Analisis Strategi Pembiayaan Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Melalui Dana Bergulir pada Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir
The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs established a Revolving Fund Management Institution for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (LPDB-KUMKM) in order to realize the mandate of Law No. 20 of 2008, with the aim of managing and developing revolving funds for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises professionally and accountably. The increasing number of Revolving Fund distribution services and the decreasing level of loan classification in the current category encouraged the need to evaluate loan or financing distribution through (1) analysis of factors affecting LPDB-KUMKM revolving fund performance and (2) to formulate effective strategies to improve the performance of revolving fund for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The method used in this research are, descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis and AHP. The analysis result shows the significant factors that influence the performance of the revolving fund efficiency are financing schemes (conventional or syariah schemes), loan plafond and business establishment period. The proposed strategies that can be considered in improving LPDB-KUMKM\u27s performance take into account the increasing effectiveness of loan or financing disbursement, which includes loan or financing channels and factors that significantly influence the success of return
Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Budidaya Ikan Konsumsi Air Tawar dan Ikan Hias Air Tawar pada Kelompok Mitra Posikandu Kabupaten Bogor
Fisheries is a prominent sector in Bogor District, in line with its vision to be the most advanced district in Indonesia by becoming the biggest producer of both decorative and consumable fish. Total production of consumable fish has reached 112.781 tons and production of decorative fish has reached 242.520.230 seeds. Kelompok Mitra Posikandu is a group of fish breeder which is located in Minapolitan Area, Bogor District. The group was established in August 2016 with 23 members. The newly established group has several potencies to grow and expand, hence need a research to be carrried out. Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) methods were used in this research to analyze both internal and external factors. Alternative strategies for business expansion were explained with Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) method and further analyzed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)
Pengaruh SKKNI dan Kompetensi SDM terhadap Pengembangan SDM di Unit Profesi SDM dalam Menghadapi Era MEA
Manpower or HR expert or professional desired by the company, then to improve the competence of human resources, the government has formulated the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in various fields one of them in the field of MSDM. SKKNI is nationally applicable as a reference for the provision of professional education and training (training), competency test and professional certification in the field of MSDM. This standard has been endorsed by the minister of labor and transmigration on September 9, 2014. SKKNI contains competencies related to HR management that are relevant to different types of business. Data collection in this research using survey method involving 51 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is done by using SEM method. The results of this study show that SKKNI has no significant effect on human resource competence and HR professional development, human resource competence has significant effect on Company Policy but human resource competence has no significant effect to HR professional development, company policy has significant effect to the development of HR professio
Pengembangan Model Bisnis pada Lokawisata Baturaden Menggunakan Business Model Canvas
The development of tourism sector in this era of globalization requires each business actor in this sector to continue development business including Lokawisata Baturaden which is one of the natural tourist attractions located in Central Java. Therefore, it is necessary to design the right business model so that Lokawisata Baturaden can understand how to run management activities effectively and efficiently. The objective of this study was to design a future business model of Lokawisata Baturaden as a developed tourism recreation. The analytical method utilized in the study was business model canvas (BMC) with SWOT and blue ocean strategy. The results showed that created of new value proposition for future business model design in the form of educational entertainment programs for children and families in Lokawisata Baturaden affected every element of the business model canvas such as the addition in terms of key resources owned, key activities undertaken, cooperation partners, and income streams who signed in. Strategi Pemasaran DOC Ayam Ras Pedaging pada CV Missouri, Bandung Jawa Barat
Broiler farming business is inseparable from several obstacles encountered. The obstacles are the high risk faced by broiler breeding business such as the risk of price fluctuation, both input prices such as DOC, feedmill and medicines as well as selling price of livebird and carcass fluctuation. Another risk faced by broiler farming is the production risk caused by weather, climate, diseases and social risks. The purpose of this research was (1) to describe factors faced by CV Missouri in marketing broiler DOC, (2) to describe the strategy run by CV Missouri in coping with factors in the marketing of broiler DOC, and (3) to determine the alternative form of marketing strategy developed by CV Missouri in marketing broiler DOC. CV Missouri’s strategic position based on IE matrix is in quadrant V. It means that the company has a good growth strategy and stability. Moreover, marketing strategies of DOC in CV Missouri based on SWOT analysis are (a) expanding network marketing optimally; b) creating a better DOC by increasing productivity; and (c) increasing the company\u27s capital to compete with competitors, therefore additional capital is required to make market opportunities wider. Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Ikan Nila Salina (Oreochromis sp.) Sebagai Varietas Baru Budidaya Perikanan
Salina is a high salinity tolerant hybrid tilapia seed of genetic improvement that can grow well in brackish water that has salinity more than 20ppt or even in marine water with salinity up to 32ppt through the utilization of character euryhaline tilapia. Salina has been oficially by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in March 2014 based on the Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22/KEPMEN-KP/2014 on the Release of Salina Tilapia with commercial name Salina (Saline Tolerance Indonesian Tilapia). This study aimed to identify the financial feasibility as well as internal and external Salina culture factors in order to formulate the development strategy of Salina tilapia culture. The method used was quantitative descriptive analysiswhich consists of a matrix Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE),Internal-External (IE), Strength-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats(SWOT), andAnalytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a decision-making methods. The instruments used in the financial analysis were BEP, NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, and PP. Based on financial analysis, Salina culture was feasible. While the result of the calculation of IFE is 2.18 and EFE is 3.10, positioning the Salina cell II. The results of the AHP assessment stated that the strategic priority of the strategy was to conduct promotional and socialization activities to introduce Salina as well as to attract public interest and increase demand
