MENGUNGKAP ANALISIS DAN EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN TENTANG PENDIDIKAN AGAMA DAN KEAGAMAAN
The implementation of PP No. 55/2007 is part of government intervention in religious and religious education. every policy stipulated in its implementation certainly raises constructive criticism. Criticism that arises starts from the aspects of laws and regulations, the implementation process and the impact of a policy in the set of approaches used in this research policy research that focuses on researching policy formulation. The content analysis technique in this research is to compare the contents/formulation of PP RI No. 55 of 2007 concerning Islamic religious education with public policy theory. The researcher selects the data source that has relevance to this policy study and concludes the data for conclusions. The results of the research found were the formulation of PP RI No. 55 of 2007 related to public policy objectives that are regulative, deregulation, dynamic or stabilizing. Regulatory aspects provide restrictions and regulate the implementation of Islamic religious education. The deregulation aspect has the purpose of liberating in terms of providing education. The aspects of dynamism as the driving force for national education goals. The purpose of stabilization is intended to make adjustments to the rules so that Islamic educational institutions follow the National Education Standards
PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH BAGI GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMA NEGERI 1 PEUDAWA
The purpose of the research Implementation of academic supervision, and follow-up of the academic supervision of the principal of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1 Peudawa of East Aceh district. This research was a qualitative descriptive study. This study used a purposive sample. The data collection used the methods: First, interviews by using a structured interview instrument to the principal and three teachers of PAI who were become informants in this study. Second, the observation by the way of observing directly implementation of the academic supervision of the principal toward teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) in SMA Negeri 1 Peudawa East Aceh district in the implementation of the learning process. Third, documentation by data collection through written relics, archives, letters, photographs, online data, and books about the academic supervision. The results showed that: First, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented the planning of the academic supervision as making programs, schedules and making instrument of academic supervision. Second, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented the academic supervision by observation techniques to three teachers of PAI. Third, principal in SMAN 1 Peudawa East Aceh district had implemented a follow-up to the academic supervision of three teachers of PAI in the form of a meeting feedback (feedback) and had implemented the coaching to three teachers of PAI
PEMILIHAN POLA ASUH DAN KEPEMIMPINAN PEMILIK PANTI ASUHAN: Studi Kasus Panti Asuhan Darul Hijrah, Ar-Rohim Dan Fitrah
This research based on the violence and exploitation cases of orphanage children’s. An orphanage that expected can be solution to resolve orphan and waif problems, but in fact some orphanages in Indonesia generally and especially in Palembang, violence and exploitation cases still happening in the orphanage. In this study case in three orphanages with different background. This research purpose is to analyze parenting system applied at Darul Hijrah, Ar-rohim, and Fitrah orphanage Palembang. The research method is qualitative method, with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. And data analysis techniques through the phase of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of research at three orphanages show that the orphanage owner must choose the right parenting system and the wrong selection parenting can’t separated from the role of the orphanage owner. In this research as exemplified by the Ar-Rohim orphanage which has a democratic parenting applied to orphanage children and the result have a positive impact on the development of orphanage children, both developmental psychology, social development and in terms of intelligence. So the hopes that the orphanage children do not feel lost love and attention from parents can be fulfilled
PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI MASYARAKAT
Society (society) is a group of people who form a semi-closed (or semi-open) system, where most interactions are between individuals in the group. The variety of education received by students in this community is very much. These include the formation of habits, formation of knowledge, attitudes and interests, as well as moral and religious formation. Education in community education can be said to be indirect education, education carried out unconsciously by the community. And the students themselves consciously or not, they have educated themselves, strengthening their faith and self-confidence in the values of morality and religion in society. That is, the community environment influences the development of students. The influence given by the environment is intentional and accidental. That is, the environment has no specific intentions in influencing the development of students. And the community environment is very influential for children\u27s character development. If the child is in a good community environment, it will also have a good influence on the development of the child\u27s character. Likewise, on the other hand a bad environment can also have a bad influence on children\u27s character development. As parents, they must be smart and smart to choose a good environment for their children, because it will determine the child\u27s character development. Character education as an effort to develop character is an effort made by the world of education to help students understand, care and act in accordance with ethical values. The purpose of character education is to form characters that are implemented in the subject\u27s essential values with the behaviors and attitudes they have. In this case the formation of character, there must be educational networks. Especially in information technology and telecommunications today, one of the factors that have a huge influence on development or vice versa is the destruction of the character of society or the nation is mass media, especially electronic media, with the main actors being television. Actually the magnitude of the role of the media, especially print and radio media, is in the development of national character. The mass media plays a dual role. On the one hand, playing public service advertisements or touching advertisements, on the other hand broadcasts programs/soap operas which actually show negative things, which ultimately are not shunned, instead imitated by the audience. The media must be controlled by the state. The state has an obligation to control all media activities, so that they are in accordance with the goals of the country itself. The legal instruments must be clear and fair. Indonesia itself has a Depkominfo, but only regulates frequency policies, broadcasting rights, and so on. More specifically, there is the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), which was formed more independently, but recognized by the government. KPI is expected to be able to filter media activities (especially television) to suit the country\u27s goals, norms, culture, customs, and of course religion. However, until now, the KPI is considered to be still quite weak in acting (filtering), and so than that, it is very necessary (strength) of the participation of the community in controlling these media

PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPLA MTs NEGERI 2 MODEL PALEMBANG DALAM PERSPEKTIF TEORI TRANSFORMASIONAL
The research was a qualitative descriptive, raised the problem How leadership behavior of the principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, and was leadership behavior of the principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, could already be categorized in accordance with the theory of transformational leadership. The data collection was done in three ways, namely: 1) observation; 2) interview; and 3) documentation. The results of this study showed that the leadership behavior of the principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, showed that; had ideals (the idea) great, the belief toward the virtues of the vision and mission that had been set, committed, hard-working type, and had pride of work that always wanted to show the best work. Leadership of principal of State Islamic Junior High School 2 Model of Palembang, showed the behavior as inspiration, motivator, motivator, able to analyze well the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges faced by the organization he led, a figure that could grow the spirit of team work, were able to arrange a vision and mission and were able to communicate with residents of Islamic Schools, could work as a team, prioritize real work and was able to give solutions to the obstacles that were faced by the organization he led. PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK GURU PAI PASCASERTIFIKASI MTS NEGERI SE-KOTA PALEMBANG TAHUN 2016
This study aims to provide an overview of multicultural approaches to the pedagogic competence of teachers PAI MTs Negeri pascasertifikasi as Palembang City. This research is a quantitative research used is explanatory survey method (explanatory survey method). The sample of 17 teachers of PAI consists of 9 teachers PAI M.Ts Negeri 1 and 8 teachers PAI M.Ts Negeri 2. Techniques of collecting data using tests, questionnaires, documentation. Validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis, bivariate analysis, The results showed pedagogical competence of teachers PAI (52.2%), included in the category of being. including high categories of 5 people (29.4%), and low category amounted to 12 people (70.6%). Hypothesis test concluded There is a significant influence of motivation factors on the pedagogic competence of teachers PAI MTs Negeri as Palembang City. Chi Square statistical test results obtained p value = 0.768, while the value of Odds Ratio (OR) obtained by 1,000 with the level of confidence interval 0.903 - 14.153
STRATEGI PENGENDALIAN DISORIENTASI SISWA DALAM BELAJAR DI SEKOLAH
Student learning situations in schools do not always benefit psychologically for certain students and teachers, because there are attitudes and behaviors of students that show contradiction with should occur. Ideally, the student should seriously study but is sometimes shown by aberrant behavior. Student learning orientation should focus on achieving success, get maximum achievement in a school, but sometimes fact justeri on the contrary, studying student no more just doing duty for the sake of pleasing parent and reach social status finished school. What is described above, the emergence is not without cause, the attitude of disorientation of students\u27 learning in school is basically sourced from internal students themselves rather than from external factors. Students\u27 disorientation in learning does not just appear, but arises from a cause, among them is the negative cycle of academic development experienced by students, low perceptions of learning, and effort in learning is very low. The adverse effects of these three factors will also affect students\u27 attitudes toward learning, such as the use of ego in learning is greater than the logic, avoidance of challenges, such as dislike of difficulties, because it does not like to something hard and become a heavy burden for the brain , So can not measure the success and failure in learning. The consequences of it all have an effect on their behavior, such as tend to be difficult to control to learn by the teacher, ignorance of the teacher and the lesson, likes to belittle the lesson learned, the less attention to the lesson and sometimes show the destructive behavior when facing the excessive challenge in learning, So the challenge he likes to be physically fit is not an intellectual challenge. In order to provide solutions to the attitudes and behaviors of students as described above, there needs to be a breakthrough that can be done, at least can be done through two kinds of strategies, namely motivation strategy and emotional strategy. HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DENGAN PERILAKU BELAJAR MAHASISWA STAI BUMI SILAMPARI LUBUKLINGGAU
Motivation to learn is a motivation that sagat useful in supporting the success, this motivation comes from within yourself and not from outside factors in the form of encouragement of others. Learning behavior can also be associated with learning activities are also closely related to the habits or learning activities is all the activities of learners in the learning process from physical activity to physical activity, physical activities in the form of basic skills while the physical activity in the form of integrated skills. This research is a quantitative research by taking samples of 153 students. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of research that researchers get that the motivation to study STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau students are in the category "medium" 107 students (69.94%). Furthermore, the results of research that researchers get that student learning behavior STAI Earth Silampari Lubuklinggau is in the category "medium" 90 students (58.83%). Based on the results of the study of the relationship of learning motivation with student learning behavior showed that there is a positive relationship between learning motivation on student learning behavior STAI Earth Silampari Lubuklinggau. This result is seen in partial test with t test, where tcal for learning behavior is 2,852 with probability 2,852> 1,960 meaning there is significant correlation between learning motivation with student learning behavior STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau
