EXPLORATION OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION SYSTEM AT SMK NEGERI 1 REJANGLEBONG TO FORM A QUR\u27ANI GENERATION
Education is not just an activity of transferring knowledge from educators to students. Equipping children with the values contained in Al Qur’an is very important given at an early age. The process of fostering student character to realize the Qur\u27anic generation has been implemented at SMK Negeri 1 Rejang Lebong. Therefore, the researchers were interested in exploring the efforts of teachers to manage Islamic learning at school as an effort to develop an Islamic Religious Education curriculum that aims to form a Qur\u27anic generation. The research method used was the descriptive qualitative method. Participants in this study were selected using a purposive sampling technique.One PAI teacher and the class he taught at SMKN 1 Rejang Lebong became the participants of the research. The data were collected using observations and interviews. The collected data wereanalysed in the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of Islamic religious education curriculum in shaping the Qur\u27anic generation is very important to implement because the current generation is the next generation of the future
ACADEMIC SUPERVISION OF THE HEAD OF THE MADRASAH IN INCREASING THE PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCE OF MTS TEACHERS AL-KHOIRIYAH BANYUASIN
The teacher\u27s pedagogic competence can develop well, and it is necessary to have supervision designed and implemented by the head of the madrasa. From the implementation of academic supervision, some factors can later support these activities and inhibiting factors. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. The aim is to examine and analyze how the supervision of the madrasah principal in the development of teacher pedagogic competence. The approach used in this research is a case study approach, with data collected by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study concluded that academic supervision was carried out through three stages, namely the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. The development of pedagogic competence for all ten teachers at MTs al-Khoiriyah Banyuasin is carried out by supervising the learning process in the classroom, helping to solve problems faced by teachers, improving infrastructure, and creating good communication and providing motivation. Supervision of madrasah principals is related to the pedagogic competence of teachers because supervision will form the ability of capable and professional teachers to implement learning
SAID NURSI ISLAMIC EDUCATION APPROACH
The approach to Islamic education implemented by Said Nursi is still relevant to be applied in the current condition of Islamic education. This paper explores the works of Said Nursi, especially those summarized in Risalah E Nur. This research focuses on the scope of Islamic education approaches, with the main problem being how Said Nursi applies the approaches of Islamic education in educational institutions, community forums, and Risale-i Nur. This study uses qualitative data in the form of literature and verbal information. It uses analytical descriptive analysis techniques, which analyze and conclude from confirmed opinions, and content analysis, which analyzes the meaning of assumptions, ideas, or statements to gain understanding and conclusion after being identified that the approaches in the application of the educational process carried out by Said Nursi, among others: psychological approach, sociocultural approach, religious approach, historical approach, comparative approach, philosophical approach. The psychological, sociocultural, religious, historical, comparative, and philosophical approaches remain \u27oriented towards \u27seeking the truth\u27 and \u27appreciating differences,\u27 not \u27seeking victory\u27 and \u27hating differences and claiming the proper self. This method and approach will widen the horizons between teachers, students, teacher-students, and teacher participants in education-community; as a lively educational interaction. Education now really needs such a healthy (climate) situation

This research begins with the problem of the historical background, challenges, and strategies for increasing reform efforts in contemporary Islamic education, with the aim of research to extrapolate the historical background, challenges, and strategies for increasing reform efforts in contemporary Islamic education. Furthermore, this research is a library research by examining various literatures related to "Contemporary Islamic Education: Historical Background, Challenges, and Strategies for Improving Reform Efforts", prioritising literature written by classical and contemporary Islamic education experts. While the methods that will be used in this research are descriptive and analytical. These two methods are not presented separately, but are actualised in an integrated manner. The descriptive method is used, because the description will provide a general illustration of the problem to be examined, then from the data it will be held a comprehensive interpretation. While the analysis method is used to look critically at various problems behind the problem in question. As for the data processing procedure, Content Analysis is used. Looking at the explanation above, the research findings are the historical background of contemporary Islamic education, especially in our country Indonesia, at the beginning, it was still carried out traditionally and the curriculum was not yet compiled as it is today. DEVELOPMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE SCHOOL PRINCIPLE TO IMPROVE THE DISCIPLINE OF INTEGRATED ISLAMIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS, LENEK DISTRICT, LOMBOK TIMUR REGENCY
This study aims to describe principals\u27 coaching and supervision to improve SDIT Aikmel teachers\u27 discipline. The research method is qualitative data collection by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is data condensation, data display, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data is done by credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability test. The results of this study indicate that the coaching carried out by the principal shows very significant results. This is because the principal has succeeded in creating harmonious relationships in interpersonal relationships, analyzing the needs of teachers, developing strategies used, and assessing and revising activity programs. THE INFLUENCE OF INTEREST AND MOTIVATION ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN FIQH SUBJECTS AT MAN 2 PALEMBANG
