    Analisis Strategi Bauran Promosi terhadap Volume Penjualan Restoran XYZ

    This study examines the strategic influence of promotion mix on the volume of aggregation and to know whether the marketing mix run by the Restaurant XYZ affect consumer spending. The theory used in this research is the promotion mix. The research design was conduced with a quantitative descriptive approach through an interview using quisionaire. Sampling method used is a purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents counted 200 people. In this study measure the influence caused by the promotion mix variables such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct selling to increase sales volume. The results show that advertising variables are the most influential variabel of sales volume and the promotion mix simultaneously influences the buying decision of the customer. The findings of this research provide managerial implications that restaurant should not only focus on promotions costs for advertising alone, but also need to pay close attention to the allocation of appropriate funds to see the effectiveness of increased sales volume

This study was conducted with the objectives formulated from the description of the background. This research aims to 1) Identify internal and external factors of the company in marketing ready-to-eat sausage products, 2) Formulate strategies that can be done by companies to improve the marketing of ready-to-eat sausage on the market regarding products, prices, promotion and distribution. 3) Recommend the best strategy from various alternative strategies that can be formulated The method of analysis used is SWOT analysis. The result of this research is the formulation of alternative marketing strategy obtained by external and internal factors is to cooperate with partner, product differentiation, joint promotion with Charoen Pokphand group, and educative promotion. Based on the SWOT-ANP results, it is found that educational promotion is the priority of the main strategy recommended

    Various kinds of tea can be used as food and anti-diabetic medicine. One of plants that can be used as medicinal subtancesis Teh Papua (Vernonia amygdalina). Teh Papua, as become one of the local wisdom in Papua, has been used for generations to medicate malaria epidemic and  blood sugar disease. Hence, good bussiness planning review will be needed to develop this potential plant. The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility of small Teh Papua industry. Descriptive research method was used in this research. Data are collected by observation, survey, and depth-interview with the bussiness actor. Aspects observed in this studyare aspects of market, marketing, technical and technological, organiza-tional and also management. Measurement of financial aspectfeasibility in this study is using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C ), and Payback Period (PP). The result shows commercial financial analysis of Teh Papua indicates a positive NPV value of Rp. 316 068 835, IRR value of 45.17%, net value B/C of 2.48 and Payback Period of 17% and 27% depreciation

    Tuna is one of the most valuable fishery commodities produced in Indonesia. In a great measure of tuna production in Indonesia is exported to several destination countries such as Japan, the European Union and America. The demand for tuna in Japan and the United States from year to year has never decreased. Furthermore, the role of tuna industry from time to time is increasingly important and strategic, especially in sustaining the nation\u27s economy as tuna plays an important role in many people’s health in which Tuna provides high quality protein. In terms of sustainable tuna consumption, valuable creative activities (VCA) is required to be formulated, so all resources (tangible, intangible, human resources) are able to produce prime fishery products that have high quality standard and high value content, competent, safe, traceable, both nationally and internationally. The Prime fishery products are able to be produced if the fishery industry successfully applies several standards both national and international such as ISO, SNI, CODEX, and standards from importers. In terms of applying those standards, it is worth reviewing few of benefits of standard implementation. Associated with the standards applied by the company, there are studies of the benefits of standard implementation in tuna industry in Muara Baru, DKI Jakarta. The purpose of this study was to assess the benefits of standard implementation in tuna companies. The method used was descriptive and it uses several tests including profitability ratio analysis (net profit margin, return on asset, return on equity, profit margin). The results of this study are that both companies had implemented the standard well, standard understanding by both companies still exist different, while from the financial sector the company was able to increase profit

    Cindy Group is a company grouped as SMEs which produces boiled fish, both traditional and hygienic. Companies to keep their survival in order to survive in a competitive market, must have a strategy to attract consumers to buy their products. One of the best strategy is to evaluate and develop appropriate marketing strategies. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify and analyze internal and external factors influencing Cindy Group marketing strategy, (2) to formulate Cindy Group marketing strategy, and (3) to prioritize Cindy Group marketing strategy. Based on internal and external factors, Cindy Group formulated strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats toward marketing strategy using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The total score in the IFE and EFE matrices illustrated that the firm\u27s stable position in responding to external situations. The total IFE score of 3.3436 indicated that the strengths of Cindy Group could overcome the weaknessess very well. Total EFE score of 2.5545 indicated that Cindy Group was good enough to respond the opportunities and minimize threats. Based on QSPM analysis, the priority strategy to be applied in the marketing of fishery processed products at UMKM Cindy Group which was expanding marketing network, maintaining quality, increasing sales service and increasing cooperation with related institutions and cooperatives/other SMEs in order to get raw material access

