Evaluasi Kinerja Usaha Petani Garam Rakyat di Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat
Flood of salt imports from the country four season to meet consumption needs and the needs of industry to Indonesia make the price of salt is low. Surprisingly rich tropical sea water and sunlight with the fourth longest coastline in the world\u27s, but in 2010 national production of only 30,600 tons of salt or less than 1% of national demand, because the harvest in a number of production centers 1.000-7.000 tons. Ponds area and one of the factors that influence the production of salt is an integral part of the performance of producing salt as salt producers nationwide. Business performance on a salt farmer folk analyzed the influence of the land area of salt ponds on productivity, quality and financial performance by analysis of variance (Anova), for quality is conducted lab tests and analysis of financial performance using the calculation of revenue, R/C ratio and B/C ratio. The analysis showed no real productivity diversity. Salinity of sea water highest diversity in the people who produce the salt flats with an area of 0.23 acres of land with an average 4,576,666.67, the lowest score in the group of farmers with vast salt flat 0.85 acres of land with an average 1.6775 million. The analysis showed no real income diversity. R / C ratio and B/C ratio is generated providing the highest value in the group of people who produce salt area of 0.23 hectares with an average 10.1533, the lowest in the group of salt peasants with land area of 0.85 acres with a mean average of 3.2367. Effect of salt ponds land productivity, quality and financial performance analysis of variance analysis showed no significant difference, then the people\u27s business performance by producing salt undervalued and needs to be increased by salt farmers
Pengembangan Industri Kecil dan Rumah Tangga Alas Kaki dalam Menuju Keberlanjutan Usaha dan Menghadapi China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement
Although the footwear industry is one sector of the small and medium industries which supported by the government, but the development of the industry is still relatively low. Various government policies have been made related to export and import settings, however the policies do not seem to provide significant benefits to the national development of the footwear industry. The condition is further exacerbated by the implementation of CAFTA (China-ASEAN Free Trade Agreement) in Indonesia. The lack of preparedness of local industry in the face of Chinese products in the country is feared to suppress the competitiveness of local products become increasingly weak. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the development efforts of small and household footwear industries and to analyze the effect of CAFTA on the sustainability of small and household footwear industries. The research was conducted in Bogor (district and city) which is a center of footwear industry in Indonesia. The respondent of the study consists of the leading small and household industries taken by purposive sampling with 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using the statistical descripitive and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on SEM analysis, the results indicate that efforts to develop small and household footwear industries directly affected by motivation efforts of the entrepreneurs in this industry and the government policies that facilitate the entrepreneurs in this industry. Increasing the development of business sustainability is also directly influenced by the characteristics of the entrepreneurs who are able to optimize productivity and the CAFTA implementation which is responded by good competitiveness from the local industry
Pengembangan Usaha Budidaya Ikan Lele (Clarias sp.) di Lahan Kering di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
The one commodity that is highly prospective for cultivated on an industrial scale and households are catfish (Clarias sp.). The purpose of this study was (1) analyze the feasibility of catfish farming in dry land in the district of Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta Province, (2) analyze the potential of catfish farming in ponds tarp on dry land, (3) develop alternative business development in the district of Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta Province. The method used in this thesis is descriptive method that focuses on technical aspects and business cultivation, as well as a SWOT analysis. Based on the feasibility analysis has a promising prospect and deserves to be developed. To maximize revenue catfish farmers, a combination of strategies SO, WO Strategies and strategy ST is an appropriate strategy to be chosen by farmers to improve their business. Increase the number and extent of ponds and develop farming, applying methods of maintenance and cultivation of good, as well as expand market coverage ranging from individual consumers, restaurants and traditional markets to restaurants to modern markets to improve capital efficiency and increase profits for farmers catfish on dry land in the district of Gunung Kidul
Hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dengan Turnover Intentions pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Dhuafa
