PERAN PERPUSTAKAAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI SEKAYU
This study is entitled "The Role of Libraries in Learning Islamic Education in the State of Sekayu MTs". This study wanted to find out how the library manager at MTs Negeri Sekayu and how big the role of the library was in facilitating student learning at Sekayu State MTs. Organizing a school library must be able to realize and participate in realizing the objectives of primary school administration through the provision and utilization of library materials that have been provided in detail. Because the purpose of the school library is to provide a means for learning, and to help students get the library materials needed both to support learning activities and for reading material. By helping students in learning, the library plays a role in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely focusing attention on efforts to understand the behavior, perceptions and attitudes of the research objectives, as well as its relevance to the formulation of the problem and all the research methods of data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire techniques (questionnaire ) Based on these findings it can be concluded that, the manager has given a role as a provider of learning facilities for students by providing complete facilities and infrastructure and providing students with comfort facilities while in the library

leaders must be able to work with people they lead to provide motivation to do work sincerely. Thus means education leaders must have feelings. Leaders do not distance themselves from group members with the intention of causing feelings of fear and loyalty, precisely the opposite only by understanding and living the feelings and thoughts of members of the group, someone will be accepted, respected and respected as a leader. In general, the meaning contained in the expression of quality is not new for those involved in general system management thinking and services or specifically the education system. Quality is the key word for the success of competing in business performance, including in the field of education. the most effective efforts by increasing the accountability of the education process. Process accountability is expected to truly be able to guarantee that madrassas can maintain and improve their quality progressively and continuously.
 
BASIS PLURALIS-MULTIKULTURAL DI PESANTREN: Kajian Atas Pesantren Kultur Nahdlatul Ulama di Bumi Serambi Madinah Gorontalo
This article aims to reveal the role of Nahdlatul Ulama culture boarding schools in instilling plurality and multicultural values in their education system. The focus of his research was conducted on two pesantren. Pesantren Salafiyah Syafiiyah and Pesantren Sirojut Tholibin Gorontalo. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The data collection is done by interviewing the leaders of the pesantren and related parties. The information obtained is then reviewed and adjusted to data from observations and documentation. In this study the authors use educational theories about in, at and beyond the wall. Through the concept of education in the wall, the pesantren emphasizes lessons only on the religion it adheres to tafaqquh fi al-din without conducting dialogue on other religions. Meanwhile, through the concept at the wall, the pesantren does not only try to understand the religion it adopts, but also other religions. Meanwhile, the concept of beyond the wall pesantren requires not only understanding, but also living together in communities of different religions. Based on the results of the study concluded thatthe Pesantren Salafiyah-Syafiiyah and the Pesantren Sirojut Tholibin have been shown to have a significant role in establishing multicultural-pluralist values in accordance with the basic principles of the Nahdlatul Ulama-an. Basic principles such as Ukhuwah Wathaniyah (Brotherhood on the basis of equality of nationality / nationalism), Ukhuwah Insaniyyah (Brotherhood on the basis of humanity), to the attitudes of al-Ikhlas (sincerity), al-Adalah (justice), al-Tawassut (moderation), al-Tawazzun (balance), al-Tasamuh (tolerance) manifested in pesantrenan activities.

MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN MENTAL ROHANI ISLAM PRAJURIT DI MARKAS KODAM II/SRIWIJAYA
The study was a qualitative research on the guidance management of Islamic spiritual mental of soldiers in the Military Command Headquarters II / Sriwijaya. This study examined about the mental guidance activities that consisted of the spiritual aspect, ideology and struggle that was restricted guidance activities of Islamic spiritual mental. With the formulation of the problem of how management from planning, organizing management, execution management was and how management of monitoring of guidance activities of Islamic spiritual mental for soldiers in the Military Command Headquarters II/ Sriwijaya was. The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the management of planning, organizing, and implemention and to know monitoring management from the guidance of Islamic spiritual mental of soldiers. Type of the research was a qualitative field research with the sources of primary data and secondary data. Based on the analysis results that the guidance management of Islamic spiritual mental of soldiers in the Military Command Headquarters II / Sriwijaya run well, because the scope of management, from planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring was already running well, although there was a shortage and barriers. Overall management was already running well; because the implementation of guidance management of Islamic spiritual mental of soldiers was categorized good enough, marked more increasing soldiers implement various activities of Islamic spiritual. This could suppress member violations, the indicator was personnel soldier increasingly enthusiastic learning about religion, rising prayers during hours of duty and active in other spiritual activities
PENGAJARAN GURU PENDIDIKAN DASAR DI ERA MILLENIAL DALAM MEMBENTUK MORAL SISWA
Elementary education is the first step to build student moral in introducing and basic teaching are needed a figure of teacher that ca be able to build whole student identity in this era state situation is getting more sophistiaced, aduance and do changes by creating something new that have a strong function in IPTEK development. At the bracelet III public elementary school institutions new sources there are still many students who are less active and focused in following the learning given by the teacher as well as the lack of learning innovation, hereby researcher interested to conduct research at education institution that have run at 1,2,3 August 2019 by open and close interview to teachers class I to VI it will be tested and result will be analysed in descriptively and qualitatively to answer the main case and qualitative data to know the score or percentage of the education proses that done by teacher class I to VI at SDN Gelang III Sumberbaru have they applied the best five indicator learing they are in personal approachement, meaning full learning, giving the feed back, sregthen the learning and also learning evaluation and taking the data by documenting of learning and also learning evaluation of elementary school teacher in era in building the student moral on 29-30 August at SDN Gelang III Sumberbaru Jember school year 2019-2020.the best five indicator learning is personal approachment meaningful learning
MANAJEMEN KELAS DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS PEMBELAJARAN MATA PELAJARAN FIQIH DI MADRASAH ALIYAH PARADIGMA PALEMBANG
Effective teaching and learning process can be realized well if there is interaction between teacher and students, fellow students or with other learning resources. In other words, learning is said to be effective if there is a maximum interaction. Furthermore, maximum interaction will be easy to implement if the class and students are in a good arrangement or management. This management in the education literature is called class management. In other words, the effectiveness of learning is closely related to class management. To test this assumption the author conducted research at the Madrasah Aliyah Paradigm especially on fiqh subjects with the formulation of the problem as follows: 1. What are the procedures for Class Management in the Teaching and Learning Process Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm of Palembang? 2. What is the impact of Class Management on the effectiveness of Teaching and Learning Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm of Madrasah Aliyah? What factors can affect the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process Fiqh Subjects in the Palembang Paradigm? This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Acting as key informant is the deputy head of the curriculum, academic supervisors and 2 fiqh teachers. Then in the collection several techniques are used, namely observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation studies. After the data is collected, it is then processed using qualitative descriptive techniques and deductive and inductive conclusions. Based on data analysis can be formulated several research conclusions as follows: 1. Class arrangement and organization of students in Islamic Jurisprudence Aliyah Paradigm class subjects are in accordance with classroom management procedures. Class Management Procedures in the Teaching and Learning Process subjects of jurisprudence in Aliyah Madrasas The Palembang paradigm is intended to begin with an increase in the awareness of educators as teachers. Then increase student awareness. Next is the introduction of student behavior. Making social contracts / class rules and setting alternative solutions through various approaches. 2. Class Management can improve the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process subject of Fiqh in the Palembang Islamic Elementary School Paradigm, because it has fulfilled and has implemented the elements in the effectiveness of learning. 3. Factors that can affect the effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Subjects of Fiqh in Aliyah Madrasas The Palembang paradigm consists of two factors (external and internal). External factors, including environmental factors and instrumental factors such as; curriculum, program/teaching materials, facilities and facilities, and the factors of the teacher itself. Internal factors, including the physiological and psychological conditions of students in the form of interests, talents and abilities possessed by each student
