Keputusan Nasabah Menggunakan Produk Pembiayaan Mitra Emas iB Maslahah: Antara Physical Evidence, Promise, dan Customer Centric
This research will focus more on the Three Indicators in the Sharia Marketing Mix Strategy (Physical Evidence, Promise, and Customer Centric). It aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical evidence, promise, and customer centric on customer decisions to use the gold partner financing product ib maslahah at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Lippo Cikarang. The sample used is all customers of Bank BJB Syariah Kcp Lippo Cikarang who are actively using the ib maslahah gold partner financing product, the sampling is by spreading a questionnaire link to all active customers who use the ib maslahah gold partner financing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21. The results of the partial study show that the physical evidence variable has no negative and significant effect on customer decisions to use the financing product of Mitra Emas iB Maslahah. While the promise and customer centric variables have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to use the financing product of the ib maslahah partner gold. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the physical evidence, promise, and customer centric variables have a positive and significant impact on customer decisions to use the ib maslahah gold partner financing product
The Effectiveness Of Productive ZIS Funds On SMEs Affected By Covid-19
This study aims to determine how effective the distribution of productive zakat, infaq, alms funds to SMEs affected by COVID-19 and to find out the model for distributing ZIS productive funds in improving the welfare of SMEs. The method used is a mixed method to produce more comprehensive facts. This study indicates that in the empowerment program, there is a training program held by the amil zakat institution as a form of business assistance that can increase the income of mustahiq SMEs. This program has quite effective impact on SMEs affected by COVID-19. Researchers found an effective ZIS fund distribution mechanism model with a business assistantship that amil zakat institutions must carry out through business development training programs, spiritual improvement, and financial planning. Sharia Bank Cus Customer Loyalty Of Sharia Bank Banjarmasin City: Religiosity And Trust
Islamic banks should attract the interest and loyalty of their customers, by providing a sense of security and instilling customer trust in the bank. Most customers of Islamic banks are Muslims because it is related to the beliefs of Muslims to carry out Islamic teachings kaffah including in economic affairs. However, if the bank is Sharia. Pengaruh Atribut Produk dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Menabung Generasi Milenial di Bank Syariah Indonesia Kabupaten Purwakarta, Indonesia
Pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia, yang mayoritas beragama Islam, menunjukkan jumlah nasabah di perbankan syariah yang relatif rendah dibandingkan dengan bank konvensional, terutama disebabkan oleh faktor seperti literasi perbankan syariah yang terbatas. Dengan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk baru-baru ini menjalani merger dan menargetkan kaum milenial sebagai pasar mereka, penelitian ini berfokus pada populasi milenial di Kabupaten Purwakarta untuk meneliti pengaruh atribut produk dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan menabung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 392 responden milenial, dengan ukuran sampel minimum ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kuesioner disebarkan menggunakan skala Likert, dengan data yang dikumpulkan sebagai data primer dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Penelitian ini telah melalui evaluasi model pengukuran dan evaluasi model struktural. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa atribut produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung, yang menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden cenderung pada kualitas atribut produk yang ditawarkan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia yang dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kepercayaan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung, yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi mencerminkan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Syariah dan integritas yang konsisten oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia, yang tercermin dalam sikap positif mereka dalam melayani anggota atau masyarakat. Refleksi Metafora Amanah pada Penyajian dan Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan Baznas
This study aimed to determine how the application of PSAK 109 to the presentation and disclosure of financial statements reflected in the concept of trustworthy metaphor at BAZNAS East Lombok Regency. The development of the number of Muslim communities in Indonesia is very high but this is not in line with the potential of zakat recorded and collected at Baznas every year. The reason is the lack of trust of muzakki to channel their zakat funds to zakat management institutions. Thus, a good accounting system is needed to realize accountability and transparency in the presentation of financial statements in accordance with PSAK 109 standards. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and observations for primary data, and literature studies for secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the application of zakat accounting with the reflection of the concept of trustworthy metaphor is good, seen from all forms of activities and preparation of financial statements carried out by holding the principles of shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathonah. In addition, the application of PSAK 109 related to the presentation and disclosure of financial statements is still not fully in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Predicting Financial Distress In Companies Listed On The Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI): An Examination Of The Zmejewski, Springate, And Altman Models