Government policy through the National Health Insurance program (JKN) needs to be responded to maintain providing the best health services for the community. Best health services can be provided by the fulfillment of the human resources (HR) such as nurse either in the quality and quantity. Currently Dhuafa Hospital (RS Dhuafa) is still difficult to meet the number of nurses requirement. Highly turnover rate of nurses occured in the period January to December 2013. It is clearly important to know the causes, among other factors of job satisfaction. In theory, job satisfaction is one of the factors that may influence the tendency of employee to decide to get out of work. Based on this background, the study was conducted to determine how the relationship between job satisfaction and highly intentions of nurses turnover rate in Dhuafa Hospital. The purpose of this study are to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and nurses turnover rate in Dhuafa hospital, and also to find out the most dominant factors on turnover intentions. This research is done by statistical methodology using the correlation, descriptive approach and test the hypotheses that have been formulated previously. Data collection will be exercises by questionnaire and interview techniques, and will be analyze using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that in general, nurses were satisfied geeting work in Dhuafa hospital, although less of payments and promotion opportunities were insists. Those factors were the trigger of job satisfaction to them. In general, the study conclude that although the nurses turnover in Dhuafa hospital were getting intense but they still have highly survival rate to work in Dhuafa hospita
Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Pusdiklat Anggaran dan Perbendaharaan Setelah Reformasi Birokrasi Diterapkan
This study examined the influence of bureaucratic reform policies that have been implemented at Training and Education Center of Budget and Treasury, Ministry of Finance since 2007 on employee performance. Bureaucratic reform in its implementation using the concept of two-way social approach, ie persuasive and coercive. Persuasive approach to drive performance through improved remuneration. While the approach of coercion restriction or supervision, and strict punishment to avoid attitudes and behaviors that can be detrimental to the organization through the dimensional change of mindset, structuring the organization and business process, and discipline improvement and human resource management. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The results showed that the bureaucratic reform give an effect and improve the employee performance. Base on the result, it is recommended that bureaucratic reform policy can be implemented to other ministries and institutions to improve the employee performance

The key to the success of small and medium enterprises located in the possession of knowledge, courage and sincerity in running the business. Currently, in order to minimize the risks that may arise, many small businesses, especially entrepreneurs, using the franchise system (franchise) as a means to develop their business. Failure in business franchise can be traced through several aspects, namely finance, management and marketing aspects. The purposes of the study are: (1) to describe the feasibility of fried chicken business with franchise and independent system, (2) to describe the perception of consumers towards the products of fried chicken business with franchise and independent system, (3) to develop appropriate strategies for developing franchise and/or independent system. The study was conducted at franchised/independent outlet located Bogor regency. Respondent has been collected by purposive sampling with 124 respondens. The experiment was conducted from February to March 2012. Kind of data processing technique we used was Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Payback Period (PBP), Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE), Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSP) analysis system. Based on feasibility analysis, both fried chicken business with franchise and independent systems are feasible to be implemented. Franchise system offers more opportunity to get higher and faster returns, as well as to reach PBP faster than independent system. Furthermore, fried chicken business with franchise system shall be easier to get the trust of consumers because that system is more practical and besides, that system also offers cheaper price which will drive someone to reach PBP and return on capital faster. The reason of consumer to buy product are price, practice, and higiene. Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Jasa Salon Kecantikan Keraton di Tangerang
Salon Kecantikan Keraton that was established in 2007 is required to improve services in order to compete in facing the competition of growing salon business. Since Salon Kecantikan Keraton was established, there is a number of customers decreased significantly, so the researcher is trying to conduct a study in order to increase the number of customers and increase the profitability of the Salon Keraton. The methods used in this research are descriptive analysis, reliability and validity test, chi-square, cross tabulation, IPA, CSI and SWOT analysis. Customer characteristics of Salon Kecantikan Keraton majority are women aged 26-35 years worked as employees whose income of Rp1-3 million. In general, customers get information from the banner that is placed in front of the salon. Based on the relationship between customers and the level of performance characteristics can be concluded that female customers, especially those who are over the age of 40 years and customers who have income above Rp8 million more sensitive and requires more attention to handle.Employee and entrepreneur are easier to understand and comprehend the type of care provided, the frequency of visits depends on the services during the first visit can lead to good impression on customers, sources of information with a banner that is placed in front of the Salon Kecantikan Keraton’s staff are very helpful in providing information the type of care and price of Salon Kecantikan Keraton. Strategi Pengembangan Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah dalam Pembiayaan Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Tanjungsari, Sumedang
KJKS as Islamic microfinance institution have a strategic role in the expansion of employment and reduce poverty. KJKS have a role as agent of asset distribution for the economic empowerment of the community, through Baitul Maal activities which is serve as a social institution and Baitul Tamwil which is serve as business institutions with Islamic patterns. The aimed of the study were (1) Identify the KJKS aspects, (2) Identify internal and and external factors that may indicate the position of cooperatives and opportunities, (3) Arrange appropriate formulation and alternative strategic for development of KJKS. Data were collected with primary and secondary data collection through library, field observation, questionnaires, worksheets and interview skills approach (administrators/managers and experts). Techniques and data processing using descriptive analysis both normative (according to the rules of sharia and legislation in force), qualitative (describing the profile, products and processes as well as business activities KJKS describe IFE matrix, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM), and quantitative (do the calculation above tabulation health assessment and weighting of the IFE, EFE, and IE). Data processing is done using Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and SPSS ver. 15.0 for Windows. Data showed from scoring through IFE matrix (3.14) and EFE (2.92) and grouping strategies using IE matrix that KJKS Mardlotillah BMT are at the Development and Expansion. The strategy is designed to achieve capital growth conditions, asset and financing for micro distribution cooperative members. Development Strategy KJKS BMT Mardlotillah generated SWOT matrix and QSP obtained suggested five strategic priorities are: (1) Improved quality of service and sharia business management, (2) Increasing cooperatives imaging through improved internal oversight and accountability of financial statements and (3) Increase the quality of human resources that are reliable and robust, (4) Establish a good relationship/partnership with the financial institutions, and 5) Optimization services and coaching/mentoring business member loyalty to motivate and saving members interests
Kegiatan Simpan Pinjam Khusus Perempuan di Kecamatan Semparuk, Sambas
Women\u27s savings and loan (SPP) activity is Indonesian government effort to develop rural savings and loan’s potency, access facility to micro scale enterprise funding, needs fulfill for funding basic social, institutional strengthening of woman activity, support poor households alleviation and create the employment. The objectives of this study were, to identify existing problems, to analyze strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats (SWOT) in the savings and borrowing activities from SPP groups and to improve strategies in the Project Management Unit (UPK) of Semparuk sub-district Sambas regency. The primary data were collected to fund user by observation and interviewed techniques, and secondary data obtained from literature studied. Interviews were conducted to 50 respondents whose used credit for three consecutive years and four program actors. The data explained descriptively and assessment strategies analyzed using internal factor evaluation matrix, external factor evaluation matrix, internal-external (IE) matrix, SWOT matrix and quantitative strategic planning matrix. The results show that identified problems were: poor households’ economic empowerment had not done yet, group members’ savings fail to grow, credit disbursement process was relatively slow, program actors’ role fail to facilitate the groups particularly in members’ businesses development. Several alternative strategies that can be implemented by District Management Unit (UPK) are: improve the services, expanse the credit markets and marketing networking, maximize the program actors’ role, maintain the commitment to developing the SPP, increase the programs promotion, increase the assistance to SPP groups and diversification of deposit and loan products

Pecel Lele Lela Restaurant branches Pinangranti is a restaurant that first presents the traditional Deep-fried Catfish food menu into a unique concept with modern restaurant management. This Research aims to (1) find out feasibility, (2) understand the marketing mix of services and assessments of consumer againt services marketing mix so far applied, (3) analysis the factors of internal and external environment that affect marketing strategies, and (4) establish the priority of alternative marketing strategies that can be applied. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The method used in this research is descriptive method that focuses on invesment and business development aspect, as well as NPV, B/C, PBP, IRR, SWOT and QSPM analysis. Based on financial criteria feasibility on discount rate of 6% NPV Rp2.535.752.046. Net B/C 4,22. IRR 21,34% (IRR > 6%).The return on investment (PBP) which is based on the value of now with the discount rate of 6% are 1.81. It means that the restaurant pecel lele lela branch Pinangranti, East Jakarta worthy to be implemented.The resulted total scores value of both Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) were respectively 2,543 and 2,310 which puts the position on quadrant V, which hold and maintain.
