Perancangan Pengukuran Kinerja di PT Sayuran Siap Saji dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard
PT Sayuran Siap Saji is one of the fresh cut vegetable supplier companies that are developing. In maintaining existence as a result of increasingly fierce business competition, PT X needs to continue to improve its performance. The objectives of the research were to built performance measurement at PT Sayuran Siap Saji using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). BSC is a management tool in measuring performance comprehensively. This research used descriptive techniques through case studies. Determination of resource persons is done by purposive sampling method, namely five experts from the management of PT Sayuran Siap Saji. The data was collected through in-depth interview techniques, structured interviews using questionnaires and literature study. There were four perspectives that became variables in this research, which were financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and growth and learning perspective. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to determined the perspective priority and strategic objectives of Balanced Scorecard. The result showed that in the customer perspective, four strategic objectives were identified and five strategic objectives for each of financial perspectives, internal business process perspectives and learning and growth perspectives were identified. In the customer perspective, enhancement of satisfaction and trust from customers shows the highest contribution, meanwhile in the financial perspective, fulfill the requirements to the supplier shows the highest contribution. In the growth and learning perspective, enhancement of the capabilities and the development of the human resources shows the highest contribution, and in the internal business process perspective, product and production process in accordance with the standards shows the highest contribution to the companies performance. This means that the four strategic objectives of each perspective that have the highest contribution are the basis for determining targets and better strategic initiatives for companies in maintaining and improving their performanc

Catfish is one of the most widely cultivated freshwater fish. Bogor is a district and a city that has considerable potential for Catfish farming. This is because the consumption of Catfish is pretty much absorbed by the DKI Jakarta and Bogor city become penyedianya. In 2016 alone, the level of consumption of Catfish in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) is very high. The needs of Jabodetabek community will Catfish reaches 120 tons per day. As quoted from an article, from the amount of these needs, Bogor can only produce Catfish as much as 30 tons per day. This of course becomes an opportunity and a prospect for Catfish farming. This study aims to identify the condition of internal environment and external environment in Surya Kencana Farm. Formulate alternative marketing strategies for Surya Kencana Farm. Determining priority marketing strategy for Surya Kencana Farm. This study uses SWOT analysis to determine alternative choice of marketing strategy for Surya Kencana Farm. Then proceed with QSPM to determine the best strategy that Surya Kencana Farm can do. The results of the analysis with the SWOT and QSPM matrices, obtained alternative strategies that can be implemented, namely utilizing IT progress, such as websites and the internet to inform Lele Sangkuriang product quality, and informing about organic Sangkuriang Catfish produced by SKF is a priority strategy that can be done by SKF
Strategi Penerapan Standar Nasional Indonesia Biskuit (SNI 2973:2011) bagi Industri Kecil Menengah
BSN on December 22, 2011 has stipulated SNI 2973: 2011 Biscuit through the Decree of the Head of BSN No.242/KEP/BSN/12/2011, scope of products in SNI 2973: 2011 are Biscuits, Krekers, Wafers and Pies, Kukis. Until now the number of industries that apply SNI Biscuits is still low from 595 brands of biscuit products that have been registered in BPOM (BPOM, 2017) only 28 brands of biscuits that have received the certificate of SNI (BSN, 2018). Developing strategies to apply SNI Biscuit for SME is to increase applying SNI, as well as input to related technical institution and related party in conducting coaching related to application SNI products for SME. The results of the assessment of the readiness of the five SME in implementing SNI 2973: 2011 Biscuits respectively as follows: SME A is 97.4%; SME B is 84.5%; SME C of 83.6%; SME D of 62.9%; and SME E of 71.4%. The grouping of the five SME using statistical analysis four SME groups based on their level of readiness in applying Biscuit SNI, namely the first group that is ready to apply the Biscuit SNI (SME A) which is in zone 1; the two groups are quite ready in applying the Biscuit SNI (SME B and C) in zone 2; the three groups of SME that are less prepared in applying the Biscuit SNI (SME E) which are in zone 3; the four groups of SME that are not ready to apply the Biscuit SNI (SME D) which are in zone 4. The recommended strategy for the four groups of IKM using Ishikawa diagram which focuses on the lowest internal and external factors of resources in each SME group

