Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Villa Bukit Hambalang
Masalah yang dijadikan objek dalam penelitian adalah kurangnya penerapan budaya organisasi yang baik terhadap karyawan, sehingga motivasi karyawan menurun dalam bekerja, dan kompensasi yang tidak sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja karyawan villa bukit hambalang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitaif dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Sistem penilaian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan villa bukit hambalang yang berjumlah 80 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.The problem that was used as the object of the research is the lack of implementation of good organizational culture towards employees, resulting in decreased employee motivation at work, and compensation that is not appropriate. This research aims to anaylze the job satisfaction factors of Bukit Hambalang Villa employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 26 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were 80 employees of Bukit Hambalang Villa. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction
Evaluasi Kebijakan Cycle Count Inventory Menggunakan Metode Cycle Counting
PT ABC merupakan perusahaan 3PL (Third Party Logistic) yang menyediakan jasa outsourcing layanan logistik kepada perusahaan atau individu untuk melakukan satu atau lebih sebuah fungsi yang berada di dalam rantai pasokan. Salah satu kegiatan dari manajemen rantai pasokan yang ada di gudang X retail PT ABC adalah bagian inventory untuk kegiatan cycle counting. Cycle counting merupakan proses validasi akurasi persediaan barang secara terus menerus secara harian atau mingguan atau bulanan atau tahunan, sehingga setiap barang yang dimiliki dapat dihitung beberapa kali dalam satu tahun. Permasalahan yang terjadi di gudang X PT ABC adalah seringnya terjadi perbedaan jumlah stok fisik dengan stok pada system (discrepancy) divisi inventory di gudang X PT ABC. Metode cycle counting didasarkan pada kategori kecepatan keluar masuk suatu barang. Terdapat empat kategori yaitu barang yang memiliki kecepatan keluar masuk gudang tinggi berkategori fast-moving, barang yang memiliki kecepatan keluar masuk gudang rendah berkategori slow-moving, barang yang memiliki keluar masuk gudang sangat rendah berkategori non-moving, dan barang yang memiliki kecepatan keluar masuk gudang nihil berkategori potential dead stock. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kegiatan cycle counting pada gudang X PT ABC dengan metode sampling stratifikasi dengan memperhatikan tingkat akurasi, frekuensi perhitungan persediaan, dan jumlah sampling per frekuensi. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode cycle counting di gudang X PT ABC memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi yaitu 98,83 dengan frekuensi perhtingan siklus 200 kali dan jumlah sampling per frekuensi 22583 items.PT ABC is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company that provides outsourcing logistics services to companies or individuals to carry out one or more functions within the supply chain. One of the activities of supply chain management in the X retail warehouse PT ABC is the inventory section for cycle counting activities. Cycle counting is a process of validating the accuracy of inventory continuously on a daily or weekly or monthly or annual basis, so that each item owned can be counted several times in one year. Problems that occurred at warehouse X PT ABC is the frequent discrepancy between the amount of physical stock and the stock in the inventory division system (discrepancy) in warehouse X PT A B C. The cycle counting method is based on the category of speed in and out of an item. There are four categories, namely goods that have a high speed in and out of the warehouse in the fast-moving category, goods that have a low speed in and out of the warehouse in the slow-moving category, goods that have a very low speed in and out of the warehouse in the non-moving category, and goods that have a very low speed in and out of the warehouse zero warehouses in the potential dead stock category. The aim of this research is to evaluate cycle counting activities at warehouse X PT ABC with a stratified sampling method taking into account the level of accuracy, frequency of inventory calculations, and number of samples per frequency. Calculation results using the cycle counting method at warehouse X PT ABC has a high level of accuracy, namely 98.83 with a cycle frequency of 200 times and the number of samplings per frequency of 22583 items
Strategy Design for Vendor Held Stock with Consignment Model to Gain Competitive Advantage
