Penguatan Kapasitas Kelompok Nelayan Wirausaha Mandiri melalui Transfer Teknologi Tepat Guna
Processing of target species do not optimal, especially the processing of the by-catch product. This is caused by the weak capacity of the fishing groups, particularly in the utilization of marine products in the dry season and the acquisition of market information, so it requires increased knowledge and transferal appropriate technology. Purpose of the study: (1) generate a group of fishermen who are skilled, creative and innovative in the processing of marine products; (2) create a group of fishermen who are good entrepreneurs with venture capital is cheap, affordable and sustainable; (3) make the fishing village groups as independent business pioneer advanced and community known as a producer and marketer of processed fish products as one of the typical souvenir of Kendari. Method of determining the sample was done by purposive sampling. This activity involves two groups of partners consisting of fishermen processors groups and fishermen fishing groups each of 20 people. The data were analyzed descriptively of the results of the implementation of the two activities, namely non-physical activities (socialization and education) and physical activity (manufacture plots hygienic drying fish and puffer fish burger-making). Action research results make a positive contribution to the strengthening of the capacity of a group of fishermen in the economic, scientific, cultural and social skills. Another positive contribution is opening insights and ways of thinking to make use of by-catch product into marketable products and process raw materials of marine fish with a hygienic manner that supports the improvement of the quality of the product to be accepted in the market, and create jobs in the village with the ability of a group of fishermen in entrepreneurship independent, which in turn can improve the economics of fishing households and assist the government in the construction of coastal villages
Efektivitas Pembiayaan dan Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Paving Blok di PD Telaga Jaya Blok, Tangerang
Increased industrial development make a positive contribution to the increase in prosperity and welfare of the people and the nation of Indonesia. One of the industrial activity is paving block making business which is the product of a cement building materials that are used as an alternative ground cover or hardening. The objectives of this study were: (1) analyze the quality of block paving based on Indonesian National Standard (SNI); (2) to analyze effectiveness of block paving production cost and (3) to formulate business development strategies for PD Telaga Jaya Blok. This study used primary and secondary data. Analysis were done using internal external (IE) matrix, analysis strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM). Based on laboratory test results of Bina Marga Department Tangerang, blocks paving, kansteen and uskup of PD. Telaga Jaya Blok were good according to the defined quality standards in Tangerang regency and SNI 03-0691-1996. Analyzes of profitability ratio standard that the PD Telaga Jaya Blok has profitability ratio of 35,38%. Based on QSPM, then alternative priorities can be sorted, as follows : (1) increase customer loyalty to the block paving products, (2) maintain and improve product quality (3) maintain product selling price product and (4) provide training to improve the skills of employee

Trade Facilitation Agreement mandates each member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), including Indonesia, to simplify the trade system in order to facilitate trade flows between countries. Inatrade is an information technology-based system that was built by the Ministry of Trade that aims to provide services of export and/or import procedure fastrer and more transparent. In order to determine the effectiveness of Inatrade services, it is necessary to identify the dominant factors, actors, and indicators that influence to the improvement of the service quality. This study aims to determine the conditions of service horticultural products import license, to identify the dominant factors, actors, and indicators which influence services, and to formulate strategies needed to improve the quality of licensing services at the Ministry of Trade. The research used analytical tools of Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), SWOT and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the result analiysis it was concluded that the licensing mechanism based integrated information technology and monitoring and evaluation system regularly including aspects of the systems, human resources and legal basis as a best strategy to improve the quality of services
Peningkatan Efektivitas Sistem Insentif Pegawai Divisi Retail Banking pada Bank XY
