Preferensi Konsumen dan Pedagang Mi Bakso terhadap Mi Basah Jagung Teknologi Ekstrusi
Corn wet noodle produced by an extrusion technology is easily applicable in a small scale industry due to its low investment and simple technology and can use to produce corn wet or dried noodles using 100 % corn flour. Consumer perception of wet corn noodle is an important step prior to its commercialization. The research aimed to evaluate sensory acceptance and consumer preferences of corn wet noodle according to consumers and vendor opinion. Data was collected through direct interviews to respondents selected by a purposive sampling method. Respondents consisted of 20 meatball noodle vendor and 100 consumers. Data were analyzed with frequency tables, Wilcoxon rank test, and the Kruskal-Wallis test. Sensory attributes (flavor, aroma, texture, color, and aftertaste) and overall acceptance of the corn wet noodles were evaluated. The results showed that the sensory scores of corn wet noodle ranged from neutral (score 3) to slightly liked (score 4). Age, trading experience, and cooking procedure before serving of vendors did not have any significant effect to sensory product acceptance. Similarly, age, purchasing power, and the frequency of consumers in eating meatball noodles did not influence the product acceptance. The majority of vendors (85%) and consumers (72%) did not recognize wet noodle corn. Peran Produk Perbankan, Mutu Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Nasabah bagi Kinerja PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. di KCU Utama Jakarta
Industri perbankan sangat erat kaitannya dengan kepercayaan, dimana pelayanan pelanggan sebagai keberhasilan. Pelanggan merupakan kunci bank untuk bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan saat ini. Tujuan kajian ini menjelaskan kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh produk perbankan dan mutu pelayanan PT BNI KCU Jakarta yang berimplikasi terhadap kinerja perbankan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, Customer Satisfaction Analysis (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan CSI, tingkat rataan nilai kepuasan, mutu dan pelayanan berada pada tingkat kepuasan, maka berarti pelanggan puas dengan kinerja pelayanan PT BNI KCU Jakarta. Dari IPA, mutu rataan layanan 4,041 menunjukkan mutu pelayanan (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangible) memuaskan, sementara nilainya 4,3605 maka atribut tersebut penting bagi pelanggan. Koefisien determinasi dari analiais regresi linear berganda (adjusted R square) 0,653 atau kepuasan pelanggan 65,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh produk perbankan dan mutu pelayanan, serta sisanya (34,7%) disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Potential weaving industry nationally as one of the SMEs so far have not unearthed the maximum due to the development of production management systems. Therefor, PT Retota Sakti has prompted company management to enhance the creative abilities tenunnya always accompanied by the application of more precise marketing strategies that correspond with the development of competition situation that occurred in the weaving industry. The purpose of this study was (1) Identify and evaluate the position of Marketing PT Retota Way by internal and external factors, and (2) Develop appropriate marketing strategies in developing future business. Analyzed in a descriptive study to emphasize the aspect of marketing, covering demand products to meet market needs; offer, which gives an overview about the availability of products in the process of cultivation and the balance of factors between demand and supply prices. To examine the marketing strategies carried out by quantitative SWOT analysis. The results of factor identification strategy, there are five key factors of internal strengths and weaknesses of four key factors. While the external environment there are five key factors of opportunities and threats of five factors. IFE values 2.842 and 2.530 EFE value, and also the combination of these two values in the matrix IE indicates that the marketing strategy lies in the quadrant of five, namely the growth and stability, where the strategies that can run the market penetration, product development and market. Peran Human Capital, Corporate Value dan Good Corporate Governance melalui Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan di PTPN VII Lampung
Changes in business environment lead various companies to continue to strive to improve their business strategies in order to survive and have a competitive advantage. The peak changes occurred with the coming of business era in the era of information and science. In this era, business strategies that are considered suitable, among others, the application of human resource development system based on human capital and company management based on corporate values and good corporate governance (GCG). PTPN VII as state-owned enterprise in agribusiness has tried to implement the system. This study aimed to examine the relationship between human capital, corporate values and GCG and their relation to the performances of the employees and the company. The population of this research as many as 400 people consisted of the employees of PTPN VII head office, but the number of the samples set was 120 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with quota sampling technique. The methods of processing and analyzing the data was structural equation modeling analysis-partial least squares (SEM-PLS), and the data processing used software smartPLS. The results indicated that the implementation of human capital by the company contributed positively to the increase of the employee performance. The implementation and internalization of corporate values to the employees positively contributed to the improvement of the employee performance. The increased employee performance played a positive role in improving the company performance. The implementation of corporate governance principles could improve the performance of the company, but did not play a great role in improving employee performanc

The decrease layur fish export in Pelabuhanratu. The roof of the problems are human resources or human capital, performance and supply chain problems. The purpose of this study is formulating the strategy of increasing fisherman performance strategy in ribbon fish supply chain through develop human capital. The increase of fisherman performance is got from the observe activity depth interview with the people who are related to and fishbone chart analized to identify problems which happened in fisherman that cause decreasing fish export and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is used for the strategy to get a strategy which is suitanable with the fisherman. From the analyze result that we have done with strategy wisdom we are got is increasing training strategy which is adapted with the requirements we hope that it can increase fisherman performance, we hope that the welfare of fisherman will increase
Usaha dan Pengembangan Industri Kecil Berbasis Komunitas Lokal
House of Balikpapan Creative (RKB) is a small and medium industry that has been developed and focuses on hand made batik and recycle handicraft. This small industry involves local community that consists of disability people and housewife. The existence of RKB is formed by oil and gas company contribution to local community in their operations area through Corporate Social Responsibility program. Current condition of RKB needs development strategy systematically. This research is aimed toreview the current state of business, to review the performance and to formalize the business development strategy of RKB in an attempt to increase the independence and sustainability of the business. Data collection was done through observation; interviewand focus group discussion as well as disseminating a questionnaire to 30 respondents, which used RKB products. The data is analyzed descriptively where as IPA analyzes performance review. Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix, External Factor Evaluation Matrix, Internal External Matrix, Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) Matrix Analysis along with Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM) analyze strategy development. Outcome mapping performance and consumer interests described the RKB need to allocate adequate resources for improving the performance of the product in terms of price, speed orders, precision workers and handling complaints and media promotion. Based on the SWOT and QSPM analysis, the most major strategic priorities which need to be implemented are organizational restructuring and management system, increase promotion, partnering with banking institutions, sets the market price strategy to confront the competition, improve the quality of service to customers

The commercial banks in Indonesia are currently operating in a more dynamic business environment than before. In the modern competitive environment banks create the value generally using the relational capital. Thus, customer loyalty is the most vital component for bank success in a market. The purpose of the paper is to analyze the effect of sales promotion and corporate image on customer loyalty. To achieve this goal, 80 customers of BNI Taplus account holders of PT BNI (Persero) Tbk. Tebet Main Branch Office were surveyed. Multiple linear regressions technique was used to assess the effect of among the variables under investigation. The findings of this study have shown significant relationships effect of among the sales promotion, corporate image and customer loyalty. The agricultural potential in Indonesia still becomes the excellence because Indonesia is the agrarian country. The role of agricultural sector in the national economy is empirically proven to be real enough both in quite normal economy and when the economy facing the crisis. This is seen from two important indicators i.e. the contribution to the sector of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and the labor absorption that always dominates in the agricultural field.This is caused by the lack of competence of farmer to be able to develop in the agricultural sector. With this is needed the farmer competence in forming the farming capacity building so the farmer can play the role in the community and can compete in the current globalization era. Based on the above problem, the research aims to: (1) analyze how the competence is owned by the farmer in Sumatera, (2) obtain the picture of farmer superior competence model in Sumatera to form the capacity building of highland vegetable farmer, and (3) give any solution which should be done in order to be able to increase the farmer competence in Sumatera. Investasi Penangkapan Ikan Tuna Semi Modern oleh PT Serena Marine di Perairan Sulawesi Utara
Fish as a natural resource has a very high potential as a source of foreign exchange and income. Arrest of the proper techniques of some fish species will provide optimal benefits. The objective of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility of tuna fishing of PT Serena Marine in area of North Sulawesi Sea. Through certain assumptions and calculations of financial feasibility with present value concept (NPV, BCR and IRR) and profitability ratios such as ROA, ROI and ROE, also break-even point, and payback period. The result showed that, this business activity will be feasible and profitable. The results show that based on those profitability indicators were above 1%, NPV calculated is positive, BCR is 1.62 or > 1 while IRR is 46 % and greater than discounted interest rate using in this financial analysis, Payback period will be achieved on the year 25thmonths or after 2 years of operations. Activities of tourist visit provide opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to stand, making the city of Bogor as one of the city that has an increasing number of SME’s. Failure to exploit the potential of the center to develop its organization and social capital owned SME’s indicate that SME’s still face problems of low quality human resources. SME’s mostly poorly educated human resources with technical expertise, competence, entrepreneurship and management are modest. On the other hand the knowledge inherent in members of an organization need to be updated and transferred to still have a value that is integrated with the vision and mission of the organization.
