PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI, MOTIVASI, DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA PADA GURU SMP NEGERI
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the Junior High School teacher Enggal District and Eastern District of Tanjung Karang Bandar Lampung are limited to the certification of the independent variables, motivation, and supervision. The method used is the Ex Post Facto and survey with descriptive research design verification. The sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling method and calculated using the Slovin’s formula. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis unit and multiple. The object of this research is the teachers who have been certified within a population amount of 109 teachers and 84 samples of the population. Based on the analysis of data obtained stasistik calculated using the formula: (1). There’s the influence on performance of teacher certification. (2). There’s the influence of motivation on teacher performance. (3). There’s the influence on performance of teacher supervision. (4). There’s a certification influence, motivation, and supervision of teacher performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada guru SMP Negeri Kecamatan Enggal dan Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Timur Bandar Lampung yang dibatasi pada variabel bebas sertifikasi, motivasi, dan pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling adalah probability sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan unit analisis regresi linier sederhana dan multiple. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi dengan populasi sebesar 109 guru dan sampel 84 guru. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung menggunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru. (2). Ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru. (3). Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja guru. (4). Ada pengaruh sertifikasi, motivasi, dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja guru.kata kunci: kinerja, motivasi, pengawasan, sertifikas

PERBANDINGAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS TERPADU ANTARA MODEL MIND MAPPING DAN GROUP INVESTIGATION
Get PDFThis study aims to determine effectiveness of learning model and difference in learning outcomes IPS Terpadu given mind mapping models of learning and group investigation (GI) taking into account students' attitudes towards IPS Terpadu. Method used was experimental. Sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data capture techniques of observation, documentation, test, questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using formula Anava and t-test. The results showed: (1) there are differences mean that learning outcomes of student learning using mind mapping learning compared to students using GI, (2) average value of learning outcomes of students who have positive attitude that learning to use mind mapping is higher than GI, (3 ) mean of student learning outcomes that have negative attitude towards IPS Terpadu subjects are learning to use mind mapping higher than GI, (4) there is no interaction between average achievement of students learning model with attitude.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran dan perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu yang diberi model pembelajaran mind mapping dan group investigation(GI) dengan memperhitungkan sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling.Teknik pengambilan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, tes, angket.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus Anava dan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada perbedaan rerata hasil belajar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan mind mapping dibandingkan siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan GI; (2) rerata nilai hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki sikap positif yang pembelajarannya menggunakan mind mapping lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan GI; (3) rerata hasil belajar siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu yang pembelajarannya menggunakan mind mapping lebih tinggi dibandingkan GI; (4) tidak ada interaksi rerata hasil belajarantara model pembelajaran dengan sikap siswa. PENGARUH PERSEPSI SISWA TENTANG KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM MENGELOLA KELAS DAN PEMANFAATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI
Get PDFEducation in Indonesia nowadays is faced with the problem of lowlearning outcomes or achievements of learners. It is not independent of the various factors that affect the learning process in the classroom, such as the student’s perceptions of teacher’s skills in classroom management and the utilization ofinstructional media. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management and the utilization of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of grade XI Social,SMA N 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013, amounting to 101 students with a sample size of 81 students. Method used in this research is descriptive verification with Ex Post Facto and Survey approach. Data obtained through documentation, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Hypotheses one and hypotheses two were using simple linearregression, to test the third hypotheses, using multiple linear regression. Based on data analysis results, showing that. 1) There is the influence of student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management towards economic learning outcomes of XI Social, SMA N 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 as evidenced from the results of the t test calculations show that tcount>ttable or 7094> 1.99. 2) There is the influence of the use of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of XI Social, SMA Negeri 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 asevidenced from the results of the t test calculations show that tcount>ttable or 4239> 1.9. 3) There is the influence of student’s perceptions about teacher’s skills in classroom management and utilization of instructional media towards economic learning outcomes of class XI Social, SMA Negeri 1 Purbolinggo District East Lampung academic year 2012/2013 as evidenced from the results of the test calculations show that Fcount> F table or 40,310> 3.11.Key words: teacher’s skills in classroom management, the utilization of instructional media

The study design used treatment by level,cluster random sampling. collect data used observation, interview, questionnaire , study post test. The test hypothesis uses Anava and T-test varian two ways. Based the results research: (1) there differences average studied economics among students using Problem Solving learning and Problem Posing model (2) average results studied economics students study using learning Problem Solving model higher than study using learning model Posing Problems students have positive attitude towards subject. (3) average results studied economics students study using learning Problem Solving model lower than study using learning Problem Posing students have negative attitude towards the subject . (4) there is no interaction between learning model and attitude students towards economic subjects. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar Ekonomi yang menggunakan model pembelajaran problem solving dengan pembelajaran problem posing. metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif . Desain penelitian treatment by level Teknik sampling cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, angket tes hasil belajar. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus analisis varians dua jalan dan t-test dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh: (1) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar antara siswa yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Solving dan model pembelajaran Problem Posing. (2) rata-rata hasil belajar yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Solving lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Posing bagi siswa yang memiliki sikap positif terhadap mata pelajaran (3) rata-rata hasil belajar pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Solving lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang pembelajaranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Posing bagi siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap mata pelajaran.(4) tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan sikap siswa terhadap mata pelajaran. This is evidenced by the results of tests using a model of learning that students gain higher draft obtained at 74.25, while the ability of students who did not use the model of learning with the acquisition of the concept of lower ability students gained 67.2 was followed by two test mean differences obtained ttab = 1.67 at significant level of 5% and 1% significance level obtained ttab = 2.39. PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING DAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DI SMP
Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether there are differences in the use of models of mind mapping and problem based learning on learning outcomes of students and economy to determine differences in the effectiveness of the model of mind mapping and problem based learning on economic subjects of class VII. The method used is the method of comparative research with experimental approaches. Means of collecting data in the form of achievement test of 50 multiple-choice items given to students at the beginning and at the end of the study. The first hypothesis testing using ANOVA test obtained Sig. 0.003<0.05 indicate a difference in the use of models of mind mapping and problem based learning on learning outcomes of students' economy. The second hypothesis of the effectiveness of the results obtained using the formula model of mind mapping and problem based learning is 0.78 meaning that the model of problem-based learning is more effective than the model of learning mind mapping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan penggunaan model mind mapping dan problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas model mind mapping dan problem based learning pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas VII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Alat pengumpul data berupa tes prestasi belajar berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 50 item diberikan kepada siswa di awal dan di akhir penelitian. Pengujian hipotesis pertama menggunakan uji Anava diperoleh Sig. 0,003<0,05 menunjukkan adanya perbedaan penggunaan model mind mapping dan problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa. Hipotesis kedua menggunakan rumus diperoleh hasil keefektifan model mind mapping dan problem based learning adalah 0,78 artinya model problem based learning lebih efektif dibandingkan model pembelajaran mind mapping. PERBEDAAN SIKAP SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS TERPADU DENGAN MODEL KONTEKSTUAL DAN INKUIRI
Get PDFThe background of this research was the lack of assessment of the affective domain of learning subjects IPS Terpadu, particularly the attitude of the students towards the social environment in SMP N 2 Marga Tiga East Lampung. The objectives of this research are; student attitudes to environmental differences between students who are taught using a contextual model with inquiry model with attention to the learning interest of students. This research use experiment method. Samples were taken using Cluster Random Sampling. Data were analysed using Two-Way Variant Analysis test and T-test. This results; (1) there is a difference in the attitude of students towards the social environment in the IPS Terpadu learning between students who are taught using contextual model and inquiry model; (2) student attitudes towards the social environment in learning the lesson that IPS Terpadu using contextual model better than inquiry models on higher learning interest in students. Whereas, in the interest of student learning, students are taught to use contextual model lower than inquiry model; (3) there is an interaction between the learning models with an interest in student learning.Kata Kunci: inkuiri, kontekstual, minat, sikap sisw
