Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Asuransi Syariah dalam Program Penjaminan Polis
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesehatan perusahaan asuransi syariah di Indonesia dan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi program penjaminan polis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif melibatkan wawancara untuk memahami lebih dalam tentang level kesiapan industry dan tingkat kesehatannya, sementara pendekatan kuantitatif memanfaatkan data keuangan untuk menganalisis rasio Risk Based Capital (RBC) dan Return on Equity (ROE) perusahaan asuransi syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perusahaan asuransi syariah memiliki rasio RBC di atas batas minimum 120%, namun rasio ROE yang rendah mengindikasikan tantangan dalam hal profitabilitas jangka panjang. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya perbaikan dalam manajemen risiko dan penguatan kerjasama antara LPS, pemerintah, dan industri asuransi syariah untuk menjaga keberlanjutan dan kepercayaan publik terhadap industri ini
Analisis Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Syariah, Religiusitas, Dan Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Menjadi Nasabah Bank Syariah di Yogyakarta
This study examines the influence of Sharia financial literacy, religiosity, and marketing mix strategy on the decision to become a customer of Islamic banks in Yogyakarta. The research employs a descriptive analysis approach and collects data using questionnaires. A sample of 100 randomly selected Yogyakarta residents was analyzed. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that: (1) Sharia financial literacy does not positively influence the decision to become an Islamic bank customer. (2) Religiosity positively influences the decision to become an Islamic bank customer. (3) The marketing mix strategy positively influences the decision to become an Islamic bank customer. These findings provide valuable insights for Islamic banking institutions to refine their strategies and attract more customers
The Relationship of Islamic Human Development Index (I-HDI), ICT, and Governance to Poverty
Poverty is the biggest problem facing the world today. Poverty is not just a statistical data, but in fact touches the lives of millions of people in the world. This study aims to examine the relationship between the Islamic Human Development Index (I-HDI), ICT, and Governance on poverty in D-8 countries in 2012-2022. D-8 countries are an association of developing Islamic countries in the world. In this study, the I-HDI value uses the Simple Weighted Index (SWI) by using a percentage of 20 on 5 dimensions of the index adjusted to the maqashid Sharia indicators. This research data uses 330 panel data and the research sample is selected through purposive sampling method in D-8 organization member countries. Based on this sampling method, 5 countries were selected as the object of this study, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt, Pakistan and Turkey. This research is processed through the Fixed Effect Model regression model. The regression model is used to test the relationship of 5 independent variables, namely I-HDI, Access to Information, Government Effectiveness (GE), Regulatory Quality (RQ), and Control of Corruption (CC) on the dependent variable, namely poverty. The results show that I-HDI, ICT, and Regulatory Quality (RQ) significantly reduce poverty. This study implies that D-8 member countries should use I-HDI as a measure of human development, maximize access to information technology, and improve regulatory quality to eradicate poverty
Pengaruh Rasio Keuangan Pada Harga Saham Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan pada Periode ISSI 2019-2023
Mining has an important role in the Indonesian economy because it provides raw materials needed for various including infrastructure development, manufacturing consumer goods, and providing energy. The aim of this research is to determine and test the relationship between share prices of mining sector business actors in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2019-2023 period with the variables CR, DAR and NPM. during the 2020-2023 period. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis technique is using panel data regression analysis because it combines data between companies (cross section) and over time (time series) using the E-Views version 9 software application. The results of this research show that during the 2019–2023 period, mining sector share prices included in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) will benefit from the Current Ratio (CR) variable. Meanwhile, in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2019–2023 period, the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) variables have no effect on the stock price variable
Analisis Elektrifikasi Transportasi Untuk Penghematan Subsidi BBM
The purpose of this study is to measure how much electric vehicles have an impact on state budget savings on fuel subsidies in Indonesia, This study uses a quantitative method of a simple linear regression model in this study using data on electric vehicles and fuel subsidies from 2020-2022 with data sources from Katadata, from the results of this study there are results that have a positive effect on electric vehicles on state budget savings, with an influence of 93%. Because electric vehicles do not need to be subsidized because the charging cost is very cheap, and the budget from this fuel subsidy can be diverted to fundamental things, such as the progress of Infrastructure, Education and Health. And the per capita income of the Indonesian people will increase because their expenses for commuting are saved by 70 percent by using electric vehicles
Analisis Model Bisnis Untuk Brand Skincare Dalam Upaya Menciptakan Keunggulan Bersaing Konteks Ekonomi Islam (Studi Pada Brand Lamooi Beautycare)
