    FENOMENA PENGGUNAAN MEDIA SOSIAL DAN PENGARUH TEMAN SEBAYA PADA GENERASI MILENIAL TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN

    The purpose of this study is to expand research on purchasing decisions by millennial generation. For this purpose, this study empirically examines the influence of social media and peer influence directly on the purchase decision and indirectly through electronic word-of-mouth. The purposive sampling technique was used, the object of this research involves millennial generation with age criteria between 18 years to 35 years. The research is done by spreading questionnaires to 300 people with 75% respond rates. Structural equation modeling was used to examine the proposed model. Social media usage and peer influence have positive impact on purchase decision involvement and electronic word of mouth plays vital mediating role in this context. The result shows there is no significant effects from peer influence to the purchase decision, but there is significant effects from social media usage and electronic word of mouth. The most significant is coming from the electronic word of mouth. Engaging millennial generation consumers with social media campaigns and mobile technology development, such as Facebook ads, pages like ads, or ads on youtube can increase the value of purchasing decisions. Marketers need to pay attention to the mixed effects of using social media and eWOM

    This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior that is mediated by job satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents who are employees in automotive industries in Jakarta of collected by purposive sampling method. Tests conducted by the method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study are perceived external prestige has a positive influence on job satisfaction, but job satisfaction negatively affect the workplace deviant behavior. It can be concluded that job satisfaction has a negative influence in mediating the effects of perceived external prestige to the workplace deviant behavior.

    Information Technology services in banking business which is very dynamic and advanced makes the bankers must adjust to the presence of this technology. In this paper, the authors will explain the role of Mobile banking technology which is provided by CIMB Niaga in servicing its customers for banking transactions. The methodology used in this paper is quantitative with the purposive sampling one. Instrument used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as developed by Parasuraman and Davis by modifying them to fit the state of the research object. This research was conducted in Jakarta and several other places. Research and data collection took 6 months from November 2015 to April 2016. The variables included trust, perceived use (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), attitude toward use (ATU), Intent to use (ITU), and actual use (AU). After the data were collected, the regression analysis was performed. From the analysis result it was found that trust and perceived use (PU) variables did not positively and significantly influence the intent to use (ITU) variable, as well as the perceived use variables (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) which have no significant and positive effect on attitude variable on usage (ATU). For that case, the authors propose an improvement strategy to maintain and grow this business forward

    PENGARUH WORK LIFE POLICIES, WORK LIFE CONFLICT, JOB STRESS, DAN LONELINESS TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTIONS PADA SEBUAH UNIVERSITAS SWASTA DI KOTA BATAM

    Turnover intention has been an important issue in any organization; management has long recognized that low turnover intention of employees is helpful for consequently obtaining high organizational performance and avoiding the potential costs related to recruiting and training new employees. This study aims to examine the impact of work life policies, work life conflict, job stress dan loneliness on turnover intentions at a private university in Batam. A total of 101 completed responses were collected in the survey. The sampling method in this research is done with the approach of non-probability sampling with the convinience sampling. The data analysis technique used was the technique of multiple regression analyisis. The findings of this research showed that work life policies and job stress have negative and significant impact on turnover intentions. Work life conflict and loneliness have positive and significant impact on turnover intentions. The managerial implications of this research have several limitations such as taking only one university and some faculties of full time lecturer which become the object of research. Moreover, researcher was not able to spend a lot of time at the organisation for collecting the data from the respondents. This research suggest that further investigation needs to be expanded by taking some of the objects that are similar research at the education industry or other industries, and by increasing the sample size to improve the results of consistency

    PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS NASABAH

    As a primary factor in satisfaction and loyalty, service quality and image has been given a lot of attention. This research used a sample of 120 respondents and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling. Findings reveal that service quality and corporate image are antecedents of customer satisfaction, but customer satisfaction surprisingly does not have positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The implications for service providers in any platform service industry is that customer satisfaction has not key success to loyalty but continuously improves the quality of service and corporate image of satisfaction, but it creates loyalty to buy services and recommend to others. 

    PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN TURNOVER INTENTION

    The high level of employee turnover in the marketing department at PT. Toyamilindo indicates low organizational commitment and high turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and turnover intention. Quantitative methods are used in this study. Population is the  employees of marketing department at PT. Toyamilindo with 50 people. Sampling technique used is sampling saturated with the number of samples of 50 people. Data collection technique uses questionnaires and regression analysis. Finding on the research results shows that there are positive and significant influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and negative and significant influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention, and also the influence of organizational commitment on work satisfaction to turnover intention. The managerial implications of corporate leaders must improve employee work satisfaction, especially in terms of salary

    The purpose of this research is to test and analyze empirically the influence of service quality, customer satisfaction, and trust to loyalty of internet banking users. Researcher choose 280 respondents as the sample of this research, using purposive sampling. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis are simple linear regression and Structural Equation Model with Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research shows that service quality, customer satisfaction, and trust affected loyalty of internet banking users. Based on the results of research that has been done, there are some managerial implications as follows: 1) display on internet banking making easier to understand, 2) service innovation provided by internet banking, 3) improved security system on internet banking and 4) cheaper transactions using internet banking

    This research analyzed the effects of service quality and customer experience to customer satisfaction and its impact on purchase intention of costumer internet services in West Jakarta. This research used hypothesis testing as a research design. The primary data were obtained through questionnaire distributed to 180 respondents who should be users of internet services from Telkomsel, Telkomsel Grapari West Jakarta. Data was anlyzed by Structural Equation Method (SEM). The results showed there were positives service qualities and customer experience effects to customer satisfaction. There were positive customer satisfaction effects to purchase intention. There were positive effects of service quality and customer experience to purchase intention. Implications for managers are to increase purchase intention through fulfilled customer satisfaction led from good service quality and customer experience. For reasearch, it can be done in other service providers and by adding extra variables, such as coporate image and brand trust

    ANALYSIS OF THE AVIATION INDUSTRY IN INDONESIA PERIOD 2003-2015 BASED ON DOMESTIC PASSENGER GROWTH AND THE STRATEGIC IMPLICATION FOR AIRLINES AND GOVERNMENT

    The objective of the study was to analyze the growth of the number of domestic passengers in Indonesia based on emprical data of the last 12 years to forecast the number of domestic passenger for 2016-2021 by using panel data modeling with random effects model technique. The research using independent variable air traffic, ticket prices and per capita income has never been done in the Indonesia’s aviation industry, but research with the same model ever done in the industry of electrical household. The results of the study are useful for strategic planning for companies in developing the market and government of Republic of Indonesia to determine the right public policies needed to support the aviation industry development which able to accelerate economic growth, ensure the safety and convenient of air transport passengers and the sustainability of aviation industry. The results of this study indicate that the variable number of air traffic can be explained by ninety one point eleven percent by variable number of air traffic, yield and per capita income and has a close relationship to the number of domestic passengers in Indonesia

    PENGARUH WEBSITE DESIGN QUALITY DAN KUALITAS JASA TERHADAP REPURCHASE INTENTION : VARIABEL TRUST SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

    This research was conducted in order to assess the direct and indirect effect of website design quality and service quality toward consumers’ repurchase intention, both directly and indirectly through trust in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. This research implemented survey method, in which questionnaire were distributed to a total of 270 respondents, thus enabling the data to be analyzed. Data were collected from three cities in the Indonesian regions, which are Jakarta, Bandung, and Tangerang.  Data were analyzed using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was revealed that both website design quality and service quality had a positive impact on Indonesian consumers’ repurchase intention, both directly or indirectly. Furthermore, trust partially mediated the impact between website design quality, service quality, and repurchase intention.