Financial distress is a state that indicates the downward trend in an enterprise’s cash flow that occurs to bankruptcies. The purpose of this study is to compare the predictive model Altman, Zmijewski, and Springate in order to determine the parameters of corporate financial traouble. 24 manufacturing firms included in the Indonesia Islamic Stoc Index made up the sample. The study’s finding demonstrated that the prediction model was successful in identifying the financial difficulties of the business. Among the models, the Zmijewski model has the highest accuracy and thus the best model performance
Micro Entrepreneurs' Intention Towards Islamic Working Capital Financing: Pecking Order Theory Perspective
The banking world has a significant role in helping MSMEs to increase Indonesia's economic growth. One solution offered is by providing working capital financing based on Murabahah and Ijarah contracts. This research aims to examine Maqasid al-Sharia, risk perception, margin cost perception, and prospects as the determinants of micro entrepreneurs' intention to increase working capital financing in Islamic banks. The research method used a quantitative approach for data collection and analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for micro-entrepreneurs who know the existence of Islamic banks. The data was collected by conducting both online and offline surveys. A final sample of 286 respondents was analyzed using SmartPLS software to predict relationships between latent variables. Based on the data processing results, the perception of margin costs and prospects has a significant impact. In contrast, Maqasid al-Sharia and risk perception do not influence the micro entrepreneurs’ intention to use Islamic working capital financing
Impulse Buying Behavior from Monzer Kahf Perpsective
Impulse buying behavior is closely related to sudden purchases without careful consideration and ignoring alternatives or future implications that are influenced by the temptation to satisfy momentary emotions. It is also related to the use of wealth for wants rather than needs, while human desires are unlimited. This study aims to review the impulse buying behavior and its factors, furthermore, how Islamic consumption norms can lead to resolve the behavior, particularly from Monzer Kahf perspective. The analytical method in this research is literature study by presenting related datas and theories arranged systematically. The results of this study indicate that impulse buying behavior is in contrast to the concept of Islamic consumption norms, as has been explained in detail by one of the 20th century Islamic economists, Monzer Kahf
Analisis Pendapat Empat Madzhab Tentang Menggunakan Harta Syubhat Dalam Bermuamalah
Abstrak: Penggunaan harta syubhat atau harta yang belum diketahui jelas akan sifat halal dan haramnya masih sukar untuk dipahami karena sifatnya yang tidak tampak. Sayangnya perkara harta dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masih disepelakan. Padahal hukum harta yang kita miliki memengaruhi kehidupan kita secara keseluruhan. Khususnya umat muslim, memahami akan keadaan harta yang dimiliki menjadi salah satu kewajiban yang penting karena bukan hanya berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab di dunia namun juga akhirat.. Karena Allah memerintahkan kepada setiap muslim untuk mengkonsumsi harta yang diperoleh dengan cara yang halal. Menanggapi akan status harta, ulama memiliki pandangan yang berbeda. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa persoalan harta bukan masalah sepele dan perlu adanya pemahaman secara mendalam.

Abstract: The use of doubtful assets or assets that are not yet clearly known about their halal and haram properties is still difficult to understand because of their invisible nature. Unfortunately, matters of wealth in everyday life are still neglected. Even though the law of property that we have affects our life as a whole. In particular, Muslims understand that the state of property owned is an important obligation because it is not only related to responsibilities in this world but also in the hereafter. Because Allah commands every Muslim to consume wealth obtained lawfully. Responding to the status of the time to property, scholars have a different view. This indicates that the issue of property is not a trivial matter and requires in-depth understanding.

Islamic Economic Perspective on the Implementation of Michael F. Porter's Theory in Business Strategy Management
This study uses a qualitative approach which aims to explain the
competitive advantage strategy of the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School
business using. The qualitative method used is SWOT analysis. After the SWOT
analysis, the researcher researched based on the theory of competitive advantage
developed by Michael E. Porter which consists of Value Chain, Porte's Dynamic
Diamond and Porter's Five Forces. The data collection used was observation,
interview, documentation, observation and participation techniques. Then check
the validity of the data using the triangulation method.
From the research results, the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School
business in carrying out its activities it is based on the principles of benefit,
honesty, justice, free from gharar and trust. Meanwhile, the results of the Porter's
diamond model analysis found that the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School
business applies sharia principles, with the relationship between the main factors
supporting each other. As for the results of Porter's Five Forces, it can be
concluded that from the field data there are similarities between several
components with the theory and there are some that are not in accordance with the
theory. From the analysis that has been mentioned, it can be concluded that the
PPSD Business uses an image differentiation strategy in marketing its products to
remain superior in the midst of many similar business