INTERNALISASI NILAI-NILAI SPIRITUAL RELIGIUS: Studi Kasus di Ribat Tazkiyat al-Nafs Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah Bengkulu Selatan
In Indonesia in general the community began to lead to a materialistic and hedonic attitude. They make material a measure of success and happiness. As a result, people often lose control. The more visible humans justify any means to achieve goals. In fact, true happiness and peace of mind cannot be obtained from material, position, long life and freedom. For those who do not find happiness and peace of mind with their glamor, the world seeks tranquility or happiness in its soul by reciting and following the tarekat. The practicing people believe, feel, and declare that through the practice of the teachings and practices of the tarekat this inner peace and essential happiness can be achieved. Of course, this was achieved not apart from the role of murshid who consistently guided and nurtured the spiritual practitioners through their practices and teachings. This means that spiritual education in the form of internalizing religious spiritual values instilled by the murshid to the practitioners of the tarekat Qa> diriyah wa Naqsyabandiyah in Riba> t Taz \ kiyat al-Nafs South Bengkulu has a tremendous impact on changes in both psychological and mental and spiritually the practicers who in the end are able to change the behavior of the practicing person into a commendable person
ANALISIS PENYUSUNAN RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI MUNTOK
This study aimed to know the performance of PAI teachers in doing a planning, especially for making a lesson plan. That performance was evaluated from the document quality of lesson plan of Islamic education subject in state primary schools throughout the District of Muntok, West Bangka districts. Having known the quality of the lesson plan, then analyzed what the crucial thing that became the shortage of the lesson plan was. The type of research that was used was a descriptive research (analysis of documents) by qualitative approach. The research used population. Population of the research was all subject teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) which was registered as a teacher with the status of government employees in 18 state primary schools in the District of Muntok. Data analysis technique used was as a descriptive analysis. There were 10 aspects in this assessment: aspect of the completeness of lesson plan documents, aspect of suitability component of lesson plan, aspect of the formulation of indicators of achievement of competencies, aspect of formulation of learning objectives, feasibility aspects of learning objectives, aspects of the selection and organization of teaching materials, aspects of the selection of learning method, the feasibility aspects of learning objectives, aspects the selection of learning resources and feasibility aspects of assessment of learning outcomes. From the results of the research and discussion which was obtained in this research were expected that teacher of Islamic education in state primary schools of Muntok District, should make its own lesson plan and effort of making lesson plan should be enhanced
STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KREATIVITAS ANAK MELALUI PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN QUANTUM GAMES DI RAUDHATUL ATHFAL IBNU SINA PALEMBANG
Creativity is the ability to create new ones and can be applied in problem solving. Strategies in developing children\u27s creativity need to review four aspects of creativity, namely "personal, push, process and product." Learning that can lead to motivation and can improve student learning achievement that makes a learning process more meaningful, so students will be able to understand the material taught and be able to convert playing energy into a light of intelligence called quantum games learning. To express this side this research formulates the problem as follows: First, How is the implementation of the Quantum Games model in Early Childhood Learning at Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina; Second, how the creativity of Early Childhood in Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina; Third, how to increase the creativity of students after the implementation of Quantum Games Learning at Raudhatul Athfal Ibn Sina. This study uses a qualitative field approach that is descriptive qualitative, its analysis through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research results in the field have been found: First, the development of the implementation of the Quantum Games model in early childhood learning at Ibn Sina Palembang\u27s Raudhatul Athfal still refers to the National curriculum, the language of instruction is Indonesian and the point is children are taught to play with the aim of changing children\u27s energy smarter in thinking. Second, Early Childhood Creativity in Raudhatul Athfal Ibnu Sina Palembang, with this learning can be seen that children are more active in learning, and with this learning the child looks very excited in playing and learning among his friends trying to invite students to participate more in the teaching and learning process, is not limited to being a passive listener, but also seeing, discussing it, practicing it, and teaching it to other children. Third, the effect of the implementation of the Quantum Games Learning model on the creativity of early childhood at Raudhatul Athfal Ibnu Sina Palembang, that children appear to experience gradual changes which is certainly more than before because before applying qauntum games to children the learning spirit is lacking, qauntum learning is implemented children\u27s games change in learning as they look very enthusiastic and ask questions and are fun for children
