    Kajian Tingkat Penerapan Manajemen Mutu pada UMKM Pengolah Ikan Pindang Tradisional dan Higienis di Kabupaten Bogor

    Boiled fish is a processing of fishery products that have great potential because of high public demanding. UMKM Cindy Group is a small and medium enterprise in Bogor regency who wished that their product could be competitive, so that the application of quality management is required. The objectives of this research were: (1) to identify the level of quality management implementation at traditional and hygienic boiled fish SMEs as well as; (2) to analyze the relation of the level of quality application to the performance of traditional and hygienic boiled fish SMEs. The method used was descriptive analysis; trend analysis (financial performance: Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE) and non-financial performance (number of training, production volume, number of customers); and discriminant analysis. Sampling technique for filling questionnaire was purposive sampling. The results of the study found that the level of application of quality management system at traditional boiled fish was at the level between Quality Control Operator (OQC) and Foreman Quality Control (FQC), while hygienic cleansing was at the level between Statistic Quality Control (SQC) and Total Quality Management (TQM). The result of discriminant analysis show that the level of SMM implementation has an effect on the company performance of UD Cindy Group that was seen from sig value <0.05.     Analisis Dampak Pariwisata Bahari Terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Sekitar Kawasan Pulau Pari, Kepulauan Seribu

    Mayoritas masyarakat Pulau Pari memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan dan petani rumput laut. Penurunan pendapatan mayoritas masyarakat memerlukan solusi dalam bentuk alternatif mata pencaharian dengan mengoptimalkan potensi Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) di Pulau Pari berupa pariwisata bahari. Pariwisata bahari menjadi alternatif mata pencaharian utama maupun sampingan di Pulau Pari melalui Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Hasil kajian meliputi (1) Faktor-faktor yang diuji berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan masyarakat Pulau Pari adalah pendidikan, jumlah anggota keluarga, tingkat pengeluaran dan jarak serta terdapat perbedaan nyata pendapatan antara rumahtangga MP yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan rumahtangga TMP; (2) Berdasarkan 21 indikator keluarga sejahtera yang dikeluarkan BKKBN, rumahtangga MP cenderung lebih sejahtera dibanding-kan dengan responden TMP, pada kategori KS3 plus rumahtangga MP 75% lebih banyak dibandingkan rumahtangga TMP serta terdapat perbedaan nyata kesejahteraan antara rumahtangga MP dan rumahtangga TMP; (3) Kekuatan utama dalam perumusan alternatif strategi kebijakan pemanfaatan potensi pariwisata bahari melalui UKM dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah tingginya kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjadikan sektor pariwisata bahari sebagai sumber mata pencaharian alternatif, sedangkan kelemahan utama adalah rendahnya tingkat pendidikan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan pariwisata bahari. Dukungan regulasi pemerintah terhadap pengembangan pariwisata bahari menjadi peluang yang paling mungkin diraih oleh Pulau Pari, sedangkan masih tingginya tingkat kerawanan kawasan merupakan ancaman terkuat. Sehingga dihasilkan 13 alternatif strategi kebijakan pemanfaatan potensi pariwisata bahari melalui UKM dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Pulau Pari dimana perbaikan tata ruang penempatan UKM di lokasi unggulan pariwisata adalah alternatif strategi yang paling priorita

    Andesite stone mining activities in Bogor area is now growing, one of the andesite stone processing business is PT Duta Keluarga Imfaco located in Bogor Regency, West Java. The economically valuable andesit stone is expected to be the mainstay of the income of the surrounding community, characterized by the increasing market demand and the growing interest of the community towards andesite stone. The purpose of this study are (1) to identify internal and external factors of PT Imfaco Family Ambassador; (2) Developing appropriate market development strategies; and (3) Develop alternative strategies of andesite stone marketing development. The study used descriptive and analytic methods that are case studies. Determination of respondents with purposive sampling method, with consideration that mastered the problems to be asked. Data analysis with IFE and EFE matrix to identify internal and external factor of company, then mapping with IE matrix, to see company position. Preparation of strategy with SWOT matrix, yield several alternative strategies that can be implemented. The final stage with the QSP matrix, to determine the priority of the most appropriate strategy to be implemented. Based on the results of IFE and EFE matrix analysis, indicates the company is in a stable position in responding to external situations. The result of analysis with IE matrix, company is in quadrant V, that is growth and stability, where strategy that can be done is market penetration and business development. Results of analysis with SWOT matrix obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented and with the QSP matrix obtained the most appropriate strategy to be implemented in order to develop the company\u27s marketing strategy is to expand the marketing network