Bank XYZ is bank that already launched credit card in 2007. In their operations, Bank XYZ applying the provision of insentive for the sale of a credit card with the aim that can improve employee motivation to high performing better. Basically every company hopes to reach the target of predetermined sales. But in reality the sale of a credit card to the Bank XYZ Bogor branch has not yet reached the set target. Not achieve the target that is supposed to identify that there is a problem in the achievements of employee performance whereby the employee has not been motivated to work optimally. While Bank XYZ strategy are already making the provision of incentives for retail banking staff who performs the sale of the credit card.The purpose of this research is: 1. Indentify the influence of incentives on employee motivation retail banking division in Bank XYZ in the target of credit card sales. 2. Indentify the influence of an incentive against the employee performance retail banking division. 3. Formulate efforts to improve the effectiveness of incentive system in order to increase the employee performance retail banking division. The process of data analysis begins with some of the stage where the first stage is a test of validity and reability instrument. Descriptive statistic analysis conducted to determine how perceptions of respondents to statements in the questionnaire through analysis rataan score. Through descriptive of statistical analysis can be seen how perceptions of respondents to incentives, motivation and performance. Next after the statistical analysis descriptive done testing SEM (Structural equation model) operated through the LISREL program. The results of the analysis show that the incentive effect significantly against the major motivation of employees. Motivational variables on performance demonstrates that a significant effect on performance the motivation of employees. When compared to the value of the charge factor of motivation on performance, different values looks at factors variable charge directly on performance incentives that show the influence of the small and insignificant. This incentive has the role of small shows a factor in improving the performance of staff Bank XYZ retail banking division. This is shows that employees incentive to affect the performance of retail banking division through motivation, demonstrable of indirect influence more motivation than through direct influence on the performance
Strategi Pemasaran Produk Mainan Anak-Anak dari Limbah Kayu PT Safira Tumbuh Berkembang
After year such a natural resources as wood becomes rare, so its use needs to be to the most efficient way, in line with it, wooden waste use becomes important. One of the companies which processes and makes use of the wooden waste to be children toys of economical value in Bogor is PT Safira Tumbuh Berkembang (PT STB). The research objectives are (1) to identify factors that influence a consumer’s decision making, and (2) to set a recommended marketing strategy to develop the business. The population In this research is students’ parents and teachers of 10 kindergartens in the City of Bogor. Samples were determined by purposive sampling, with consideration of easily accessible and the TK is willing to be interviewed. From each kindergarten a sample of 6 respondents comprising 3 parents and 3 teachers is taken, in order to make the total number of respondents of regarding 60 people. Data analysis method used is Thurstone, with consideration of a study conducted to explore consumer behavior in decision making. From the above analysis, the marketing strategy to do are as follows: (1) to lower the price of 9.34% of the set price, (2) To improve a new design in accordance with educational content element and bright colors combination on the toy, (3) to maintain the quality in accordance with the market segment, (4) maintain and develop the educational element content and a combination of bright colors found in children\u27s toys as unique or characteristic of the designs produced by PT STB, (5) To develop promotion through direct interaction between sellers and the targets (personal selling) in a potential kindergarten as well as (6) To develop selling points through cooperation with children toy stores in malls/shopping center
Evaluasi Kinerja PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Pesisir Akbar Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat
Coastal communities made up of fishermen, fish farmers, processors and traders of fishery products, businesses and services maritime industry as well as other communities living in coastal areas and small islands. BPR Pesisir Akbar in Bima Nusa Tenggara Barat is one of the six Coastal BPR in Indonesia which has one mission welfare of coastal communities around the operational area. The study aims to (1) Determine the influence of the level of financial and non-financial performance of PT BPR Pesisir Akbar, (2) analyze the factors that affect performance. Performances Evaluation of PT BPR Pesisir Akbar has done well for non-financial and financial performances. Non Financial Performances include the number and level of customer satisfaction, while the financial evaluation includes capital, value assets, profit/loss, ROA (Return On Assets), CAR (Credit Adequacy ratio), BOPO (Expenses and Operating Income), NPL (Non Performing Loan), and LDR (Loan to Deposit ratio). Evaluation results show that non-financial public services, credit services, and promotion services jointly or individually significant effect on customer satisfaction, where public service is the strongest factor. Evaluation of financial performance shows PT. PT. BPR Pesisir Akbar relatively well for the development of asset value, earnings, CAR, NPL and ROA, but the increase is relatively small capital and BOPO and LDR have not been good until now
Pendapatan dan Persepsi Anggota terhadap Penerapan Internal Control System pada Pertanian Padi Organik