This research aims to conduct a business model analysis of Lamooi Beautycare, a newcomer to the highly competitive skincare industry. Despite receiving positive recognition from customers, Lamooi Beautycare faces the challenge of establishing a competitive edge amidst the dynamic skincare market. The study seeks to identify internal and external factors influencing the current skincare industry and formulate business development strategies that enhance the company's competitive advantage. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling. In this research, the informants used as research subjects were the Beauty Company/Brand, namely Lamooi Beautycare, with 3 respondents, namely the owner of the beauty brand to be researched, a marketing employee, and an admin. The Resource-Based View (RBV) framework will be utilized to analyze internal factors, complemented by the Five Forces Porter framework for the analysis of external factors. Additionally, the study will incorporate the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to formulate a comprehensive business development strategy. Through this analysis, the research aims to provide a profound understanding of the skincare industry's dynamics, evaluate critical factors influencing Lamooi Beautycare's success, and develop precise strategies to achieve competitive advantage. By gaining a better understanding of internal and external factors, Lamooi Beautycare is expected to optimize its internal potential, leverage market opportunities, and navigate competitive challenges, ultimately realizing its vision and mission while expanding its business in this fiercely competitive era. The existing strategy that is/has been implemented by the owner of the Lamooi Beautycare Brand is in accordance with the nine elements in the Business Model Canvas, namely, Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Customer Relationships, and Key Resource
Do Ecotourism Responsibilities And Principles Influence Green Business Behavior? Gorontalo Regency Religious Tourism Study
This research examines the variables influencing the performance of religious tourism managers in Bongo Village, Gorontalo Province, on Green Business Behavior in ecotourism. The variables used to measure the performance of tourism managers are attitudes towards Ecotourism Responsibility and Ecotourism Principles observed in the tourism site conditions. The assessment is conducted by visitors or tourists. The study employs probability sampling, and there were 155 respondents involved in the research. The analytical technique used in this study is path analysis to determine the relationships/effects between variables. It is concluded that the variable of Ecotourism Responsibility does not have a significant influence on Green Business Behavior. Similarly, the variable of Ecotourism Principles also does not affect Green Business Behavio
Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Konsumsi Mahasiswa Muslim dan non-Muslim terhadap Makanan Halal di Jatinangor Kabupaten Sumedang
This journal examines the Factors Influencing the Consumption Behavior of Muslim and non-Muslim Students in Jatinangor. This study aims to describe whether the halal logo, the level of religiosity, food ingredients, and the manufacturing process have a significant effect on the decision to buy halal food. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The objects studied were Muslim and non-Muslim students in Jatinangor with a sample size of 126 students. The result is that factors such as the halal logo, the level of religiosity, food ingredients, and the manufacturing process have a significant effect on the decision to buy halal food. This means that the more food products that use the halal logo, the higher one's religiosity, the more attention to food ingredients, and the more knowledge about the manufacturing process, the more students decide to buy halal food
Analysis Of The Effect Of Equity And Liabilities On Profitability At PT Takaful Keluarga
The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between Equity and Liabilities on Profitability at PT. Family Takaful Year 2016-2021. The population used in this study is Equity, Liabilities and Profitability in PT. Takaful Family period 2016-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the official website of PT. Takaful Family year (2016-2021). This type of research is associative research. The sample collection technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling with samples used for 6 years. The analysis technique used in this study is regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis test show that equity has a significant positive effect on profitability, and liabilities have a significant positive effect on profitability
Analisis Tingkat Kesesuaian Syariah Dalam Proses Produksi Pewangi “Fresh†Laundry Pada Roicool Cipta Mandiri
This study aims to determine the extent to which the conformity level of laundry fragrance products, what factors can affect the level of conformity of sharia in the laundry fragrance production process, as well as how the implementation of business licenses for laundry fragrance product home industries is enforced. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach using a qualitative paradigm of social construction phenomenology. The data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the object of this research is the owner of a home business or home industry "fresh" laundry fragrance. The results of this study indicate the level of conformity of sharia in the laundry fragrance production process is that the raw materials used in fragrances include perfume seeds, methanol, coolers, and preservatives which are halal, safe and harmless materials and on the safety of the production process and the safety of the production environment ensured safe and protected from dangerous objects. The factors for the production of laundry fragrances are the raw materials obtained from chemical materials that have been tested and confirmed to be safe for use in the production of laundry fragrances, the natural resources that are processed into raw materials for fragrances are perfume seeds derived from plant extracts such as roses, jasmine, lavender, and others, human resources are experiencing problems because man power or labor to process laundry fragrance products is only done by the owner himself without any interference from other people, then the capital used is still relatively limited, as well as technology (machines ) that is used is still classified as manual because it still uses simple tools. Then, the application for a home industry permit for the production of laundry fragrances has not yet been carried out because to do this requires a lot of costs and a lot of time
