    THE TRANSFORMATION OF MULTIMEDIA-BASED CHARACTER EDUCATION LEARNING IN THE ERA OF SOCIETY 5.0: A Case Study Of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ar Rahman Palembang

    The purpose of this study was to determine the Learning Transformation of Multimedia-Based Character Education in the Era of Society 5.0 and what the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of Character Education Learning Transformation in the Era of Society 5.0 at Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School Palembang, This research includes using qualitative research methods. Data was obtained using interviews and observations. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and leveraging. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of multimedia-based character education learning transformation in the era of Society 5.0 takes place through the stages of habituation of students to behave well in the teaching and learning process using multimedia, practicing teacher advice, modeling good behavior exemplified by the teacher, and obeying the rules of the teacher in learning using multimedia. Supporting factors for implementing multimedia-based character education learning transformation in the era of Society 5.0 are school support, teacher support, students\u27 willingness to learn using multimedia, and the existence of multimedia technology that students are familiar with. The inhibiting factors are the existence of bad people who deliberately damage the morals of the younger generation through bad applications, a less supportive environment, and the development of technology and communication that is growing rapidly

    THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEARNING READINESS AND ACADEMIC BURNOUT IN FULL-DAY SCHOOL STUDENTS AT MAN 2 MODEL PADANGSIDEMPUAN

    The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning readiness and student academic burnout at MAN 2 Padangsidempuan Model. This research uses descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population was 248 students and the research sample was 151 consisting of 56 male students and 95 female students. The sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling method and using the Isaac and Michael formula with an error tolerance limit of 5% (0.05). Data collection instruments used observation, learning readiness scale and academic burnout scale. The data in this study were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques with statistical calculations in the form of frequencies and percentages and correlation analysis techniques using Pearson\u27s Product Moment Correlation formula processed with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) computer program relase 25.0 for windows. Based on the results of data processing, there is a significant negative relationship between learning readiness and academic burnout in class XI IPA students at MAN 2 Padangsidempuan Model with a correlation coefficient of -0.725 which indicates that there is a relationship between learning readiness and student academic burnout. The negative correlation coefficient number (-) indicates a relationship with a negative direction, namely the higher the readiness to learn, the lower the students\u27 academic burnout, and vice versa, the lower the readiness to learn, the higher the students\u27 academic burnout

    STUDENTS LEARNING CULTURE IN HIGHER EDUCATION AFTER THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

    This study aims to analyze the description of student learning culture in higher education after the Covid-19 pandemic so that it can develop better learning productivity. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research using a case study method conducted at Ma\u27some University with a total research population of 150 students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The results showed that students in higher education classified the learning culture implemented through social interactions and the value system in the substance of learning culture as high after the Covid-19 pandemic with a score of 3.32 and 3.34 for each dimension. Students in higher education can adapt to post-Covid-19 pandemic learning. However, universities still need to improve and maintain the stability of student learning culture by being conducive to social interactions and values and systems in the substance of learning culture

    IMPLEMENTATION OF GUIDANCE FOR PRIVATE ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS UNIVERSITIES

    PTKIS is an Islamic Higher Education Institution that is fostered and developed by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to analyse the implementation in the development of Private Islamic Religious Universities (PTKIS) through the supervision control program, and coaching Kopertais region VII in Palembang.The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case study research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of PTKIS coaching through the Wasdalbin programme in Palembang went well.  Kopertais conducts visits, coaching, and conducts evaluations within one year. The regulations given by Kopertais are followed by PTKIS as they should be. Through the supervision programme, Kopertais conducts direct and indirect supervision, as evidenced by the existence of a budget for certified lecturers, monitoring the tridharma of higher education activities that must be carried out by all lecturers in each semester, providing guidance through meetings either online (zoom meeting) or offline, making visits to PTKIS according to the agenda, lecturers who are required to provide reports to Kopertais. The report is in the form of a lecturer report, facilities and infrastructure report, PTKIS portal reports that are accessed such as EMIS and PDPT reports. In terms of control, socialisation, giving warnings if there are errors or lack of files, and taking action if PTKIS does not heed the warning. The last is coaching, where Kopertais provides guidance to personnel through career development for lecturers, scholarships for students, as well as accreditation and institutional legality

    SOCIAL INTERACTION BETWEEN STUDENTS OF DRUG PECANDUES IN GROWING SELF-CONFIDENCE: Case Study of Drug Rehabilitation Students at Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School