    SMEs (Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises) are one of business sector that has an important role for improving economy condition in Indonesia. One of the SMEs that has the potential to competition is food SMEs. To create food MSMEs that able to compete with the other food products, they must be able to maintain the quality of various aspects. The many problems faced by food SMEs require a strategy to develop and continue. This research aims to create competitiveness and strategy in food MSMEs. This research was conducted by identifying food MSMEs, analyse the influence of internal factors and external factors with the IE matrix, looking for the formulation of food SMEs strategies using SWOT and QSPM methods. The location of the research was conducted in the city of Bandung, West Java. The results of this research based on the IE matrix show that the Bandung City food UMKM requires a grow and build strategy. Based on the SWOT and QSPM methods, various alternative strategies were obtained. Strategy III is the most suitable strategy for Bandung\u27s food UMKM with a value 6.433. Strategy III is "improving human resource capabilities, utilizing associations and government support to expand product markets". The level of diversity of food MSMEs in Bandung is high, that makes the characteristics of the commodities produced.     PT PCM adalah salah satu perusahaan swasta kelas menengah di kota Depok yang bergerak pada bidang industri manufaktur pembuat mold dan injeksi produk berbahan baku plastik. Perusahan ini berdiri pada tahun 1983 dengan personil sebanyak lima orang dan kini berjumlah kurang lebih 235 orang. Bentuk layanan perusahaan pada pelanggan adalah sebagai pemasok bagi beberapa industri otomotif, elektronik, intstrumen listrik dan komponen produk plastik lainnya. PT PCM sendiri telah mendapat pengakuan dan memperoleh sertifikat ISO 9001:1994 pada tahun 1998 kemudian ditingkatkan ke versi ISO 9001:2000, ISO 9001:2008 dan terakhir ISO 9001:2015, namun sejauh ini masih ada beberapa sasaran mutu perusahan yang sulit dicapai. Berdasarkan pra survei peneliti dan data sekunder di PT PCM diperoleh data bahwa hal ini disebabkan, adanya faktor karakteristik individu dari karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan yang belum mendukung sepenuhnya terhadap implementasi ISO 9001. Tujuan penelitian ini membuktikan karakte-ristik individu karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan melalui komitmen organisasi dapat memberi pengaruh pada efektivitas implementasi ISO 9001 di perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan analisa regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan bantuan software SPSS Ver.22. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan (1) Angket, (2) Interview, (3) Observasi, (4) Dokumentasi, dan (5) Forum Grup Diskusi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa dari persamaan regresi linear berganda dan analisa jalur (path analysis) yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian pengaruh karakteristik individu dan gaya kepemimpinan melalui komitmen organisasi kurang memberi pengaruh nyata terhadap efektivitas implementasi ISO 9001 (Y2) di PT PCM, dimana nilai koefisien jalur untuk efektivitas ISO melalui komitmen organisasi hanya 2,1% dan 2,7%, sedangkan pengaruh terbesar adalah tanpa melalui komitmen organisasi dengan nilai koefisien jalur 31,6% dan 32,1%

