Islamic banking uses Islamic financial market instruments such as PUAS, FASBIS, and Sukuk to manage these assets. Therefore, this research wants to know the relationship of PUAS, FASBIS, and Sukuk to Islamic Banking assets and the influence of inflation and interest rate variables. By using a quantitative approach and secondary data processed by the VAR / VECM method, the results show that in the long term, PUAS, FASBIS, Sukuk, and BI Rate significantly influence Islamic banking assets. In the short term, only PUAS and Inflation significantly influence Islamic banking assets

Get PDFCash on delivery (COD) is a payment method where buyers can pay for orders in cash when the order arrives at its destination delivered by a courier. PT. Pos Indonesia Jember will ask for wages for the work handed over to it with payment of a fee. The term regarding representation with payment of wages in Islam is called the wakalah bi al-ujrah contract which is contained in the DSN MUI fatwa number 113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 concerning wakalah bi al -ujrah. The type and approach of this research is an empirical juridical approach or what is called field research. The data collection techniques used were structured interviews, participant observation and document study. Data analysis used in this research used descriptive-qualitative. This research concluded that wakalah contracts and ijarah contracts have been regulated separately in the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law but do not regulate wakalah bi al-ujrah contracts. This wakalah bi al-ujrah contract has only been regulated in the DSN MUI Fatwa number 113/DSN-MUI/IX/2017. Therefore, this wakalah bi al-ujrah contract is required for valid transactions according to sharia principles, so it can be added that in Perma Number 2 of 2008, especially in the wakalah contract, Chapter -ujrah, namely a wakalah contract accompanied by a fee so that it can accommodate cash on delivery payment method transactions through PT expedition services. POS Indonesia Jember Regency and can be operated by PT. POS Indonesia Jember Regency. So the wakalah bi al ujrah will have power if it enters into KHES as positive law or ius constitutum, namely the law that is currently in force or the law that has been established (positive law)

Get PDFThis research aims to explore the role of satisfaction as a mediator in connecting the influence of e-Word of Mouth (e-WOM) and Financial Technology (FinTech) service quality on customer loyalty at Islamic Banks in Magelang. The survey method was used to collect data from one hundred Islamic Bank customer respondents in Magelang using a structured questionnaire. Quantitative research methods were used in this research. Multiple regression analysis and mediation analysis with a Sobel test approach will be used to test the relationship between the variables in question. The findings from this research will provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence customer loyalty in the Islamic banking industry, especially in the digital era. The results of this research are expected to provide better insight into how e-Word of Mouth and Financial Technology service quality contribute to the formation of customer loyalty at Islamic Banks in Magelang, as well as the essential role of satisfaction as a mediator in this relationship. The practical implications of this research can help bank managers improve marketing and service strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, especially in the context of the increasingly developing Islamic banking industry. Apart from that, this research can also be a contribution to the literature on services marketing, especially in understanding the dynamics of interactions between key variables in the context of the Islamic and digital banking industry

Employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Ternate were the subject of the study. This is a quantitative analysis of the total population of all Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in Ternate. According to the study's findings, leadership has a favorable impact on employee work satisfaction. Islamic work principles improve Employee Job satisfaction. Employee compensation moderates leadership and has little effect on employee work satisfaction. Employee Job satisfaction is influenced by Islamic work principles, moderated by employee compensation. Get PDFThis study aims to look at the effect of zakat transparency, service quality, religiosity on muzakki loyalty with satisfaction and trust as mediating variables in Lembaga Amil Zakat Muhammadiyah West Sumatra Province. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 200 muzakki from four LazisMu in West Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model) with the Smart-PLS tool. The results of direct effect testing showed that zakat transparency has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of muzakki to pay zakat at the Muhammadiyah amil zakat institution in West Sumatra Province. While other variables such as service quality, religiosity have a positive but insignificant effect on the loyalty of muzakki in paying zakat at the Muhammadiyah Amil Zakat Institution of West Sumatra Province. While the test results of indirect effects show the quality of service to loyalty through muzakki satisfaction in paying zakat. Transparency of zakat to muzakki loyalty through satisfaction in paying zakat. While religiosity has a positive but insignificant effect on the loyalty of muzakki either directly or with the influence of mediation. Meanwhile, for the mediation test, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on muzakki loyalty. While trust has a positive but insignificant effect on muzakki loyalty

Meningkatnya pengguna cryptocurrency di Indonesia pada setiap tahunya, membuat fenomena mata uang kripto mendapatkan perhatian yang luas sehingga pemerintah pun telah mengeluarkan regulasi dan begitu pula para kalangan ulama yang telah memberikan fatwanya. Fakta perkembangan cryptocurrency diyakini masih menimbulkan risiko-risiko yang merugikan masyarakat sehingga untuk melihat hal demikian perlu analisis penetapan hukum untuk keberadaan dari cryptocurrency salah satunya ialah dengan metode penetapan hukum sad dzari’ah.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengkaji kedudukan cryptocurrency dalam Islam dengan menggunakan pendekatan sad dzari’ah. Hasil penelitian untuk penetapan hukum cryptocurrency dengan menggunakan pendekatan saddu dzari’ah, dianalisis berdasarkan motif, syarat legalitas, dan keragaman dari saddu dzari’ah. Hasilnya menunjukan penetapan hukum cryptocurrency saat ini masih memberikan kesimpulan kepada sesuatu yang banyak mendatangkan kemudharatan ketimbang kemashlahatan bagi umat manusia, atas dasar masih banyak menimbulkan kerugian finansial, tidak mempunyai underlying aset, adanya unsur gharar, maysir, oleh karna itu hadirnya cryptocurrency masih menimbulkan risiko yang lebih besar dari pada manfaatnya

Get PDFThis study aims to examine strategies to improve Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) collection in the city of Batam in the era of digital technology development. Given Batam's rapid growth and the huge potential of an industrial workforce that largely uses digital technology, this study identifies opportunities and challenges in ZIS collection. Descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews and literature study. The research findings show that although Baznas Kota Batam has strengths in terms of management and excellent programs, there are still weaknesses in optimizing the potential of ZIS collection. Recommended strategies include strengthening digitalization efforts, improving zakat literacy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to expand the reach of ZIS collection. This research aims to contribute to the development of more effective zakat collection strategies in the digital era
