The Regional Disaster Management Agency in Responding to Floods
Full text linkThis study examines the role of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Nias Regency in mitigating flooding in Lotu Subdistrict. The purpose of this study is to determine how the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Nias Regency plays a role in mitigating flooding in Lotu Subdistrict. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method by analyzing data using role theory with five indicators, namely the role as a stabilizer, the role as an innovator, the role as a modernizer, the role as a pioneer, and the role as an implementer. The results of the study show that the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Nias Regency faces several obstacles, such as having only 13 employees and 8 rubber boat operators, which limits its disaster management capabilities; only three employees have undergone disaster management training; and budget issues hinder the procurement of new equipment, resulting in only two functional rubber boats. This study has limitations, such as a lack of quantitative data to assess the effectiveness of socialization and education, as well as a lack of exploration of the roles of the community and volunteers. Further studies are recommended using a holistic approach with quantitative and qualitative methods, as well as expanding the focus on multi-stakeholder collaboration and the use of information technology to improve the capacity and effectiveness of the BPBD in an applicable manner.

Implementation of Citizen Relation Management (CRM) applications in the public services of the city of North Jakarta in 2023
Full text linkPublic service is a form of activity to fulfill the demands of the served party, namely the community by the serving party, namely the state, which in this case is the government. The increasingly strong globalization accompanied by increasingly sophisticated technological developments forces almost all sectors to follow its development, including public services. Modern and internet-based public services are considered as the government's participation in presenting a form of community service that is in accordance with the times. Citizen Relation Management (CRM) is a form of public service innovation that follows technological developments. Citizen Relation Management (CRM) is an application used as a forum for complaints about problems for the people of DKI Jakarta Province which is connected to 13 complaint channels, some of which can be accessed via cellphone using the internet. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the implementation of Citizen Relation Management (CRM) in public services in North Jakarta in 2023. This research methodology uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection, namely through documentation, observation, and interviews. The data obtained is then analyzed using the theory of 5 (five) criteria for successful implementation. The results showed that the people of North Jakarta felt that the implementation of Citizen Relation Management (CRM) was very helpful and made it easier for them to complain about a problem because of the availability of various complaint channels, some of which could be accessed directly via cellphone. However, during its implementation in 2023 there were still several obstacles, both from internal officers and from the external community itself
The Relevance of the Thoughts of the Winners of The "Puteri Kartini Jawa Timur" Event With Kartini's Thoughts on Gender Equality and Nationalism
Full text linkThis research is motivated by the relevance of R.A. Kartini's thoughts on gender equality and nationalism with the thoughts of the winners of the "Puteri Kartini Jawa Timur Event." The objectives of the research include a description of Kartini's thoughts and the winners in 2024 of the event and an analysis of their relevance. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type through in-depth interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show the application of gender equality values through emancipation, education, and criticism of traditions such as seclusion and polygamy. Humanist nationalism is also manifested in the preservation of local culture through educational programs and social campaigns. The conclusion of this study reveals that the "Puteri Kartini Jawa Timur Event" is a platform for advocacy of gender equality and nationalism while promoting Kartini's values that are relevant in building a strong and progressive national identity
Digital Village Transformation: A Human Resource Readiness Perspective
Full text linkDigital village represents the implementation of digital transformation at the rural level, aimed at improving public services, efficiency, and accountability. This research aims to examine human resource readiness and efforts to improve it. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with participants from the Ciawi Village government. Data analysis utilized the People Capability Maturity Model. The research findings revealed that at level 2 (Managed), the Ciawi Village government does not yet have sufficient readiness to face digital village transformation. Based on the process areas of the People Capability Maturity Model, several areas require attention, specifically work environment, performance management, and training and development. The Ciawi Village government needs to develop its physical work environment to enhance community services and support village officials productivity. It needs to consider performance management to identify areas requiring development. This creates its relevancy with training and development programs to ensure alignment with digital transformation needs. The limitation of this research was that it specifically analyzed the readiness of Ciawi Village’s human resources aspect in facing the digital village transformation; it did not consider the readiness of any other aspects such as digital infrastructure and digital literacy. Future research will emphasize on digital literacy of the village community, broadening the scope of the digital village transformation readiness analysis