    Desa Batu Jaya adalah salah satu desa pesisir di Kecamatan Laonti. Sumber daya ikan yang masih menjanjikan tidak diimbangi dengan hasil produksi perikanan yang besar di desa tersebut. Hal ini diduga akibat beralihnya ketertarikan nelayan Batu Jaya dari perikanan ke sektor tambang. Hal tersebut secara sosial ekonomi memberi dampak kepada perempuan pesisir Desa Batu Jaya dalam menghadapi kerasnya kehidupan ditinggal merantau oleh para suaminya. Tujuan penelitian ini meningkatkan kapasitas perempuan pesisir melalui pembelajaran dan pemberdayaan pengolahan limbah sampah plastik dan olahan makanan berbahan dasar ikan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara terstruktur, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil pengolahan limbah sampah plastik berhasil  dibuat dalam bentuk lima produk lampion dan 10 produk bunga. Program olahan makanan berbahan dasar ikan berhasil dibuat melalui pembuatan bakso ikan, nugget ikan, dan abon ikan.     The research objective is to analyze the business portfolio development strategy at PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN). The study used descriptive method with the analytical tools used, among others, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE). External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Grand Strategy Matrix, and General Electric (GE) Matrix. Based on the analysis of the Grand Strategy Matrix, the results of IFE and EFE indicate that the position of the company is in quadrant I. The strategy recommendations obtained from this quadrant are the growth strategy (Growth Strategy), with the implications of work programs including market development and penetration, product development, horizontal integration, forwards, and backwards. Besides that, the choice of strategy that can be applied is to diversify products centrally. The results of the GE Matrix analysis show that the company\u27s four business units namely property services, prime concrete, clean water management and logistics services are each in a different quadrant. Property Services and Prima Concrete are in selective cells. In this case, the business unit for clean water management and logistics services is in the divestment cell. Based on the recommendations of the Grand Strategy Matrix, each business unit should improve its performance in the next five years through a more selective growth strategy, namely the development of more selective products and markets, improving the quality and quantity of human resources, and prioritizing investments in business units who have fast growth

    The roundness quality of small meatballs, called Bakso Unyil, produced by PT X has been considered non-uniform and in-competitive. Hence, roundness quality improvement has been becoming one of the priorities for increasing consumer acceptance. This research aims to identify the causes of the poor quality of Unyil Meatballs roundness and find a solution. The improvement methods were: identification of the causes of low quality of roundness (Plan), improvement trials based on alternative solution (Do), and implementation of corrective actions (Action). A total of 60 meatballs samples were taken from three batches (for each batch of 20 samples). Ishikawa Diagram, and histogram were conducted and analysed. Implementation of alternative solutions to improve roundness quality that have been carried out as follows: 1). adjusting the amount of dough in mixing step, 2). the installation of temperature measuring equipment in the preheater, 3). Usage standardization of ice, 4). improvement of phosphate and salt mixing techniques, 5). removal of baking powder, and 6). turn of blades in mixing cake. Result showed that those improvements were not only improve the roundness quality of Unyil meatballs but also improve the smoothness and reducing wrinkle conditions on the surface of Unyil meatball

    One of areas which producing sweet potato is Cilembu Village, located in Pamulihan Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency.  The sweet Potato is famous as ubi Cilembu. The objectives of this research were to identify internal and external factors affecting raw material availability and continuity of marketing system of sweet potato Cilembu and to recommend alternative of effective and efficient marketing strategy of sweet potato Cilembu. This research used purposive sampling and also primary and secondary data. Respondents consisted of 30 people from 107 population of sweet potatoes Cilembu in Cilembu village. Analysis was conducted using IFE and EFE matrix, internal-external (IE) matrix, SWOT and QSPM method. From several strategies by using QSPM method, it had chosen one strategy to boost Cilembu sweet potato marketing by KUCP.     The high demand for organic rice on the market indicates that the organic rice business has good potential and opportunities to be developed, so as to encourage organic agriculture to become competitive and sustainable. This is an opportunity for farmers, especially farmers who are under CV. Sirtanio Organic Indonesia is expected to provide high value added to its member farmers, so as to boost the economy of farmers towards prosperity. The purpose of this study are: (1) Assessing the simple feasibility of organic rice farming based on Internal Control System (ICS) organic farming in the company is seen from the financial aspect; (2) Describe and analyze the characteristics of organic rice products in supply chains based on ICS in organic farming; and (3) Formulate supply chain strategies for organic rice based ICS agricultural products. The analytical method used is business feasibility analysis which is then identified internal and external factors which are then accumulated using SWOT and formulated several strategies using QSPM. The conclusion of the research results are: (1) The advantage is quite good (>1), the analysis of the R/C ratio calculation for organic rice farming for farmers and companies, namely farmers (2.25) and CV Sirtanio (1.56); (2) Organic certification is an internal force with the opportunity to offer export market share that is quite open, so that it is obtained a ICS -based supply chain development strategy, namely: (a) Development of collaboration with online-shop (score 5,895); (b) Strengthening ICS-based supply chain functions through the implementation of internal audits conducted by the ICS team (score 5,671); and (c) Maintained the organic farming system based on the agreed ICS according to the rules of SNI 6729: 2016 (score 5,541)