Strategi Peningkatan Daya Saing TV Kabel Lokal (Studi Kasus PT DKM)
PT DKM is a company engaged in the field of Cable TV located in Payakumbuh. By the end of 2016 there are 3,037 subscribers. Based on internal data of PT DKM, network coverage and cable TV subscribers has reached 40% of Payakumbuh\u27s residential area. Position of PT DKM as a market leader in Pay TV industry in Payakumbuh has not shown that PT DKM as a strong company that can win the competition in the long run. Strategic planning of local cable TV PT DKM needs to be analyzed in order to win the competition in Pay TV industry in Payakumbuh. The purpose of this study is (1) analyze the condition of competition PT DKM in pay TV industry in Payakumbuh, (2) to analyze internal and external factors of PT DKM, and (3) to formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented to improve the competitiveness of PT DKM. This research uses Porter\u27s Five Forces analysis method, EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), IE (Internal External) and SWOT (Strength Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) matrix, and ANP (Analytical Network Process) to determine the best alternative strategy for increasing competitiveness of PT DKM. Result of the ANP analysis show that condition of pay TV industry competition in Payakumbuh is at a condusive level. Internal factors that have the highest score of strength are highly competitive subscription prices and the main drawback is the limited number of favorite channels. While the dominant external factors in the form of opportunities is the number of cable TV content providers; and corporate threats of increasing competitors. Based on analysis the most recommended strategy to improve the competitiveness of PT DKM is a strategy to increase cooperation with the best content provider
Faktor Keberhasilan Usaha UMKM Jajanan Asing Kaki Lima di Kota Serang
The competition of food business is currently very strict and diverse product innovations. To achieve the market share and win the business competition needs to know the affecting success factors. This study has two main objectives that include the following to: (1) mapping the characteristics of non traditional street food entrepreneur in Serang City, (2) identify the most affected success factor of non traditional street food business. Sampling method was used by purposive sampling 100 respondents. The analytical method used descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression. This research showed most of successful vendor are woman, because they are very conscientious than mens and tend to avoid risk. Affecting success factors on non traditional street food business were price of the product, business name and start up capital
Analisis Manajemen Risiko Lingkungan, Sosial dan Tata Kelola pada Usaha Budidaya dan Pengolahan Kelapa Sawit (Studi Kasus: PT PP London Sumatra Tbk)
Palm oil (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is one of the main commodities in Indonesia . The production of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) in Indonesia has increased significantly in recent years. The palm oil industry is often accused of causing environmental degradation because some of the cultivation and processing practices are suspected to cause greenhouse gas emissions. The Government has implemented the obligations of certification of Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) in accordance with the Government of Indonesia\u27s commitment to improve the sustainability of the Indonesian palm oil industry. The objectives of this research are (1) To identify and analyze the impact of risk on environment, social and governance (ESG Risk) at each stage of oil palm cultivation and processing. (2) To identify and analyze the level of readiness to fulfill ISPO requirements (3). Determine the recommendations of risk control in the cultivation and processing of oil palm. The method used in this research is descriptive and analytic method which is a case study. Results of analysis at PT. London Sumatra (Lonsum) especially at Arta Kencana Estate, Lahat, South Sumatera which was not ISPO Certified yet, shows that there are 16 ESG risks and the highest is related to the preparation stage of the land area. Risk control recommended is Risk Avoidance. Arta Kencana Estate in general have fulfilled almost all of the requirements for compliance with required principles with an average index of 8.86. Arta Kencana Estate are need to complete and perform administrative improvements and requirements documents to be able to meet the gap. In this study found that the ESG risk on palm oil can be mitigated through the fulfillment of ISPO principles
Kajian Pengembangan Unit Usaha Klinik Hemodialisa Skala Usaha Kecil Menengah Berbasis Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan
Indonesia is one country with the kidney failure is quite high, according to the Indonesian Society of Nephrology (PERNEFRI) in the 5th Report of Indonesian Renal Registry, in 2012 there were 16.040 patients with kidney failure but reportedly only 9161 patients were active in hemodialysis in 2012. The purpose of research is (a) identifying the internal and external factors potential business unit clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS Health, (b) develop appropriate strategies with a SWOT analysis of the business unit clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS and (c) to analyze the satisfaction of patients who use the clinic hemodialysis-based BPJS Health. Data processing and analysis using the analysis: (a) analysis matrix EFE (External Factor Evaluation) and IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), (b) matrix Internal External (IE); (c) a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats); (d) Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). EFE value (2.73) and IFE (2.61) obtained IE matrix that shows the position of growth/stable. SWOT analysis produce six alternative development strategies that can be implemented in the development of the business unit. From the study of IPA to attribute asked to patients, it was found that the performance of the business unit is considered good, where there are nearly half of the attributes that were examined are in the second quadrant. This shows the importance of the assessment of the attributes considered important by patients and in its implementation is considered to be very good. CSI score of 0.920, indicating the level of customer satisfaction index is at 0.81 to 1.00, or interpreted the customer was very satisfied with the business unit of the hemodialysis clinics SME scale