Vendor Held Stock merupakan strategi optimalisasi rantai pasok yang lazim diadopsi untuk komoditi minyak dan gas serta energi baru dan terbarukan. Vendor Held Stock ialah pengembangan dari konsep Vendor Managed Inventory pada Model Konsinyasi dimana vendor menyediakan jasa layanan tambahan dalam hal penyimpanan dan pengelolaan inventori, pengadaan, dan pengiriman. PT IMC adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang penyediaan energi dengan skema Vendor Held Stock disertai Kesepakatan Konsinyasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi prioritas optimalisasi skema Vendor Held Stock sehingga mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah perusahaan dalam upaya ekspansi pasar. Wawancara dan kuesioner dilakukan terhadap divisi yang terlibat langsung didalam operasi penyaluran High-Speed Diesel Bio Solar, dalam hal ini Divisi Operasi dan Komersial serta Divisi Cargo Distribution Centre. Perancangan strategi dilakukan dengan cara melakukan identifikasi lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan melalui analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threats, yang didahului dengan penyusunan Matriks Internal Factor Evaluation, Matriks External Factor Evaluation, dan Matriks Internal Eksternal. Penentuan strategi prioritas dipilih menggunakan Matriks Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix yang merupakan tindak lanjut dari analisis sebelumnya. Strategi dengan Total Attractiveness Score tertinggi dipilih sebagai strategi proritas dimana “Melakukan perubahan status dari Agen menjadi Izin Niaga Umum untuk mendapatkan harga yang lebih kompetitif” memperoleh nilai Total Attractiveness Score tertinggi dengan skor 7,2478 dibandingkan alternatif strategi lain. Fokus perencanaan bisnis terhadap strategi tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing secara globalVendor Held Stock is a supply chain optimization strategy commonly adopted for oil and gas commodities and renewable energy. PT IMC is a company operating in the field of energy supply, implementing Vendor Held Stock scheme with a Consignment Arrangement. This study aims to design a priority strategy for optimizing the Vendor Held Stock scheme to increase the company\u27s added value in its market expansion efforts. Interviews and questionnaires were conducted on divisions directly involved in the High-Speed Diesel Bio Solar distribution operations, such as the Operations and Commercial Division and the Cargo Distribution Center Division. Strategy design is carried out by identifying the company\u27s internal and external environment by analyzing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, preceded by the Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, the External Factor Evaluation Matrix, and the External Internal Matrix. Priority strategy is determined using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix. The strategy with the highest Total Attractiveness Score was chosen as a proportionality strategy where "Changing the status from an Agent to a General Trading Permit to get more competitive price" obtained the highest total attractiveness score with a score of 7,2478. Strategi Peningkatan Portofolio Kredit Usaha Rakyat Pasca Pandemi Covid-19 Pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Area Bekasi
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises are one of important businesses in national economic growth, there are 195,553 MSMEs in the city and district of Bekasi based on KEMENKOP data and the Bank has an important role in the development of the sector in Indonesia. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is one of the Islamic financial institutions that provides financing through the People\u27s Business Credit (KUR) program but with a portfolio still below conventional banks so a strategy is needed to increase the value of the KUR portfolio at PT BSI, Tbk. The research methodology uses a qualitative and quantitative mixed-method approach. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the current condition of MSMEs receiving KUR from PT BSI, Tbk, Bekasi Area, (2) to analyze the KUR portfolio of PT BSI, Tbk Bekasi Area, and (3) to develop a strategy to increase the KUR portfolio of PT BSI, Tbk Bekasi Area. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from selected respondents directly through questionnaires, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion. Secondary data is obtained from literature studies and BI internal and external data. The analysis used in this research is descriptive/situational analysis to explain existing phenomena and conditions and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study uses 211 customer data as a population. For analysis purposes, this study took a sample of 10% of the customer population. Sampling and research were taken in the Bekasi area because (1) The researcher\u27s office is in the Bekasi area, (2) Based on the results of KEMENKOP data, the number of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Bekasi area is suitable for research, (3) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Bekasi city can represent each KUR distribution segment. The results showed that most respondents did not experience difficulties in paying KUR loans and the strategy that was considered the most reliable in increasing the KUR portfolio of PT BSI, Tbk was to provide a special program for MSMEs that were bankable (KUR micro to KUR small class).Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi salah satu usaha penting dalam pertum-buhan ekonomi nasional, terdapat 195.553 pelaku UMKM yang berada di kota dan kabupaten Bekasi berdasarkan data KEMENKOP dan Bank memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan sektor tersebut di Indonesia. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) menjadi salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang memberikan pembiayaan melalui program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) namun dengan portofolio masih dibawah bank konvensional sehingga dibutuhkan strategi untuk meningkatkan nilai portofolio KUR di PT BSI, Tbk. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed method) kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini, (1) Menganalisis kondisi UMKM penerima KUR dari PT. BSI, Tbk, Area Bekasi saat ini, (2) Menganalisis portofolio KUR dari PT BSI, Tbk Area Bekasi, dan (3) Menyusun strategi peningkatan portofolio KUR dari PT BSI, Tbk Area Bekasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari responden terpilih langsung melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan Focus Group Discussion. Data sekunder diperoleh dari studi Pustaka serta data internal dan eksternal Bank Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif/situasional untuk menjelaskan fenomena dan kondisi yang ada serta Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini menggunakan 211 data nasabah sebagai populasi. Untuk keperluan analisis, penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebesar 10% dari populasi nasabah tersebut. Pengambilan sampel dan penelitian diambil di daerah Bekasi dikarenakan (1) Kantor peneliti berada di area Bekasi, (2) Berdasarkan hasil dari data KEMENKOP jumlah pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah wilayah Bekasi layak untuk dilakukan penelitian, (3) UMKM kota Bekasi dapat mewakili setiap segmen penyaluran KUR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam pembayaran pinjaman KUR dan strategi yang dianggap paling andal dalam peningkatan portofolio KUR PT BSI, Tbk adalah memberikan program khusus kepada UMKM yang telah bankable (KUR mikro naik kelas KUR kecil)
Pembuatan Produk Prototype Roda Gigi Menggunakan 3D Printing
Saat ini proses pengembangan produk yang berkembang sangat pesat adalah 3D Printing. Teknologi 3D Printingjuga digunakan untuk pembuatan produk. Teknologi 3D Printing mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi dari segi material dan waktu proses misalnya pembuatan suku cadang mesin produksi pada proses maintenance (pemeliharaan). Sebelumnya proses maintenance berlangsung lama (> 4 hari) karena menunggu pembuatan sampel suku cadang roda gigi. Dari permasalahan tersebut tujuan penelitian ini membuat produk prototype roda gigi yang berkualitas baik dan waktu proses yang cepat dengan menentukan parameter yang ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yaitu mekanisme langkah – langkah mengembangan produk (Research and Development). MDLC terdiri dari 3 tahapan. Pada tahap 1 yaitu pembuatan konsep (concept) dan Perancangan (design). Pada tahap 2 yaitu pengumpulan bahan dan pembuatan produk. Pada tahap 3 yaitu testing dan distribution. Penelitian ini akan 2 percobaan pencetakan produk menggunakan 3D Printingd engan variasi parameter fill density dan layer height. Ukuran prototype mendekati ukuran desain yaitu diameter 60 x 9,8 mm. Pembuatan prototype gear dengan parameter fill density (densitas isi) 60% dan layer height 0,1 mm menciptakan kekuatan yang lebih sehingga tidak pecah. Hasil yang didapatkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen yang membutuhkan model roda gigi untuk bahan analisis. Disisi lain dengan layer height 0,1 proses pencetakan membutuhkan waktu 228 menit sehingga pembuatan produk lebih cepat dibandingkan sebelumnya 4 hari dan konsumen dapat melakukan perbaikan kerusakan mesin lebih cepat dengan sampel prototype ini. Prototype yang dibuat lebih singkat dengan material PLA tentunya mampu menurunkan biaya produksi sehingga lebih ekonomis.

Analisis Strategi Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing Program Warung BAZNAS Kabupaten Sukabumi
Usaha mikro dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja merupakan sektor usaha yang berhasil mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. Warung BAZNAS terbentuk tahun 2019 sebagai usaha sembako berjumlah 50 warung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1. Mengidentifikasi jumlah Warung BAZNAS yang masih beroperasi dan yang tidak beroperasi (tutup). 2. Mengidentifikasi berapa persen Warung BAZNAS yang menjadi munfiq. 3. Menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman Warung BAZNAS. 4. Menyusun strategi Warung BAZNAS. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan Matriks Kekuatan-Kelemahan-Peluang-Ancaman (SWOT) dan Lima Kekuatan Porter. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1. Warung BAZNAS yang semula berjumlah 50, kini hanya 33 yang masih beroperasi. 2. Jumlah Warung BAZNAS yang menjadi munfiq pada tahun 2021-2023 sebanyak 32 warung atau 64%. 3. Warung BAZNAS berada pada kuadran V termasuk perusahaan yang tahan dan mempertahankan. Fokus organisasi ini adalah terobosan di pasar dan pengembangan produk (David et al 2011). 4. Strategi analisis SWOT adalah pencatatan penjualan sederhana, pelayanan prima, diskon atau potongan harga, sistem pembayaran kepada distributor, pemilihan lokasi strategis, pengembalian barang kepada distributor, sistem pengiriman barang dari distributor, pengadaan barang dagangan dari distributor, harga jual yang bersaing. Sedangkan strategi Five Forces meliputi persaingan dalam industri yaitu warung sembako, potensi masuknya pesaing baru yaitu warung baru, potensi pengembangan produk substitusi yaitu keragaman produk sembako, daya tawar pemasok yaitu distributor, dan daya tawar konsumen yaitu persepsi hargaMicro businesses in absorbing labor are a business sector that has succeeded in reducing the number of unemployed. BAZNAS stalls, which originally numbered 50, now only 33 are still operating. 2. The number of BAZNAS stalls that become munfiq in 2021-2023 is 32 stalls or 64%. 3. Pandemi Covid-19 dan Keberlanjutan Bisnis Mikro-Kecil di Kota Sejarah Gastronomi: Pendekatan Penghidupan Berkelanjutan