In order to spur the automotive and electronic industries to meet domestic needs and compete in the era of globalization, the development of manufacturing industries is not only based on large-scale industries, but also needs to be developed into Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The obstacles faced today are limited capital, human resources (HR), product development and marketing procedures. PT BesQ Sarana Abadi is a small and medium business (UKM) engaged in the business of making rubber parts. In order to improve competitiveness, PT BesQ Sarana Abadi is researched with the formulation of the right competitiveness strategy. The objectives of the study are: (1) to identify factors that influence the competitive advantage of rubber and automotive parts products; (2) analyzing internal and external factors that affect the competitiveness of rubber and automotive parts industry products using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) methods; (3) develop competitiveness strategies for the automotive and electronic spare parts products industry using Internal-External (IE) methods and Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) and Balance Score Cards (BSC); (4) formulating priority strategies to improve the competitiveness of rubber and automotive parts industry products using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. From the analysis results, there are many weaknesses in the company. In this case a high opportunity value causes the company to operate, because in the IFE matrix the value of strength is greater than the value of weakness. In the EFE matrix, the opportunity value is greater than the threat. With the SWOT and BSC methods identified strategies needed, set the priority of the strategy by using the QSPM method
Manajemen Risiko Penyakit Unggas pada Peternak dan Pedagang Ayam Broiler di Jawa Barat
Livestock products are an important commodity in Indonesia. Broiler chickens are one of the main consumption commodities in the community. The high demand for broiler chickens needs to be accompanied by supervision of product quality. Product quality control is one of them is the management of poultry disease risk. The research objective is to determine the behavior of breeders and traders in mitigating the spread of poultry disease. This study was conducted by mapping the supply chain of live broiler chickens to find out the distribution channel, analyzing the behavior of breeders and traders to determine optimal disease mitigation, and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the causes of death. Research locations were conducted in four regions, namely Ciamis Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency, Subang Regency, and Sukabumi Regency. The results of the study show that the supply chain of broiler chickens is different for each region. The longer the distribution channel, the higher the risk of spreading the disease. breeders and traders generally know poultry diseases and the symptoms of chickens infected with the disease. Knowledge of breeders and traders about bird flu symptoms that are better proven to reduce the risk of death of broiler chickens during handling. More than 64% breeders chose to separate sick chickens form healthy chickens, 22% chose to treat sick chikens, 11%sold all si hicens, and 3% destroyed sick chikens. The majority of traders mitigate the disease only by cleaning vehicles and baskets without disinfectants. The mortality rate of chickens in traders significantly increased along with the increase in the number of purchases and the distance of transportation
Analisis Pengaruh Keamanan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Penanggulangan Bencana Kabupaten Majene
This research was conducted to improve ability quality security, occupational health and safety against the performance of an employe at the Office (OPD) disaster relief District of West Sulawesi Province of Majene. The purpose of this research was aimed to: analyse the influence of job security against the performance of an employe at the Office (OPD) Counter measure Bencana Regency of West Sulawesi Province of Majene, analyzing the influence of Safety against the performance of employees on Office (OPD) Counter measure Bencana Regency of West Sulawesi Province of Majene and outlines the influence of Safety against the performance of an employee at the Office (OPD) disaster relief District of West Sulawesi Province of Majene, as well as analyze that most independent variables which are the dominant influence on the dependent variables. The data used are the primary and secondary data. The population of the research was the entire corporate staff in Office Penanggulangan (OPD) Disaster Countries Majene West Sulawesi Province. The research is as many as 30 employees with sampling techniques. Data collection was done through kusioner, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS program 24.00. The results showed in simultaan (together) shows the difference job security of 30.0%, occupational health of 43% compared with 88.5% Safety or on top of 0.05 is proving the influential third on performance Clerk at the Office of District disaster management (OPD) Majene West Sulawesi province. Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Kapal Wisata Berbasis Model Bisnis Kanvas di Pulau Pahawang Lampung