    Business incubator is an assistance agency for beginner business which is believed to be able to generate professional, independent, and competitive entrepreneurs. This research aims to identify factors influencing the performance of business incubator’s tenants, and evaluate tenants’s satisfaction during their participation in business incubator. This research is conducted in Business Incubator of IPB by interviewing both inwall tenants and outwall tenants. The data obtained are analyzed using, Wilcoxon test with SPSS software, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Result of this research reveals that performance of inwall and outwall  tenants are shown by the increase of gross profit, profit, number of employee, increase of product variants, number of customer, participation in training, the presence of business assistance, participation in training, the presence of business assistance, expansion of business place, expansion of business place. marketing expansion or number of agent, and the decline of complaints experienced by tenants. According to the calculation result of IPA,CSI, tenant satisfaction level on business incubator is categorized as good. Factor that is considered need to be improved by Business Incubator of IPB is adequate human resources performance improvement, especially for assistance and service toward tenants

    Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Anggota dan Strategi Pengembangan Koperasi (Studi Kasus Koperasi Kredit Sehati Jakarta)

    Improving member satisfaction is very important to be taken by credit unions because the cooperative benefit taken from the provision of credit to members. The purpose of this research is (1) determine the level of interest and the level of performance Kopdit Sehati, (2) determine member satisfaction Kopdit Sehati, (3) develop alternative strategies Kopdit pegembangan Sehati. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Analysis Internal External (IE) and the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). The number of respondents in this studies as many as 100 members of the cooperative. The analysis showed that the overall level of performance Kopdit Sehati (3.98) still does not meet the expected level of interest by members of (4.14). Based on the attributes of IPA obtained priority for repair that Kopdit services using information technology media, availability of information brochures, Kopdit have professional managers, innovation of products offered, the education for members and establish communication with members as well. Based on the calculation of CSI, the service level of 79.78 percent Kopdit Sehati. This means that the level of satisfaction index Sehati Kopdit member located between the range of 0.66 to 0.80, which means members are satisfied with the performance of services Kopdit Sehati. After weighting and scoring through IFE matrix (2.64) and matris EFE (2.86). IE matrix shows that the position Kopdit Sehati is in cell V, can be managed with a strategy to maintain and sustain  namely by using market penetration strategies and product development could be the most appropriate for Kopdit Sehati. The development strategy Kopdit Sehati generated from SWOT Matrix and QSPM obtained five priorities suggested strategies are: (1) Development of branch offices and place of service members, (2) Innovation product savings and loans (3) Increase the dissemination of cooperatives to the community, (4) Increases number of employees, and (5) Increase the effective promotion activities

    Persepsi Kondisi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan Generasi Y

    Generation Y is the latest generation of workers entering the workforce nowadays. The increasing number of generation Y entering the workforce nowadays has provided challenges for PT XYZ. The purposes of this research are to analyze the perception of generation Y employees toward the working conditions at PT XYZ and to analyze the performance of generation Y employees at PT XYZ. The research was conducted at PT XYZ involving generation Y employees as respondents. Data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Respondents were selected by simple random sampling. The research sample were 66 employees, consisted of 46 men and 20 women  employees. The initial stage of data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, linear regression analysis and Mann Whitney test using SPSS version 16. The research found that employees generation Y both men and women have positive perception of working conditions at XYZ. The average value scores of generation Y employees\u27 performance based on gender leads to positive. The performance indicator that has the highest value on the employees of Generation Y (both men and women and has positive perception is cooperative attitude. Strategies that suggested to maintain and improve employee performance they are review of policy determination of salary and benefits are calculated based on performance standards and real-time based on the results of the employee according to his duties and responsibilities, giving reward as appreciation to employees who have achieved maximum performance results, as well as scheduling fun activities gathering and team building in order to improve teamwork between colleagues and give refreshment to the employees in the middle of their routine work