The Covid-19 pandemic causes challenges and threats to micro and small businesses\u27 unsustainability. This study aims to describe the dynamics of micro and small business actors in maintaining business continuity based on a sustainable livelihood framework. This research is located in Salatiga City, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative, with a case study approach to traditional culinary businesses and coffee shops. These findings indicate that the Covid-19 pandemic urges the government to take a Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy to the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) policy. Also, the obligation to implement health protocols to Clean, Health, Safety, and Environment (CHSE) certification for food and beverage businesses. The policy has limited the mobility and access capabilities of traditional culinary business entrepreneurs and coffee shops to social capital and financial capital, as observed by several culinary businesses and coffee shops that showed a quiet condition of visitors during the PPKM in force. To maintain business continuity during the pandemic, coffee shop entrepreneurs innovate products and business processes by utilizing digital platforms for online marketing; some culinary businesses and coffee shops use service on-demand applications to market food and beverages so that they can be accessed by buyers and still earn income during the PPKM applies. Thus, it shows that diversification and intensification are needed to support sustainable businesses and livelihoods during the Covid-19 pandemic
Strategi Pengembangan Usaha PT Godongijo Asri, di Depok Jawa Barat
Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are often referred to as one of the pillars of a region\u27s economic strength. This is because MSMEs have the flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing market conditions compared to large-scale companies. Depok City is one of the most strategic areas in West Java Province. Its location and position as a buffer for the capital city and its strong influence on economic growth in the surrounding area are an opportunity as well as a challenge so that Depok is be able to align its economic opportunities with the potential and direction of governance that have been structured. Godongijo, as one of the ecotourism MSMEs in Sawangan, has experienced a decrease in income in the last few months. Some of the causes are influenced by the nature of the tourism industry with different market needs due to developing trends, economic fluctuations, competition between tourist resort entrepreneurs, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, Godongijo needs to develop a competitive advantage that can provide high profits and the stability that determines the sustainability of its business. Primary data collection was obtained through direct observation and interviews with Godongijo Management. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to MSME players in the Godongijo area. Secondary or library data collection is obtained from national and international journals as well as research documents related to the development of local entrepreneurship. The strategy formulation method is based on internal and external factor analysis IE matrix, Strength, Weakness, Oppourtunities & Threats matrix (SWOT), and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). For the future, there are several development strategies from the results of the analysis that can be used according to the needs and business conditions of UMKM in Godongijo, such as making a characteristic gate or Godongijo icon so that it is quickly recognized by tourists in the city or outside the city, making the parking area wider, and establishing a Mini Zoo for children\u27s educational tours
Pengaruh Citra Merek terhadap Kepuasan dan Loyalitas Konsumen Restoran H. Masduki di Kota Pekalongan
Marketing competition conditions are getting tighter with a variety of products offered, commpanies or entrepreneurs are required to have high competitiveness, including the culinary business. H. Masduki restaurant is the one of family restaurants located in Pekalongan City. H. Masduki restaurant must be able to survive in the competition between similar restaurants in Pekalongan City in order to continue to exist. The objective of this research is to identify consumer characteristics, analyze the effect of brand image to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the research analysis is the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction and consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on consumer loyalty
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Restoran Kedai Kita Bogor
The problem that is used as the object of research is that the leadership style applied to employees is still not good, there are communication barriers between superiors and employees that are still less effective and regulations regarding work discipline that must be obeyed by employees. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence the performance of our restaurant kedai kita in Bogor. Data collection was through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used in this research was a quantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. The assessment system used in this research is a Likert scale. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was all restaurant employees, totaling 60 people. The sampling technique in this research used saturated sampling. The research results concluded that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