    This study aims to describe the process of social interaction between ex-drug addict students and non-drug addict students at school, to analyze the behavior of ex-drug addict and non-drug addict students influencing each other in the process of social interaction at school, to analyze the behavior of ex-drug addict students in fostering a sense of self-confidence in the process of interacting between the two at school naturally the purpose of this research will be collected through observation, interviews and documentation.  This research includes a type of skinative approach. Data obtained using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and leveraging. The results of this study indicate that interactions between former drug addict and non-drug addict students occur in the learning process, where non-drug addict students are more active in speaking than former drug addict students. The activeness of listening and responding to interlocutors of both individual students is the same. The interaction skills of ex-drug addict and non-drug addict students show different abilities between the two groups, but show almost the same ability seen from individuals with individuals in the group. Ex-drug addict students are the same as other drug addict students when working with non-addict students, namely sometimes inferior and more silent, in contrast to non-addict students who are more courageous and focused when working together. They interact with their group more easily than interacting with friends who are different from their group characters. The dominant behavior patterns that influence ex-drug addict and non-addict students in interacting are different. The behavior of former students is dominant in the aspects of avaluation, control, and neutral. Meanwhile, drug addict students are dominated by control and certainty behavior. Ex-addict students are influenced by feelings of inferiority, while non-addict students are dominated by feelings of high self-confidence

    This study aims to describe the types of facilities and infrastructure contained in the Integrated Islamic High School Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga, as well as the management of school facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning at school. This type of research is Descriptive Qualitative research where this research uses books, journals and several interviews with sources as research materials. The findings of this study are that there are still facilities and infrastructure at Raudhatul Ulum Integrated Islamic High School that are not yet adequate as described, school facilities that are still often hampered are the availability of stationery in the classroom in the office, management of cleaning tools in the classroom and in the office. but the school as much as possible procures facilities and infrastructure needed by students and teachers and repairs infrastructure that requires repair in order to take place effective and efficient learning

    This study aims to analyze neoclassical Qur\u27an tahfid program management implementation in MAN Kendal and MAN Salatiga. This research is an inductive approach. This research was collected by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing, and leveraging. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of neoclassical management in the tahfid Qur\u27an program at MAN Kendal by using the method of motivation and good cooperation is a characteristic of neoclassical (human relations) to improve the tahfid program. In contrast, the implementation of neoclassical tahfidzul Qur\u27an program management at MAN Salatiga is the cooperation between the Head of Madrasah employees or members of the organization to achieve the planned goals.     APPLICATION OF GROUP GUIDANCE SERVICES WITH COGNITIVE DEFUSION TECHNIQUES IN INCREASING STUDENT CONFIDENCE AT MTS AISYIYAH NORTH SUMATERA

    Self-development is always related to self-confidence. Self-confidence is important because it influences individual success. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of group guidance services with cognitive defusion techniques to increase student confidence. The research design used is Quasy Experiment with pre-post-test control group design. In this design, the experimental group received treatment and the control group did not receive treatment. The sample was taken 30 students and then divided into two groups, namely 15 students into the experimental group and 15 other students into the control group. Data collection was taken through a structured questionnaire given to students to measure the level of self-confidence. The instrument applied is the self-confidence scale. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel software and SPSS Version 25. The analysis applied hypothesis testing (t test). The results of the analysis obtained information, t P <0.05, namely (0.001 <0.05) the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the hypothesis is accepted. This indicates that group guidance services with cognitive defusion techniques are effective for increasing students\u27 confidence levels

    THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INFORMATION SERVICES USING A FEMINIST THERAPY APPROACH TO IMPROVE STUDENTS\u27 UNDERSTANDING OF GENDER ROLES AT MAN 1 TAKENGON

    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of information services using a feminist therapy approach to improve students\u27 understanding of gender roles at MAN 1 Takengon. This research uses quantitative research quasi experiment. The population of this research consisted of 208 students and the research sample consisted of 70 students determined by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection instruments used observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing in the form of paired sample T-Test test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test scores, with a significance value (2-tailed) P = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that information services are effective for increasing students\u27 understanding of gender roles

    Teacher competence is one of the essential aspects of achieving educational goals and targets. The competence of teachers is also very influential in the learning process. The problem that often arises is that not all teachers have competencies by the standards set. This study aims to analyze the performance role of madrasah supervisors in improving the competence of Madrasah teachers and their obstacles. Qualitative research with a descriptive approach is the method used in this research. The informants of this study amounted to 12 people who were representatives of teachers, principals and madrasah supervisors in the Bringin sub-district, Semarang district, Central Java. Data collection used interview techniques and documentation with instruments in the form of structured interview guides and documentation checklist guides. Data analysis techniques used three steps: data reduction, presentation, and verification. The study results concluded that a good supervisor\u27s role can affect a teacher\u27s performance. The obstacles faced in supervision are the madrasah teachers experiencing a decline in performance due to age factors approaching retirement
