Media use and happines in Serba
The Annual Attitude Examination Survey consisting of 366
questions was deployed on nationally representative sample in Serbia
to get 2608 responses on the Oxford Happiness Inventory and
Multiple Lickert scale questions concerning attitudes, fears, media
use and closeness of different social categories to the participants.
Research results confirm all hypotheses. Quantity of television
use is negatively correlated to happiness. As for the quality of
newspapers use, those consuming contents such as culture, sports
and IT are happier than others. When looking at television use,
individuals that prefer programs such as cartoons, culture, music,
fashion, science, IT and sports are happier than others. This is the
first research examining relationship of happiness and quality of
media use. Future research should encompass data from online
social networks in order to see how positive and negative emotions
of media users are related to media content they are exposed to
Пoлитички мaркeтинг и стрaтeгиje дигитaлних илузиja – примeри из Вeнeцуeлe и Брaзилa
State represents a social phenomenon which is constantly changing – just
like all political actors. The direction of that evolution is determined by the development
and current state of the art in technological domain. That explains how the rise of social
media and new ICTs has shaped the contemporary political communication. This paper
sheds light on the manner in which digital tools are exploited in an unpredictable social
ambience which is characterized by numerous political crises. Special attention has been
given to the phenomenon of digital astroturfing and political disinformation trends in Venezuela
and Brazil. We have found that the dynamic technological development combined
with the use of political bots has been creating the potential for fake news, thus impacting
election processes and endangering democracy. Therefore, these phenomena need further
scientific examination.Држaвa прeдстaвљa фeнoмeн кojи стaлнo мeњa свojу фoрму, кao и

Umetnička dela kao osobe
Od retorike do filozofije prava, različite discipline bavile su se praksom kojom se neživim
objektima pridaju ljudske osobine i sposobnosti.

This thematic issue brings together five scholarly articles, each tackling from both theoretical and practical perspectives a sensitive and elusive issue of accommodating minority rights within a wider national and political framework. These timely considerations are framed through a broader, vibrant and rapidly emerging approach of non-territorial autonomy (NTA), which is not so much a particular model but a generic term that refers to different practices of minority community autonomy that does not entail exclusive control over territory. In this way, novel forms of national self-determination can take place while the self-determining communities reside in shared territorial spaces. NTA can thus have a number many different forms such as consociationalism, national cultural autonomy, and can be particularly well suited for communities or nations that do not live in a unified or joint territory but are territori-ally dispersed or scattered.Editors’ Not
Intra-family Engagement? A Study of Female Academic Staff at the University of Belgrade
According to the results of various studies, women remain responsible
for most household duties. Th is distribution is also refl ected in the position
of women in academia, since the family-dominant model tends to be reproduced within the academic community as well. Th is imbalance is refl ected
in the distribution of “lower rank” jobs in academia, and the shift ing of most
responsibilities for such jobs to women, leaving men with more time to pursue academic work. Th is situation, originating in the issue of family responsibilities, actually raises academic questions. Th e analysis in the paper is based
on empirical insights from a 2017 survey conducted among academic staff at
the University of Belgrade, and focuses on the following question: what factors lead to engagements within the family which seek to change patriarchal
patterns as expressed in the unequal distribution of domestic and family care
work, and which indirectly aff ect the distribution of responsibilities between
men and women in the academic sphere

Developmental Stability Of Seven-factor Personality Structure
The vast majority of studies investigating personality structure is done using adult samples. If
personality is assessed in children, parental ratings are preferably used method, while self reports are seldom used. Here we use self-report measures to study the developmental
stability of the seven-factor personality structure defined by the HEXACO model and
Disintegration trait. We focus on middle childhood children, young teens, and teenagers.
Sample consisted of four groups: 1) age 10-11 (N=164, 49.4% female), 2) age 12-13 (N=195,
48.9% female), 3) age 14-16 (N=319, 59.2% female), 4) age 17-18 (N=201, 49.5% female).
Data were collected in several elementary and high schools in Serbia and Montenegro.
Personality traits were assessed using 60 items HEXACO, and 20 items DELTA
questionnaires. The stability of the seven-factor personality structure was tested using
orthogonal procrustes rotations, and the analysis was done on facets of all seven personality
traits. Congruence coefficients and factor loadings were calculated for all facets for all six
pairwise comparisons. Overall, the average congruence of factors ranged between .69
(Emotionality) and .96 (Disintegration). The average congruence of facets ranged between
.41 (Sincerity) and .95 (Sentimentality), with the majority of facets having average
congruence above .85. Average factor loadings for Disintegration range between .55 (Depression) and .85 (Perceptual Distortions), for Honesty between .20 (Sincerity) and .39
(Greed avoidance), for Emotionality between .19 (Anxiety) and .53 (Sentimentality), for
Extraversion between .34 (Sociability), and .47 (Social self-esteem and Liveliness), for
Agreeableness .34 (Patience), and .54 (Flexibility), for Conscientiousness .33 (Organization)
and .53 (Diligence), and for Openness .53 (Creativity) and .67 (Inquisitiveness). As expected,
personality structure is least stable in the first age group but stabilizes in groups 3 and 4. We
discuss, in detail, stability and content of personality factors on different age groups, and
practical implications on assessment these results have
Law and resistance: literary-theoretical reactions to the ’Bartleby’ challeng
Melville’s novella ’Bartleby, the Scrivener. A Story of Wallstreet’, written in the middle of the nineteenth century, encountered unexpected processing in the second half of the twentieth century. Prominent philosophers and literary theorists revitalized and reinterpreted it in the key of their conceptions, reading the character of Bartleby or loading in it some paradigmatic property that could be instructive for contemporaneity. The author of this paper believes that this unconcluded debate could be presented through two key concepts: law and resistance. After presenting the plot and some significant moments of Melville’s text, the first part of the paper comments on Deleuze’s and Rancière’s interpretation of Bartleby’s ’agrammatical’ formula, a sentence that responds to all the offers and demands before him: ’I would prefer not to.’ The central parts of the paper are dedicated to the analyses of (in)possibility or (in)desirability of a transition or generalization that these interpreters attribute to that statement, the transition from grammatical to ethical and political resistance. In that respect opposed, Deleuze’s and Rancière’s views are joined by the radically emancipatory-oriented suggestions of Negri and Hardt. The final parts of the paper, inspired by Agamben’s vision of Bartleby as a character representing the pronouncebility and necessity of rehabilitation, in the history of Western thought neglected, ’potentiality’, pointing to a kind of conscious reduction procedure of Melville and/or Deleuze in articulating a figure of ’absolute potentiality’. It would not establish a new law, but would only enable the game of power and resistance of benevolent singularities in the multitude which would not be – which should not be – regulated in advance