This study aims to analyze the effect of interest in learning and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects after the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang. This study used quantitative research methods, with a population of 37 respondents, and made a research sample using convenience sampling techniques, the data collection techniques used were questionnaires and tests, then analyzed by simple linear regression and multiple linear regression hypothesis tests. Based on the results of simple linear regression hypothesis analysis, student interest in learning obtained a value of R = 0.257. While the contribution contributed by student interest in learning (X1 ), to student learning outcomes (Y) = 0.066 = 6.6%, Furthermore, student learning motivation obtained a value of R = 0.149. While the contribution contributed by student learning motivation (X2 ), to student learning outcomes (Y) amounted to = 0.022 = 2.2%, this shows that student interest in learning and student learning motivation there is a positive and significant influence. The meaning of positive and significant is that between the variables of student interest in learning (X1) and student learning outcomes (Y) are unidirectional, the meaning of unidirectional here is that the more student interest in learning (X1) increases, the more student learning outcomes (Y) increase, on student learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects after the Covid-19 pandemic in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang. Then the results of the multiple linear regression hypothesis analysis obtained a value of R = 0.0.318. Contributions made by Both of these variables on the variable (Y) amounted to = 10.1%, it can be concluded that, there is a positive and significant influence together (simultaneously) between student learning interest (X1) and student learning motivation (X2 ) on student learning outcomes (Y) in Fiqh subjects in class XI MIPA 1 MAN 2 Palembang
THE EFFECT OF REACT TYPE LEARNING MODEL ON STUDENTS\u27 LEARNING OUTCOMES IN WAJO SOUTH SULAWESI
His study aims to determine the learning outcomes of grade X science students at SMA Negeri 9 Wajo who were taught using the REACT learning model in physics. Knowing the learning outcomes of grade X science students at SMA Negeri 9 Wajo who were not taught to use the REACT learning model in physics learning. And it was knowing the effect of the application of the REACT type learning model on the learning outcomes of class X science students at SMA Negeri 9 Wajo. The research design used was The Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class X IPA SMA Negeri 9 Wajo for the academic year 2019/2020, totaling 88 people spread over three classes. The research sample came from classes X IPA 2 and X IPA 3, each of which amounted to 33 people. Sampling was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a learning outcome test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. The results of the descriptive research show that (1) the average value of the learning outcomes of class X IPA 1 students who were taught using REACT type learning was 89.85. (2) the average value of student learning outcomes that were not taught with REACT type learning was 77.87. (3) There was a significant effect on student learning outcomes. It can be seen in the output value obtained with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.532, which means that there was an influence of the independent variable (Application of the REACT Type Learning Model) on the dependent variable (Participant Learning Outcomes) by 53.2%. Therefore, the application of the REACT learning model has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. The implication of this research was learning using the REACT learning model (Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transfering) was able to encourage students to be active in the learning process and will affect student learning outcomes
DYNAMICS OF ISLAMIC LEARNING DURING PANDEMIC TIMES AT SRIWIJAYA UNIVERSITY
The focus of this research is to analyze how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education learning in the Technical Implementation Unit, Personality Development Course Sriwijaya University during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because this pandemic condition requires educators to find the right formulation in learning process of Islamic religious education. The learning process used at this time is the online method, which has both positive and negative impacts. In the actualization of its implementation there are obstacles from both students and educators. The purpose of this study was to find out how the stages of implementing Islamic Religious Education learning consisting of Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling/Evaluating, as well as to find out the obstacles of its implementation. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Where the data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the learning activity was in accordance with the application of Islamic Religious Education learning management principles during the Covid-19 period. Nevertheless, the facilities needed in the online learning process still need improvement, such as the use of content in E-Learning and the use of B3. The problems encountered were sometimes caused by a lack of internet signal. The level of technological readiness from this research is expected to be able to answer the challenges of lecturers at Sriwijaya University in particular and in general in the world of other education
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MOBILIZING TEACHER PROGRAM IN IMPROVING THE MORALE OF COLLEAGUES AT SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL 3 PRABUMULIH
This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Mover Teacher Program in Improving the Morale of Peers at SMAN Negeri 3 Prabumuli. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In collecting data, researchers used several collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of this study, the Mover Teacher Program aims to equip teachers with learning and pedagogical leadership skills so that they can advance the learning community inside and outside the education unit, and have the potential to become educational leaders who can create comfort and well-being for students in their respective education units. THE UTILIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY BASED ON ZOOM MEETING AND GOOGLE CLASSROOM IN THE PANDEMIC ERA: Study at SMPN SATAP Lontar Serang Regency Banten Province
This research aims at how Zoom Meeting and Google Classroom media are used as technology media that could be a learning solution in this Covid-19 era. The method used in this study was based on qualitative research based on case studies, where the authors analyzed the collected data to be used as primary data sources in further research. The problem faced by institutions during the pandemic was that there were still most students who did not have adequate communication tools and internet network access. The ineffectiveness of using Zoom Meeting and Google Classroom learning media at the One Roof Middle School in Lontar was caused by the economic level of the parents of students, most of whom rely financially on seafood, so that most of the students found it difficult to provide supporting infrastructure for online learning. In addition, there were still many students who were clueless in the field of information technology (IT), making it difficult for them to operate the two online learning platforms