Industri pariwisata di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Potensi wisata bahari, diantaranya wisata kapal, wisata alam dan ekowisata, wisata pantai dan snorkling, serta wisata bawah laut telah menjadikan wisata bahari menjadi salah satu pilihan utama para wisatawan saat ini. Kapal Wisata sebagai bagian dari wisata bahari adalah salah satu alternatif pilihan berwisata di Indonesia. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah Komunitas Open Trip yang tujuannya menikmati wisata kapal khususnya di Pulau Pahawang Lampung melalui Travel organizer sebagai penghubung dengan usahawan kapal wisata lokal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu model bisnis yang tepat untuk mempercepat pengembangan bisnis usaha kapal wisata ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah memetakan kondisi usaha kapal wisata dengan model bisnis kanvas, kemudian melakukan analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE), Internal-External (IE), matriks Strengths, Weakneses, Opportunities & Threats (SWOT) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk perbaikan model bisnisnya di masa mendatang. Hasil perhitungan IFE 2.053 dan hasil perhitungan EFE 3.025, maka dipetakan pada matriks IE pengembangan usaha posisi nilai tersebut berada pada sel II, yang berarti tumbuh dan kembangkan. Manokwari District is the base of raising beef cattle, and the production of seeds, feed, livestockproduction facilities.This activity production facilities strongly supports the achievement of good beef cattle productivity.The objectives of the research were (1) to identify factors influencing the development of beef cattle business, (2) to establish the scale of beef cattle and appropriate marketing and (3) to develop alternative strategy of beef cattle business development for improvement income of farmers of Manokwari District.Processing and data analysis used: (1) External Factor Evaluation (EFE) andInternal Factor Evaluation (IFE), (2) external internal (IE) matrix; (3) Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT); and (4) Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. Determination of priority strategies with QSPM, based on the results of alternative strategies resulting from the SWOT matrix. Strategi Pengembangan Usaha dan Pemasaran Benih Ikan Patin Siam (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) Dengan Sistem Jejaring pada Cabang Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Wilayah Utara Provinsi Jawa Barat
The production of Siam-catfish (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) seeds in Subang, West Java can not meet the market demand yet. The production of Siam-catfish seeds need to be improved especially by the main supplier namely the North Branch of Marine and fisheries service of West Java province (CDKPWU) with a partnership pattern between core and plasma. The purposes of this study were to identify internal and external factors that influence the marketing of Siam-catfish seeds with a network system between CDKPWU and partners, to identify advantages and disadvantages in the network process that occurs between CDKPWU and the partners, and trying to develop the most effective business and marketing srategy of Siam-catfish seeds in order to reach maximum output and outcome. The methods used in this study were as follows: (1) Valuable, Rare, Imitate to Cost and Organized Analysis (VRIO), (2) Political-Legal, Economic, Social, Technology Analysis (PEST), (3) Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix (IFE), (4) External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE), (5) Internal External (IE) Matrix, (6) Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) and (7) Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) Analysis. The result of IFE and EFE matrix indicated that the company\u27s position was stable in response to external situation. The total score of IFE matrix was 3.38, indicating that the strength of CDKPWU can overcome weaknesses very well. The total score of EFE matrix was 2.59, describing that CDKPWU was good enough in responding to opportunities and minimizing threats. The results of the SWOT analysis show nine alternative strategy formulations in which three alternative formulation priorities were (1) Expanding the production partnership network to increase production and increase community income, (2) Maintaining good seed quality and production process technology, (3) Utilizing partnerships to establish good relationship and communication with relevant agencies. Strategi Peningkatan Mutu dan Keamanan Pangan Olahan Pertanian Melalui Penerapan Good Manufacturing Practices pada UMKM Berdaya Saing di Kota Bandung
Salah satu faktor yang menentukan daya saing suatu produk pangan dalam perdagangan bebas adalah adanya jaminan mutu dan keamanan pangan (food safety). Upaya minimal yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap pelaku usaha termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) pangan olahan pertanian untuk terciptanya jaminan mutu dan keamanan pangan adalah dengan menerapkan Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik atau Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi penerapan GMP, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penerapan GMP dengan analisis korelasi bivariat, dan menyusun rekomendasi strategi peningkatan mutu dan keamanan pangan dengan analisis Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities dan Threats (SWOT) dan Analytic Herarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian melibatkan 30 UMKM di Kota Bandung yang ditetapkan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan produk olahan aneka keripik (pisang, singkong, tempe, dan sayur), bawang goreng, sale pisang, nugget jamur, abon, rendang, dendeng, cokelat, dan serundeng kelapa. Hasil observasi penerapan GMP menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Kota Bandung telah mulai melakukan upaya penerapan GMP, namun masih memerlukan berbagai usaha perbaikan dalam penerapannya untuk meningkatkan mutu dan keamanan pangan. Mayoritas temuan ketidaksesuaian adalah pada bangunan; fasilitas dan program pemeliharaan sanitasi; pengawasan proses; karyawan; dokumentasi dan pencatatan; pelatihan; serta penarikan produk. Alternatif strategi yang dipilih berdasarkan SWOT dan AHP adalah investasi teknologi dan penerapan standar, public awareness (promosi, edukasi, apresiasi), dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM
