    Pengaruh Retail Mix terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya

    The purpose of this research was to know the effect on the retail mix which included location, merchandise, price, promotion, service and athmosphere on customer stratification in Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. The methodused in this research was descriptive verification, ex post facto approach and survey method. The reaserch subjects were the consumer of Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. The hypotheses analyzes by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of retail mix covering the location, merchandise, price, promotion, service, and store athmosphere on customer stratification.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retail mix yang meliputi lokasi, barang dagang, harga, promosi, pelayanan dan suasana tokonterhadap kepuasan konsumen di Swalayan Putra Baru Bandar Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode diskritif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex facto dan metode survey. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh retail mix yang meliputi lokasi, barang dagang, harga, promosi, pelayanan dan suasana toko terhadap kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: retail mix, kepuaan konsumen, swalayan putra bar

    Perbandingan Aktivitas Belajar Model Course Review Horay dan Scramble Memperhatikan Minat Belajar

    The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning activity, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Course Review Horay and Scramble type by considering the interest of learning. The method was quasi- experimental method with a comparative approach. The study design used treatment by level design. This research held at SMP Negeri 2 Belitang. Population in this study was 8 classes by the number of 237 students and sample used 2 grade to the number of 57 students who is determined through clusters random sampling. Data collection technique used observation and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and independent-sampel t-test. Based on the data analysis, it is found that there are different learning activities and interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Course Review Horay and Scramble type by considering the Interest of learning.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay dan Scramble dengan memperhatikan minat belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan treatment by level. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Belitang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 kelas dengan jumlah 237 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan 2 kelas dengan jumlah 57 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus analisis varian dua jalan dan t-test dua sampel independen.     Efektifitas Model TPS dan PBL Untuk Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Memperhatikan Bentuk Penugasan

    The purpose of this research was to know the effectiveness of cooperative learning; Think Pair Share (TPS) type and Problem Based Learning (PBL) type for students' critical thinking ability by considering independent task and group task . The method that was used in this research was quasi experiment with comparative approach. The study design used factorial design. This research held at SMA Negeri 1 Gedong Tataan. The population were 7 classes with 231 student and the samples used by 2 classes with 66 student was determined through rand cluster sampling. Data collection technique used test. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance and t-test two independent samples. Based on analysis of thr data, it obtained the result that there difference in critical thinking ability and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share type and Problem Based Learning type by considering independent task and group task.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran tipe TPS (Think Pair Share) dan model pembelajaran tipe PBL (Problem Based Learning) pada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan memperhatikan bentuk penugasan yaitu mandiri dan kelompok. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian adalah factorial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Gedong Tataan. Populasi sebanyak 7 kelas dengan jumlah 231 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah 66 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t-test dua sampel Independent dan uji analisis varian dua jalan.     Sikap Berwirausahan Model Scaffolding dan Problem Based Learning Memperhatikan Kecerdasan Adversitas

    The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of attitude of entrepreneurship, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Scaffolding and Problem Based Learning type by considering the adversity quotient. The method used in this research was quasi experiment.The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment with comparative approach. The study design used trheatment by level design. The population in this study were 9 classes with 273 student and the samples used by 2 classes with 72 students was determined through random cluster sampling. Data collection technique used test. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance and t-test of two independent sampels.     Pengaruh Motivasi, Status Sosial Ekonomi dan Prestasi Belajar Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Studi

    The purposes of this research were to know the effect on the students motivation and the parents social economic status to the interest to continuing study to state university by considering the achievement of students in class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan. The method used in this research was descriptive research method approach verification ex post pasto. The data collection was done by structuring interviews and spreading questionnaires to 57 students consisting of 3 classes. Data were collected through questionnaires processed with SPSS. Based on the result that there is influence between learning motivation and socioeconomic status of parent to interest to continue study to state university by considering student achievement in class XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan in the academic year 2016/2017.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan status soosial ekonomi orangtua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi dengan mempertimbangkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstuktur dan menyebar angket kepada 57 siswa yang terdiri dari 3 kelas. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan status social ekonomi orangtua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi negeri dengan mempertimbangkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 1 Gunung Labuhan Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: minat, motivasi, status, prestas

    Pengaruh Dimensi Kualitas Jasa Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Indomart Labuhan Dalam Bandar Lampung

    The purpose of this research is for knowing service quality effect about customer satisfaction. Detailed examination method which used for in this case is descriptive verification method by approaching ex post facto and survey. Population in the research is for the people who ever bought Indomaret's stuff in Labuhan Dalam Bandar Lampung and 90 respondents are found by accidental sampling engineering. Accumulation of data is done by using questionnaire. Data collection is processed by analyze technical multiple of linier regression The data analysis result shows that there are positive side and significant merit service (physical evidence, reliability, comprehension, guarantee and empathy) to customer satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang-orang yang pernah membeli barang di Indomart Labuhan Dalam Bandar Lampung dan sampel 90 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan teknik analisis regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kualitas pelayanan jasa (bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.     Perbandingan Hasil Belajar Menggunakan Model AIR dan TTA dengan Memperhatikan Kecerdasan Adversitas

    This study was conducted to determine the difference of students' economic learning outcomes by using AIR and TTA learning model, and to know the role of adversityintelligence of students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Surabaya. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a communicative approach. The research design used is factorial design. The population in this study were 4 classes with 125 students and the samples used were 2 classes with the number of 60 students determined through cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and tests. Hypothesis testing used two way street variance analysis and two independent sample t-test. Based on the data analysis, it is found that there are differences in economic learning outcomes and interaction using cooperative learning model type Auditory Intelectually Repitition (AIR) and Time Token Arrends (TTA) with attention to adversity quetiont.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran AIR dan TTA, serta untuk mengetahui peran kecerdasan adversitas yang dimiliki siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komunikatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain factorial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 kelas dengan jumlah 125 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah 60 siswa yang ditentukan melalui cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan tes. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-tes dua sampel independen. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar ekonomi dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Auditory Intelectually Repitition (AIR) dan Time Token Arrends (TTA) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan adversitas.Kata Kunci : AIR, hasil belajar, kecerdasan adversitas, TT

    The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between the motivation to study and learning activity with the study results of accounting in state vocational schools 4 lampung. This research is using associative research with survey approach accounting of and questionraire. Population of the research is a class x accounting students and analyzed using spss program of state vocational schools 4 bandar lampung and the sample is 124 respondents determined by technique sample full of. The data collection was done using questionnaire. The data were collected through questionraire. The results of the analysis the data shows that there is a correlation between the motivation to study and learning activity to study results of class x state vocational schools 4 lampung.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan aktivitas belajar dengan hasil belajar akuntansi di SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan survey dan angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu keseluruhan siswa kelas X akuntansi SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung dan sampel 124 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampel penuh.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS.     This research was conducted to find out the comparison of the quality of the itemcreated by teachers of Accounting Class between the Accreditation A andAccreditation B Private Vocational School quantitatively. This research methodwas expost facto. The population of this research was the item of final-term test inPrivate SMK in Tangerang City with sample used are 240 items from 6 schoolswith cluster area sampling technique. Technique of collecting data of this research is through documentation. Hypothesis testing used two independent sample t-tests. Based on the analysis of the data, it obtained the results (1) The quality of question reviewed from the level of difficulty, differentiation, validity, and reliability problems made by teachers of Accounting subject in School Accreditation A is not better than school with Accreditation B (2) The quality of questions reviewed from the effectiveness of the distractor created by the teachers of Accounting subject at schools with Accreditation A is better than school with accreditation B.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas soal buatan guru Akuntansi antara SMK Terakreditasi A dan Terakreditasi B secara kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini yaitu expost facto. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu soal ujian akhir semester pada SMK Swasta di Tangerang dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 240 soal dari 6 sekolah dengan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster area sampling.