Internal Control System (ICS) is a consolidated management concerning the effort to certify organic products. Due to its collective mechanism, farmers are able to manage its agribusiness more profitably financially. The purpose of this study was (1) to analyze the differences in income levels of farmer groups who are certified organic and non-certified organic, (2) to get an overview of the implementation of ICS in farmers group Gapoktan Simpatik, and (3) to analyze the perceptions of group members towards the implementation of ICS either certified or non-certified organic. This research was on a case study at upper stream of Cideres and Cigunungjaga watershed in the district of Sukahening, Tasikmalaya, which is a member of Gapoktan Simpatik. The analysis was performed using the R/C ratio, homogeneity analysis of data by income level using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, analysis of income differences between the two groups of independent farmers using the Mann-Whitney test, and biplot analysis for the analysis of perceptions of group members toward ICS implementation variables. The results showed that the R/C ratio for the certified group was 1.77, and for non-certified group 1.53. The average income level of certified group was Rp19,394,800/ha/year, while the non-certified Rp12,728,940/ ha/year. The results also showed that perception toward ICS implementation of certified group was better than the non-certified. Most of the certified group respondent approached the vector of all variables, which means that they were satisfied and familiar with all the variables, while the group of respondents who were non-certified did not approach the vector. The parameters that were widely varied by respondent group responses were the certified variable of purchase, handling, processing, and export, while the most uniform response variables of the respondents were variable of organizational and ICS personnel. While the groups that were not certified provided a variety of assessment on the variables of risk management and uniform assessment on external inspection and certification
Prospek Pengembangan Usaha Keripik Pisang di Bandarlampung
This study conducted to formulate a possible scenario in the future (prospective strategic). The scenario is based on conditions that may occur in the future toward on the key factors that influence the development of banana chips industry in Bandarlampung. This study aimed to: (1) identify the factors that influence the development of banana chips Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry in Bandarlampung, and (2) determine the formulation of banana chips SME development strategy in Bandarlampung, and (3) determine the operational recommendations for the development of banana chips SMEs in Bandarlampung. The analysis tool is the Prospective Analysis to predict the possibilities that occur in the future and prepare a strategic action needs to be done and see if changes are needed in the future. The studied showed that the critical success factors of banana chips business development in order to increase market share and become a superior product in Bandarlampung are (1) technical capability, (2) managerial skills, (3) access to information, (4) the production process, and (5) availability of raw materials. Formulation of enterprise development strategies carried out by combining the results of stakeholder analysis and a prospective analysis, to generate an optimistic scenario for the development of banana chips in Bandarlampung. Operational recommendations for the development of banana chips in Bandarlampung prepared using a prospective analysis: (1) increase the technical ability of entrepreneur, (2) increase the managerial skills, (3) increased access to information, (4) modern processes for production, and (5) increasing the availability of raw materials

At this moment, cooperative growth has experienced a very rapid development, which can be seen from the increasing number of diverse cooperative effort in Indonesia, especially in West Java. The ever-increasing needs of milk, added by milk production that has not met the needs of people in West Java makes a fierce competition among Cattle Ranchers Cooperative to produce milk. One of Cooperatives runs in this field is Cattle Ranchers Cooperative of North Bandung. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze and evaluate management performance of KPSBU in West Java, (2) to analyze the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability of KPSBU in West Java, (3) to develop business development strategy of KPSBU in West Java. The study used a descriptive survey approach, using primary and secondary data, as well as ratio analysis techniques (1) liquidity, (2) solvency, (3) profitability. Business development strategy will be prepared based on the analysis of the SWOT method and QSPM. Based on the analysis QSPM KPSBU has several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The most powerful force possessed KPSBU is quality fresh dairy products and its main drawback is the marketing of products less than the maximum, while the factors that affect the greatest opportunity is cooperation with local and international companies and the biggest threat is the bad weather which disrupted production and milk quality. Therefore, Cattle Ranchers Cooperative of North Bandung needs to make improvements on internal factors. It also reinforced by the value of the financial ratios of liquidity, solvency, and profitability that indicates that the company does not have a good value to pay a long-term and short-term debt as well as to generate profits in the company. Thus, Cattle Ranchers Cooperative of North Bandung must continue to strive to maintain and repair the service quality attribute and keeping customer satisfaction levels continue to rise
